What a great park! We chose an extra long pull thru and were amazed at the amount of space we had. Level, wide sites, good 50 amps. Streets are wide and easy to maneuver even with a big rig. It is only 1 mile to Old Mesilla and its great restaurants. Very efficient & friendly check-in. This is definitely the best place in Las Cruces! We camped at Hacienda RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Try La Posta de Mesilla for a meal. Food & service is excellent. Margarita was the best I have ever had!!!

First class rating all the way!

Right off I-10 exit 140, this park is what you'd expect an RV Resort in New Mexico to be. Excellent staff in the gorgeous office/store/lobby area. The friendly young man & woman were knowledgeable of the events going on and the area in general.

Level gravel RV spaces were a bit together, but didn't bother us. We had #117 end space for our 40' motorhome, so more room. Some shade from tree gave for nice morning coffee outside. Highway noise minimum. Diesel pusher next to us cranked up @ 7 AM -- ok -- but leaving it running for 20 minutes before they pulled out, was annoying, because I would have liked to have slept a bit longer. Not parks' fault.

We definitely will stay here on next drive through. We camped at Hacienda RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Old Mecillas is nearby. We were there for annual (May) Cinco de Mayo celebration.

Great location with plenty of activities in the area. Easy access and great for big rigs. Traffic noise at night but it depends on where you are located. Not too friendly at the desk. We came in late and they where trying to close up. Need to be signed in before 6 PM. Good place to stay for 5 or 6 days. Make sure you don't face the sun in PM. It gets hot. We camped at Hacienda RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice park convenient to everything you'd like to see in Las Cruces. Park layout was interesting. Your neighbor's coach utilities were in proximity to your utilities so neither your neighbor's patio or your patio looked at utilities. Privacy screens were erected between sites. I don't understand why more new parks don't do the same thing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great dog run. Roads were paved and site was level. We would stay here again. We camped at Hacienda RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Close to Old Messilla historic district.

We've stayed here before and always find this a well managed, clean campground. Most sites hadn't been raked this time through, but could have just been an off day, and who really needs a site that has been raked? The laundry room is clean and is home to a small book exchange. Sites are spacious; lots of room for all four slides. If the park is full, you do end up parked side to side with another rig. There is a privacy fence between you and the rig on the opposite side; allows privacy for the seating areas. Many sites are long enough for a 40' rig with a tow still attached. We camped at Hacienda RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

The park is within walking distance of Old Mesilla where you'll find wonderful shops and restaurants. There is also a RV parts store and a winery and pizza restaurant at the end of the block.

Very clean campground. Very nice place to stop for a night or two. Right off of I 10. Walmart right across the street. Lots of shopping and restaurants. Historic district close by. Sites have some foliage and a wooden fence separating every two sites. Pet walk area with grass.

They have 5 different types of sites. Some sites have picnic tables. Lots of pull- thrus. Extra long and wide sites available. Cable and Wi-Fi included. Wi-Fi slow but that is normal for RV parks. We camped at Hacienda RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

The park was very neat and well maintained. The hosts were very pleasant and welcoming. I would best describe the park as a great one night lay over park. Albeit, there were a number of campers who had been there for longer periods of time. We camped at Hacienda RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

We were looking for a place to lay over one night. This park was very nice for that purpose. We drove into town to eat dinner. There were many good choices. The park was very clean and well maintained. I would stop here again if needed and easily recommend this park to others.

We spent two nights here on our way from San Antonio to Tuscon. We very much liked Las Cruces and the area around the campground. The campsites are way too close together... but, we had no one around us so it wasn't an issue. The bathroom was clean but very small (mens) for such a large RV resort. We liked staying there because it wasn't very crowded the weather was nice and we really enjoyed the area around the RV Park. The folks in the office were pleasant and capable. We would stay there again - but not between May and Sept - too hot then. We camped at Hacienda RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Farmers Market on 3 blocks of Main Street on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Lots of fun on a Sat morning. There's a RV Parts and Sales place just adjacent to this RV Park and a very good Italian restaurant just a few more steps away.

Very clean. Our spot was raked before we arrived. Level, gravel pad, excellent hook ups. We were very pleased, especially considering the low price. We stayed one night only, but have it on our list to stay again when we pass through that way. We camped at Hacienda RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

On the plus side....nice wide sites on gravel which is typical for this area. They have landscaping between each site for privacy. Wifi worked well. Lots of TV channels. Nice dog run area. Garbage is picked up at your site every morning. Close to I-10 but noise not an issue. Now for the negative.......no pool. Found the staff in the office to be very unfriendly and never saw any staff in the park during the day except the person who picked up the garbage. Mesilla Village is over-rated. Lots of little shops but a bit of a tourist trap. La Posta Restaurant was okay but we have eaten better Mexican food at Mom & Pop Mexican restaurants, for far less money. Enjoyed the Farmer's Market downtown. We camped at Hacienda RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Stayed overnight when traveling from Texas to Tucson. Park has wide roads and gravel sites which are level. We selected an extra-long site because we have a 44 ft motorhome and tow a car. The site had plenty of space to keep the car attached. The sewer connection is a bit far to the back but not a problem. No picnic table but this was not a problem for us. The office staff was very friendly and the park is very clean. Right off the high-way but the noise was not bad. Easy access. We would stay here again. We camped at Hacienda RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

There are no signs for the resort so need to pay attention to road names. Immediately right after you get under the highway.

We have made reservation at another park to only get there and find out they could not and would not take us in. We drove to Hacienda RV Resort to meet some of the most friendly people. They took us in and this was a very pleasant experience. The Hacienda RV Resort is beautifully kept, the restrooms and shower areas are so clean and spotless. They have planting of large shrubs that divide you and the camper next to you, so you are in like a private area. This makes is a very pleasant place to stay. A must stay if you are in the Las Cruces area. We camped at Hacienda RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Over the years I have rated it a 10 but wifi is poor so drop to a 9. Wide paved roads and gravel sites. Close to interstate but still quiet. Close to Old Mesilla and its shops and restaurants. Other restaurants are also near by. We camped at Hacienda RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

St Clair Winery and Bistro is a good choice for dinner or Luna Rossa for pizza. Both are very close by. Also south in La Mesa is Chopes, a mexican tradition for many years

We were here only for 3 nights on our way to Tucson. It's a nice clean RV park. The pull through sites are separated by fencing and landscaping to give some privacy but that also means the camping side feels a little tight. Since we didn't have any neighbors during our stay, it was ok but I would feel cramping if we happened to be here during a busy time. They have a long dog park area at the edge of the resort. It's almost like a water runoff area but it works great for playing ball. After one full night of rain though, the dog park was unusable due to the inch of standing water. The campground host was very nice, the landscaping is well done, and the sites are gravel and level. There isn't a lot of traffic noise even though it is right off the highway. We tend to prefer grass and trees and this was a lot of gravel and concrete which felt a bit sterile to us. They probably have a fair number of activities for their guests but since we were there during New Years Day, there wasn't much happening and it felt a bit like a ghost town. We would stay here again. We camped at Hacienda RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

There's a Walmart less than 5 minutes away which has almost everything you need.
