This park appeared to be nice enough, but has challenges. We reserved a space online. I received no confirmation, so I called. They had no record of the reservation. Very nice person made a reservation for us over the phone. She never told me the price (stupid of me not to ask). We arrived after hours. No receipt was with our package. No code for bathroom. No code for wi-fi. Cable did not work at all. Nice dog park, though. Be sure to arrive during office hours so you can get the needed codes. We camped at Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park in a Motorhome.

This park is very quiet and peaceful. We parked here for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. The camp host was very nice and helpful. The sites are large and for the most part level. The wifi is okay. We had trouble the first night getting connected to the internet and while a bit slow it is working fine this morning. We will definitely camp here again. We camped at Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park in a Motorhome.

We stayed in the "new" section which is at the back of the park. That part has nice wide concrete driveways and gravel sites. Not exactly level even as it seems they could have been made level. The seem to have a hump in the middle. Wi-Fi was almost unusable, super slow. Restrooms were nice and the entire new section is clean. They have an extensive selection of DVDs which they lend out. We camped at Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park in a Motorhome.

The park has an older and newer section. The older part has mature trees the newer has younger ones. The roads a gravel and cement combination The sites are nice gravel. The sites all appear to be side by side, they are long and average width. We were here in some heavy rain and had no problem with water. Having looked around the area we think this is the best park to stay in while visiting Roswell. The office is very nice and friendly. We will stay again. We camped at Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park in a Fifth Wheel.

What a pleasant experience. We stayed in the back lot which is new. There is no grass in the new section. Very clean, new concrete roads, level gravel drive thru lots with sufficient room (very organized), good wifi, nice showers/bathrooms, good cable, nice dog run (with lots of grass), friendly & helpful staff. Easy to find. In town, yet fairly quiet. We would recommend this park. We camped at Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We arrived at the park at 7:00 PM. The office was closed. Used the night registration to select a spot. All the facilities were locked and I was unable to get the key code. Checked at the office at 8:00 AM to get the Shower and restroom codes from the manager and the office was still closed. We gave up and left. I would recommend avoiding this park. We camped at Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park in a Truck Camper.

This park is all gravel, we were put in the older area for the two nights we stayed even though there was plenty of space in their new section. Too many homesteaders. Did not feel safe and will not return!!! We camped at Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park in a Motorhome.

This park has two sections, old with trees and new very small trees. It is located adjoined to a mobile home park. The entire rv section is paved or gravel. No grass.

Saturday and Sunday office hours close at noon. The contact number for access code yielded no response. We had to find the owner to get them.

This is one occasion where our Garmin was more accurate that the campgrounds signs. Traveling South on S Main. St their signs says 2 miles while our GPS said less than a mile. Garmin won.

New section shower/bath room was in good shape. However the showers, two phone booths and a handicap accessible one had no bench, no shelf and only one hook. We camped at Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Come here at the right time and you may see an alien?? Nearly all the shopping/eating establishments are on the other side of town. Nothing within easy walking distance. If you want to eat out you will have to unhook.

I stayed in this park from 12/2010 until 7/2015. I was one of those dreaded semi-permanent working people. It is a nice park. It is quiet. Only complaints I had were the transients that thought they should take up the parking in my site. I have been in one of the pull thru sites (very long, plenty of room for the 40 ft bus, food cart and jeep) and one of the back in sites. It is graveled which they keep raked which keeps the goats heads to a minimum. Yes there are a lot of rules but they are mostly common sense and about not giving out the bathroom codes. I did not like the picnic tables as they were fiberglass and the fibers would sticker me thru my clothes. There has been a problem with that in the past. I liked this park. I felt safe here. I would stay here again. I recommend this park. I stayed here in a school bus conversion. We camped at Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Redbox is across the street at the Stripes. They also have a little diner inside the store. I've heard it is pretty good but never ate there myself. Other than that, you need to drive or take the city bus which stops at the NB & SB corner of Brasher & S. Main.

Easy exit off freeway. Concrete roads, gravel spaces, neat and spotless clean areas. Some trees. Park has mobile home area, new expanded area for RVs, cottage area, and original area. Very nice staff. Rec hall, sparkling pool, nice office. Many construction workers trailers. Strong Wi-Fi, very bad cable reception but we had satellite. Spacious site. Ask for one larger than normal. We camped at Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Fair distance from center of town. New area bare bones, no trees. Mobile home area spotless. Cabin area spotless. This is good for a one nighter. Oil field and construction part of Texas. Road from Ft. Stockton to Roswell is heavy traffic, lots of trucks, dusty and needs immediate repair, but all the road truck traffic wearing it out.

Very easy to find. Easy in and out. Interior roads are wide with no overhanging trees to worry about. A couple of trees over the exit drive could be trimmed. They just brushed the top of our 12'7" rig. Sites are gravel and level. We were in what looked to be a new area and it was very clean and well kept. The only negative comment would be that there is absolutely no grass except in the pet area. Our dog couldn't comfortably sit outside with us on the gravel. A little grass at each site would make this much nicer for pet owners. If our spot had been at the very end of the area it would have been quite a walk to get him to the fenced pet area. We camped at Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park in a Motorhome.

Signs on roads to park have no follow-thru. Coming from Carlsbad, sign states 3/4 mile on left. Then nothing! Missed turn so went north and then GPS directed. Saw sign and it states 2 miles on right. GPS stated 1/2 mile on right. Saw park at half-mile and turned right. Enter park and travel through old part to office. No designated parking for registering. Price is $35.00 per night, however, you get Good Sam discount, but final price was $38. Facilities are good with spacious sites and pull thru, cable, good water pressure. Map received was incorrect for attractions, but it is Roswell, so could be alien! And bring your own table! We camped at Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park in a Motorhome.

Very neat and clean. Level long pull-thrus. Utilities were good. We are in a brand new section. All the sites are buddy sites. We used the laundry. There were 6 washers and dryers. It was also very clean. They did charge $2.50 for having a 6 lb Yorkie. We camped at Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park in a Motorhome.

Rate reflects monthly rate of $425. Length of stay from Dec 2011 - Sept 2015. This is a quiet park. It does have a lot of workers but this is in an Oil Patch area. Some shade (NM parks tend to not have much in the way of shade). 30 amp electric (50 amp extra). Basic Cable. Weatherproof (heat taped) water pipe (in ground). Wifi worked fairly well most of the time. The bathhouse was clean. I use my own. The laundry was clean. I use my own. Ample parking for towed plus one or two in my site. The pad was level/gravel. This is a school bus conversion friendly park. I stayed here in a 40 ft school bus. We camped at Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park in a Motorhome.

The picnic tables are fiberglass. You do not want to sit at them as you will get fiberglass slivers in your skin.

We stayed in this park for two nights while we explored Roswell. Staff was pleasant and helpful; we were there over a weekend and so were invited to participate in the community yard sale. Lots of full timers in the park. The park was clean, but there was a bad odor at our site that made it difficult to keep the windows of our RV open. Could not tell whether the odor was attributable to the park or to the region in general, since southeastern NM is home to many oil fields and refineries. We camped at Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park in a Motorhome.
