Park is very clean and layed out well. Spacing between sites is adequate. Convenient to shopping, Walmart is close enough to walk to. My first time here, but I will return as my son and his family live in Albuquerque. Unlike the parks on 9 Mile Hill next to I-40, do not charge for electric for weekly stays. Management is very accommodating with all my requests. Agree with most other reviews. We camped at Stagecoach Stop RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We used this park as a stop over while traveling to Colorado. It's easy to find turn at the street by the WalMart and take the first left at T turn right this way you don't have to make a U-turn. Sites are narrow, but don't mind for an overnight stop. Electric was borderline, water pressure great, cable good. Some sites have a view of the mountains in the distance. We camped at Stagecoach Stop RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

All sites are pull-through & paved. The premium sites (8 of them) have turf or grass & trees for shade but the mountain view is lacking. Our spot was #42 so we had an awesome mountain view & we had a tree on each side. Some other spots have trees also. If you plan on staying monthly, you can hook up to the local cable company for cable and/or high-speed internet. We were there for a few months so we did that for the internet (and I have a good feel for the place so can give a good honest review). Combination of older rv's & nice newer ones but owner does keep the park nice regardless. Picnic tables at each site. Pool was nice, hot tub is older but it was fine for us. Convenient to Wal-Mart & restaurants. We liked it here in Rio Rancho instead of Abq. Would definitely stay here again & highly recommend! And if you like hummingbirds & stay during spring/summer, get a feeder (or several) because you will have lots of hummingbirds! You will also see bunnies, roadrunners, bats, hear coyotes at night, and there is the resident toad at the pool. All age groups of people & lengths of stays. Yes several full-timers that live there & call it home but it isn't bad. Lots of people stay inside & stay quiet but a few (usually at the premium spots because those are daily/weekly rentals & turn over frequently) do cook/grill outside and mingle. We camped at Stagecoach Stop RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Restrooms and spotless & modern compaired to ANY throughout NM.. Each Site has a fiberglass picnic table.. Great value. Will make this our "go to park" when in the area! Chose this park because of it's proximity to our son's home. Well-maintained park with pull through sites. Quiet. No noise from cement factory next door. Walking distance to fast food restaurants and Walmart. Very nice owners. Friendly staff. Dog park. Second floor of office building has kitchen and tables which could be used for a rally. Nice view of mountains. We camped at Stagecoach Stop RV Resort in a Motorhome.

What a wonderful place to stay. We stayed two nights and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Beautiful well taking care of park with immaculate showers. Highly recommend for anyone who is travelling.

Excellent dog park. Only downside is the owners of dogs who do not pick up after them. Don't understand why dog owners would do that. Took my dog for a walk and noticed all the dog poo that owners did not pick up. This has no bearing on the management but only that of lazy dog owners. We camped at Stagecoach Stop RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Park was very nice but was right next to a cement factory. Every morning at the crack of dawn, they started hammering. Woke us up every day. Many of the people here live here full time. This campground is very close to restaurants and stores. There were bunnies running around in park. We probably wouldn't stay here again. We camped at Stagecoach Stop RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Clean park, easily accommodates bjg rigs. All sites pullthru. Park very close to shopping. Quiet despite being close to highways. Staff friendly. Pool too cool to swim. Nice lounge. Most units are occupied by construction type workers who leave for work between 5-6 a.m. in loud diesel pickup trucks. Didn't bother me because I am usually up by then. Interesting location. As you enter the park, you think that you're seeing grass at some of the sites, but a closer look reveals that it's artificial turf. Have not encountered that before, but it does add to the ambiance. Sites were level and the cable was extensive, including HBO. Had a fenced off-leash area for the dog. Not a bad choice if you're in the area. We camped at Stagecoach Stop RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Has turned into more of a seasonal park than itinerant. It is kept clean, but many rigs are in poor shape, taped up windows, drooping ripped awnings, stuff all around and under the units even though against said rules. It's okay and convenient location, but each time we come it seems a bit more "permanent". There are only 8 premium sites, and it appears that even those are primarily permanent residents, the RV's don't even have license plates! We camped at Stagecoach Stop RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Price reflects average nightly rate for stay in a premium site. The staff is accommodating, the grounds very clean and well maintained. The wifi was hit and miss. Didn't watch tv so can't comment on the cable. Quieter and safer location than most other parks in and around Albuquerque. Most sights are close together and only the premium sites have some shade and few of them. The pads are paved and level. I found the dog park to be clean unlike previous poster. Laundry is small but clean. I didn't rate higher on value because I do think the price is high for the amenities. We will definitely stay here any time we are in the area. We stayed two nights in a deluxe RV site (we needed a 65' big-rig site due to towing a car trailer). We were very impressed with the site we were in, as it had a large shade tree in our patio area and an artificial turf lawn (natural grass probably wouldn't grow underneath the large shade tree). From what I could see, only the deluxe sites had lawns in the patio area; the other sites had colored rock/gravel that looked clean and neat. We were very happy with the amenities and cleanliness of the park. The office building was very nice, with a sitting area downstairs and a game room in an upstairs loft. The game room has a pool table (that needed re-felting) and a couple of other games. The RV park shares a driveway with an auto museum that was well worth touring. Overall, we were quite happy with our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. We camped at Stagecoach Stop RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This park is very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants & I-25. All facilities are well maintained and cleaned more than once per day. I see 2 people working all day on various property items, including weeding. Easy in and easy out. Very good value. People are pleasant & attentive. Will stay here again.
