1 Park near Edgewood, New Mexico
Aug 2015 - $35.00
This is an okay place for traveling through .We spent 1 night. Easy access off I-40. Sites are long, pull-thru, gravel and dirt. We had to work a little to level. No cable, but we were able to get some OTA channels. WiFi worked well most of time. Would slow down at times. Verizon cell coverage good. We would stay here again if traveling through. - Gayle E.

A great place to pull of the road. Wow, some big rigs stayed here. A Prevost bus on gravel with a huge 2 story trailer pulled in with ease. Only a few huge sites and they filled up on a week night. Big guys do not need to unhook. A Denny's, Chili's coming, and a Great Groceries and a super Walmart all in about a mile. Even Autozone and O'Reilly Auto Parts 1/4 mile away. We needed Rotella and it was with in walking distance. The park manager even offered us a ride. We walked and ate supper at Chili Hills around the corner while out getting oil and the food was great. Small town with everything you need to rest just 27 miles east of ALB, N.M. - Jake Johnson

This is a convenient little RV park located in a remote part of New Mexico. Overall there's nothing terribly wrong about it, but it's nothing special either... thus my mediocre rating. Typical of many RV parks in New Mexico, both the sites and interior roads are all dirt (not gravel). We had the unfortunate timing of pulling in just as a much needed rain shower let loose and the dirt around our site turned into a sticky goo making a mess of our shoes, RV, and tow vehicle. There's evidence of improvements being done to the park, so in time it may turn into a nicer place. It'd certainly look a lot better if someone would pick up the trash and clutter we noticed laying around here and there. The nightly rate seemed a little high to us for basically getting only a place to park with hookups but no amenities. We've paid a lot less at nicer RV parks for a lot more. But then there's really no competition for this RV park in the neighborhood, so they're charging what the market will bear. AT&T cell service was weak and unusable forcing us to fall back to Verizon which had LTE data. All that said, we'd stay here again if needed... UNLESS it's raining! - Gyropilot
