Small quaint campground with terrific hosts. Sites are a bit crowded but we lucked out with #11 on the end and lots of room for us. It backs up to a large field and is on a road in the front but not much noise. Showers are clean and lots of hot water. Great Wi-Fi and cable TV is good as well. You have to leave a $20 deposit for the box but you get it back. If in the area we would stay here again in a heartbeat. We camped at Red Barn RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a nice little park and the owner is very proud of it, the town, and was very accommodating. Even though many of the residents have lived there for many years it is a nice stop for extended stays. The sites are very cramped and close together. The WiFi is excellent and our Verizon signal was as well. Close to the highway but very quiet. There is a huge field behind the park where you are allowed to let your furry kids run. We camped at Red Barn RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Such a cute little RV park, with only 15 spaces we were lucky to get one when pulling in with out a reservation. The sites are big enough, gravel with a grassy area and picnic table. The real charm is in the main building with its country decorations, very clean private bathrooms, nice washer and dryer, and a lounge area with TV, games, books and dvds to loan plus a small store area with snacks, drinks, and ice. The owner makes you feel right at home and is happy to help with suggestions for things to see in Roswell, it's 2.4 miles from the UFO museum and gift shops. Will be back if I'm ever passing through Roswell again. We camped at Red Barn RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Nice little privately owned campground with a home-like feeling close to Roswell's tourists sites. Rate was 50+ discount of 10% for 50 Amp back-in full-service site. Only 15 sites in this campground and only about five appeared to be for drop-in / reservations camping and others were long-term campers. Host provided us tips on area sites and dining recommendations. Close proximity to highway however not too loud to be considered annoying. Cable box required to use cable, we had over a dozen over-the-air channels with HD antenna. We would return here without hesitation. We camped at Red Barn RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Small RV park just east of Roswell. Shady area with small grassy sites oriented around the property line. Two pull-through sites with a wooden fence gate in front so you can through when you leave.

Small/older buildings could be a former small farm house.

Very nice lady runs the park and does all she can to make the stay pleasant.

WiFi and Cell signals were good.

Small laundry and individual bath/shower rooms (one men's and one women's).

It's just a small quiet RV "park" on a rural road with about 60% of the RVs there staying on a monthly basis. We camped at Red Barn RV Park in a Motorhome.

Small but cozy RV park with very accommodating host. Second time we've stayed here. Last time was one year ago. The best thing about this RV park is the friendly park host. She had insightful recommendations for us in the area and was always willing to help. I would definitely stay here on our next trip through the area. Homey little park. Very friendly and helpful on site owner/manager. Restrooms and showers spotless. No playground for kids. 50 amp service was good. Great WiFi. Gravel pads. Easy on/off main road (380). Will definitely return to spend a few days sightseeing. Just a couple of pull thrus. Call ahead as this place fills up. We camped at Red Barn RV Park in a Motorhome.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We stayed here overnight and couldn't have been more pleased with the campground. Lot spacing was spacious with some shade. Small (about 12 sites), clean RV park just east of Roswell. Should call ahead to ensure there is room as they tend to have all sites filled each night. Although small, our 40ft (and others) fit comfortably. The owner is updating bathrooms and office area. WI-FI was great! Sites are gravel and level. Water quality was good. There was a big field out back where we could run our hunting dog. We would definitely recommend and come again! We camped at Red Barn RV Park in a Motorhome.

I am sure that this is the smallest RV Park we have stayed at; it is almost cute. There are 15 spaces, two are pull-through, but are very short. All sites are full hookup, level gravel. The park is a real jewel, flowers and grass between each site. It is very clean and neat, almost prim. The owners live on site, it is rather like camping in their backyard. The wife will check you in then help you into your site and wait till you are all settled. Friendly seems trite when referring to this park.
The park is surrounded by big, mature trees and a white board fence.
The sites are close but not unreasonable with a picnic table and a grass lawn between each unit. The roads are gravel; it is easy off, easy on the highway, which is just outside the park but a high solid fence buffers the sound. We never heard any traffic.
The cable tv is great! Many clear channels, 80+. Wi-Fi is excellent, very consistent.
This is definitely a call first, get a reservation stop. About half the sites are long term or permanent.
The office and store as well as the bathrooms and laundry are all in a diminutive sort of hobby barn. It is really attractive inside, very interesting, with comfy furniture for visiting or tv watching. All the treats in the store are honor system...of course.
There is a single bathroom/shower each for men and women. They are simple and rather dated, but meticulously clean and quite comfortable. We used the bathroom and shower, lots of hot water.
The park is backed by farm fields and well lit at night; seems quite secure.
Roswell is kind of phony with its green aliens, this is a genuine good park. We camped at Red Barn RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Had some trouble with motorhome... electrical, of course.
"Red Barn" owner recommended "MAIN Trailer Sales". This is strictly a trailer and 5th wheel dealer but they have a great staff of mechanics and service men that were very knowledgeable in all things RV.
The problem was solved in a couple of hours, and I got a schooling in RV maintenance.
Don't let the facility fool you, a neat shop doesn't make a good mechanic.

We only stayed here one night and had picked it out from this website and we were not disappointed. The owner is on site and was extremely helpful, even walking us out to choose a spot and helping us back in the travel trailer to the spot we chose! Each spot was well kept with gravel under the foot of the trailer and grass along side between each spot. Pets are welcome and there are amenities available in the office. We would definitely stay there again. We got a senior discount because at least one of us was over 50. We camped at Red Barn RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
