Location is on Brasher Rd. right off Main Street. The Mobile home park is in a separate fenced area. They have concrete driveways and gravel pads. No on-site store, but there are several stores on Main Street right in Roswell. We had full hookups and WiFi was excellent. This well maintained park has shade trees in the older section and newly planted trees in the new section where we were. We had a picnic table and there are picnic tables and BBQ stands available for all to use. They have screw in sewer connections. Water pressure was good. Electrical is 30 and 50 amps. The park is fenced with chain link privacy fence and extremely well lit at night. There is no cable TV service at this time although all the cable connections are available. They said a new provider service has been ordered. There are several over-the-air channels available from the southeast. There were no flies and no mosquitos. We camped at Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park in a Motorhome.

We were put on the newer area where it is all concrete and gravel, no shade at all, with the concrete it makes for a very hot site. We were near the bathrooms where there was a constant stink of sewer making sitting outside impossible. We were only here for one night so it was not worth saying anything. When they say the pool is in heated, they mean it! It was 100 degrees when we visited, hot! But the pool was so cold we could not get in it.ounds ridiculous, but seriously cold. Would not return here. We camped at Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park in a Motorhome.

Stay away from the new bathrooms. They stink. The stack pipes are tall, but obviously there is an issue

After the previous night in hell (aka Midland, TX), we weren't sure what to expect -- but we sure were pleasantly surprised. This park is a keeper. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the facilities are first-class. We were originally assigned a site in the new area which has only a few little trees, and having no shade when it's 108 outside was not what we were looking for, so we called the office (it was closed from noon-1 PM), and they picked up immediately and told us to find an unoccupied site we liked. We chose 42, which had two huge shade trees. After Midland, it was like heaven. WI-FI was TengoNet, but OK for email or browsing. There is no direct cable TV per se, but they will loan you (FOR FREE) a cable conversion box which worked great. The pool at this park is smallish (only 4.5 feet deep), but at 75 F. (with an ambient air temp of 108), it felt like slipping into ice until your body got acclimated ! Once in the water, we stayed there for at least an hour every day we were there. We also met a number of nice folks while cooling off in the refreshing water. I almost forgot to mention sharing the pool with the birds: blackbirds, doves, swallows, and others. The blackbird actually jumped into the pool and took a bath while we watched. The swallows would dive down toward the pool surface just enough to wet their feet. There is also a very nice dog run with lush grass. Our two little pooches loved it. Instead of dumpsters, this park had gigantic garbage cans located all around the park, so I never had to walk very far to dispose of trash. Roswell is just a short drive down the road. The UFO museum was kind of cool, and much of the town is adorned with alien-themed statues and signs. We camped at Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park in a Motorhome.

Lot of rules to follow and long way to dog park, but overall it was very clean and well organized park with good wifi and easy entrance , large sites. Good value for what you got. To improve the park, they might put chairs in the shower rooms along with mats. No place to put soap and other items in handy cap shower. We camped at Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a good option in the area and easily accessible. We stayed at the urging of friends who have stayed previously prior to the expansion. The new section is great for big rigs. Perfect for our 40' fifth wheel. Nice long pull thrus. All the amenities worked just fine. Dog park is in The mobile home section of the park. It's a small park but was just fine for our two small fur babies. The staff wasn't overly friendly, in fact was just happy to take our money. We are not likely to visit that area again, however, as far as RV parks go, it's a good choice. We camped at Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This was our second experience at this park. Since our first they had expanded and added a huge area what has concrete roads, graveled pads and new tree plantings. It also includes a large restroom facility and ample trash receptacles. It was a very pleasant surprise! Cable is provided. We would stay again. We camped at Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

It's Roswell - need to check out the Alien Musuem! Bitter Lake Wildlife Refuge is also worth the drive. There are other state and federal parks in the area they may also be work a visit - we only had one day in the area. The city of Roswell is very friendly with fast food, local food, shopping centers, national grocery and RV friendly gas stations.

40.00 reflects daily rate. I stayed for month and it was$475.00 including tax , electric, cable, sewer, water. I read all the reviews twice,to make sure I was at the same park. This place was spotless. Very few permanent people, extremely quiet. New cable box's are included in the price . No deposit required. We had a few issues with it and park personnel handled it perfectly. Mass transit bus is one block away, 75 cents per trip. 2 miles from Albertsons grocery store , 3 miles to Walmart. Bus stop in front of each. UFO museum is must see We camped at Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park in a Motorhome.

This park appeared to be nice enough, but has challenges. We reserved a space online. I received no confirmation, so I called. They had no record of the reservation. Very nice person made a reservation for us over the phone. She never told me the price (stupid of me not to ask). We arrived after hours. No receipt was with our package. No code for bathroom. No code for wi-fi. Cable did not work at all. Nice dog park, though. Be sure to arrive during office hours so you can get the needed codes. We camped at Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park in a Motorhome.

This park is very quiet and peaceful. We parked here for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. The camp host was very nice and helpful. The sites are large and for the most part level. The wifi is okay. We had trouble the first night getting connected to the internet and while a bit slow it is working fine this morning. We will definitely camp here again. We stayed in the "new" section which is at the back of the park. That part has nice wide concrete driveways and gravel sites. Not exactly level even as it seems they could have been made level. The seem to have a hump in the middle. Wi-Fi was almost unusable, super slow. Restrooms were nice and the entire new section is clean. They have an extensive selection of DVDs which they lend out. We camped at Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park in a Motorhome.

The park has an older and newer section. The older part has mature trees the newer has younger ones. The roads a gravel and cement combination The sites are nice gravel. The sites all appear to be side by side, they are long and average width. We were here in some heavy rain and had no problem with water. Having looked around the area we think this is the best park to stay in while visiting Roswell. The office is very nice and friendly. We will stay again. What a pleasant experience. We stayed in the back lot which is new. There is no grass in the new section. Very clean, new concrete roads, level gravel drive thru lots with sufficient room (very organized), good wifi, nice showers/bathrooms, good cable, nice dog run (with lots of grass), friendly & helpful staff. Easy to find. In town, yet fairly quiet. We would recommend this park. We camped at Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We arrived at the park at 7:00 PM. The office was closed. Used the night registration to select a spot. All the facilities were locked and I was unable to get the key code. Checked at the office at 8:00 AM to get the Shower and restroom codes from the manager and the office was still closed. We gave up and left. I would recommend avoiding this park. We camped at Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park in a Truck Camper.

This park has two sections, old with trees and new very small trees. It is located adjoined to a mobile home park. The entire rv section is paved or gravel. No grass.

Saturday and Sunday office hours close at noon. The contact number for access code yielded no response. We had to find the owner to get them.

This is one occasion where our Garmin was more accurate that the campgrounds signs. Traveling South on S Main. St their signs says 2 miles while our GPS said less than a mile. Garmin won.

New section shower/bath room was in good shape. However the showers, two phone booths and a handicap accessible one had no bench, no shelf and only one hook. We camped at Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Come here at the right time and you may see an alien?? Nearly all the shopping/eating establishments are on the other side of town. Nothing within easy walking distance. If you want to eat out you will have to unhook.
