RV park is behind an old somewhat rundown motel. It is an open gravel lot with multiple sites. All are pull full and pretty long (we did not have to unhitch). Electric and water worked fine. The showers are an old dingy motel room and could really use some sprucing up. Lots of full time folks living here as well. But a good one night stop when traveling. Four or 5 other rigs pulled in for the night as well. momdoc. We camped at Coachlight Inn & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Flat, clean area with trees and full hookups. Price reflects Passport America. Restaurant closed 3pm but good Mexican close by. Quiet. Fenced. Good for overnight. We camped at Coachlight Inn & RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Really nice park. Easy access from I-10. Convenient to Las Cruces sightseeing. All pull thru sites. FHUs. Excellent 50 amp service. Picnic table at each site. Gravel roads and sites. Roads easy to maneuver. Friendly staff. Price reflects nightly PPA Rate. We camped at Coachlight Inn & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Campground was fine, level gravel sites.

The laundry hadn't been cleaned, but we swept it out.

I tried to use the shower(an old hotel room with horrible paint colors) and the shower/tub was the most gross thing I've seen. In addition to rust and severe discoloration, the shower/tub unit was broken(a big chunk was missing). Not useable!! We camped at Coachlight Inn & RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

What a great find. I had some misgivings about this park based on other reviewers, but it was highly recommended to me by a neighbor at our last park.
The water is fine. There might be one or two older long-term RV's, but during our stay it was mostly high-end motor coaches.
My only negative is that the sewer connections sit fairly high inside a curbed divider making it a little difficult to get enough drop from the RV.
We'll probably be spending 4 nights here. They're pretty flexible on the PA rate limit. We'd definitely stay here again. We camped at Coachlight Inn & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

There's a propane dealer about 1.5 miles north at the intersection with Bus.70, appear to be the only one around, but the price was OK, $2.30/gal.
They can fill portable tanks or motorhomes.

Park is small but very clean; sort of 'hidden' behind a not-very-attractive motel as others have noted. Water pressure excellent, power stable and 50amps, park is generally well-maintained. Freeway noise may bother some, but we slept fine (it's distant, but you can hear it). Great location with easy access; we will definitely stay here again. We camped at Coachlight Inn & RV Park in a Motorhome.

This place is tucked behind a motel, convenient to I-10, with very little road noise. It is basically a dirt & gravel lot with a raised divider with trees and dead grass between the sites. Several older permanent rigs are well-kept. Utilities with 50 amp power available are properly located. Adequate water pressure. Good Verizon service, used a jetpak for internet. Good satellite reception. A good value only because of Passport America. No other amenities. Would probably stay here again if passing through. We camped at Coachlight Inn & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Convenient for a day trip to Alamogordo's NM Museum of Space History, and White Sands Natl Monument is a must-see.
Wine and pizza at Luna Rossa is a good choice & close-by after a day drive.

Older facility. Level campsites on gravel, some with sparsely-leafed trees and some with poor-condition picnic tables. Spaces are ample enough. There is a pool next to the motel, but not usable. We camped at Coachlight Inn & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Although only in the city this trip for an overnight stay, the Mexican restaurant "Los Mariachis" was less than a mile from the park, was great eating (especially the Chili Relleños!)

RV park adjacent to motel and restaurant. Gravel and dirt roads. A few trees, no activity center or rec room. 50 & 30 amp and FHUs with a table. All sites level, long and wide pull thrus. Sites long enough for big rigs but must unhook trailer or toad. No cable but good over the air TV and satellite signal. Off I-10 so no freeway traffic noise. Good Verizon cell signal and 4G data. Free password protected wi fi. No playground and pool at hotel. Office staff friendly and helpful. No store but restaurant good. Not a resort but we will stay there again for a when in the area. $18 for PA with FHU. We camped at Coachlight Inn & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed 2 nights. Easy off and on the interstate. You enter the RV Park as thought you are going to a hotel room. Little confusing the first time but plenty of room in front to turn around even with a tow. Pull thru for short stays. Very safe. Not near many restaurants but several just a short drive away. We saw no problem with the water and the hook ups were great. We will stay here again for a short stay. We camped at Coachlight Inn & RV Park in a Motorhome.

This park has tiny RV spaces and only a few properly accommodate a fifth wheel with sliders. The laundry that had four outdated and poorly maintained washers and we were told by the maintenance worker in the laundromat that only one worked. The water supply is extremely contaminated with iron. It plugged our filter in a very short time. We paid for a week but notified the manager that we have to leave after 3 days due to the highly contaminated water supply . The manager said they have a "NO Refund" policy so we had to contact our credit card company for a refund due to the parks lack of a usable water supply. Several other campers took photos and water samples to the office and found that the manager was not concerned with the problem. We filled a 5 gallon bucket with water and it turned black and produced about a quarter cup of iron in the bottom of the bucket. The maintenance of this park is very poor. User beware to avoid expensive RV plumbing damage. Use a water filter to protect your plumbing in your RV. Do not drink this water; use bottle water for drinking . We camped at Coachlight Inn & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We stopped here overnight as we were passing through. Check in was simple and we had no problems getting into our site. Campground was a pretty basic gravel parking lot, but looked clean. Even though this is fairly close to I 10, we had no issues with noise. Verizon internet worked very well. We camped at Coachlight Inn & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall our stay was ok. We stayed 7 nights. The dust was too much from traffic within the park. Noise level was high from a road on the back side of the park. But it stopped later in the evening. Close to I-10 and very convenient for access to Las Cruces and Mesilla. Did not have water issues as previously mentioned in other reviews. We camped at Coachlight Inn & RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

PA rate, cash only. Easy off hwy, part of an older motel complex. Easy pull thru site, good wifi, no cable tv. Not the best part of town, but we felt safe. Best thing about this park is the La Posta Restaurant in front. Small Mexican eatery (with several American dishes on the menu) family owned and operated. My husband and I ordered a traditional Mexican shrimp dish that was delicious! Good park for overnighting. We camped at Coachlight Inn & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
