Obviously the owners really work hard to keep this park in great shape. They have done an excellent job. I would recommend this place as they are very friendly and the place is kept clean. They have something for everyone from tent campers all the way up to Motorhomes. The sunsets are not to be missed and the view of the city is breathtaking. Stay here you won't be sorry. We camped at Las Cruces KOA in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

A very clean KOA. Check out the sunsets and the city view.

We stopped on our way from Texas to Arizona. Very nice park with a view of the "city lights" at night. Roads are gravel with concrete strips for parking pads. Very clean, neat park with cable and Wi-Fi. It is B\big rig friendly and ample space to drive, turn, and park. Very quiet park with large area for children to play. We camped at Las Cruces KOA in a Travel Trailer.

Excellent camp ground for an overnight or extended stay. Staff super friendly and helpful. Very clean sites, beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, sun rises, and sun sets. The campground is located on a hilltop over looking the city of Las Cruces. The night time was very quiet. Thank you for a great stay!

Lot spacing was spacious with sunny/open exposure. Site surface was gravel and features a picnic table. We camped at Las Cruces KOA in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

There are many activities in the surrounding area. There is a farmer's market on Saturday in season with many crafts, exhibits and fresh produces available.

This park has great view of Las Cruses. The sites are gravel with level cement pads for the rv wheels. Some of the sites are very close together. Others are nicely spaced. There is plenty of room for big rigs. The facilities are good as are all the utilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The views are great. We camped at Las Cruces KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Just an overnight stay. All gravel, as expected in the desert. Beautiful views as the campground overlooks the city from the west. Walked to the back-in sites with the view. Gorgeous! Will definitely stay in one of those next time we're through and have time to visit. Friendly staff and spotless restrooms. Close to I-10, but super quiet. We camped at Las Cruces KOA in a Motorhome.

This campground received both the KOA Founder's and President's Award and I can see why. Each site is groomed each day, and the manager runs a tight ship. The 360 degree views are good from every site. Hookups are easily accessible, site was level, and access was good. The only negative was the pricing on the RV accessories for sale in the office. $7.50 for a pair of cotter pins is ridiculous so buy whatever you need at Walmart. We camped at Las Cruces KOA in a Travel Trailer.

Great location off I10, no road noise, on top of hill ( you can watch the night lights of the city ), no paved pads, dirt roads, pool closed for the season, fenced dog run and small dog walk area. We were told they were full for the night, but one entire row of sites (12?) not occupied. Good internet, cable tv, propane available, would probably stay again due to location of highway. We camped at Las Cruces KOA in a Motorhome.

Sites are level gravel with some strips of concrete for wheels. Park is near the 10 but far enough to be quiet. Views of valley are incredible. The back-ins have the best views but the pull-throughs are good also. All spaces are wide and easy to get into. Pool looks nice. WIFI worked well. It seems a tad expensive for what they provide and the location, but we stayed only 1 night so it was OK. Service was good and we would stay here again if in this area. We camped at Las Cruces KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

This KOA may have won awards but it's still got KOA tight sites and high prices. Yes the park is kept very clean and very quiet at night. The utilities are all grouped mid-site and function as expected. Wifi was available at the site but very slow and dropped out often (think dialup). The cable was SD with good to fair picture quality. Satellite reception should be available from most sites except possibly the "VIEW" sites due to trees planted in between. OTA reception is very good. Tables are available at the "VIEW" sites only and no fire pits allowed at any location. We camped at Las Cruces KOA in a Motorhome.

Stayed here many times and will stop again. Pull in sites over look the city with a beautiful view. Sites are well groomed and big rig friendly. Never a disappointment. We camped at Las Cruces KOA in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Pay the extra and get a pull in site so you can enjoy the view!

Typical KOA on the higher end although I suggest you take a back-in site over a pull-through. The pull-through sites have concrete strips which are handy if you have leveling issues with your rig. However they are so close together that when I put my awning out I was in the site next to me, plus there was no room for a picnic table. The back-in sites have above average width with picnic tables. Very clean and close to the 10 freeway, which is a plus. Very friendly staff. They also have a very good RV detailing company in town that washed my rig at a very reasonable price and did an excellent job. We camped at Las Cruces KOA in a Motorhome.

We are a 45 footer and stuck way out in the Premium View Sites. The views are great , but that's where it ends. No WiFi anywhere in the park , although they claim it's there. Very well kept landscape, but too much gravel and no grass anywhere except the tent sites. would not stay again as there are many other choices. We camped at Las Cruces KOA in a Motorhome.

This is your typical KOA. Basically a big field with a few trees. It is certainly satisfactory for a nights stay or even longer if you need to be in the area. It was very quiet. We camped at Las Cruces KOA in a Travel Trailer.

This is a well-managed park. We had a premium pull-through site, which was long enough for the car to be parked behind the motorhome. Sites and roads are gravel, with concrete strips in the premium pull-through sites section. We were lucky enough to have a tree beside us, which gave some break from the afternoon sun. Sites are pretty level, and are wide enough for slides. I think the tree would prevent full extension of the awning. There are no picnic tables at the sites in this area of the park. The interior roads are wide enough to allow easy maneuvering. All utilities worked well during our stay, as did wi-fi. I really appreciate the fact that the staff leaves an empty space between units until the park fills up. We have not noticed much noise here during our one-week stay. We have stayed at this park several times, and will always choose it when visiting Las Cruces. We camped at Las Cruces KOA in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Giant used book store downtown. If you are trying to complete a series you are reading, they probably have the one you're missing.

One night stay here on our way from Needles Ca, to Ft. Stockton, TX. Nice, clean, and neat campground. Sites were close together, but spacious enough for me to park my 35 foot travel trailer and stay hooked up to the tow vehicle. There were concrete runners for tires to sit on...easy to level. I noticed some complaints about there being no grass for pets. Well, it's the desert...there isn't much (if any) grass anywhere. Dogs will poop on the dirt. Ours do. We camped at Las Cruces KOA in a Travel Trailer.
