Couldn't ask for more. We had site 2 for 4 nights. The road is asphalt and all the sites are 1/2 and 1 inch stone graded level. Strong WiFi, cable worked fine, water, electric all ok. The rest rooms/showers, laundry are spotless. The pool was always clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The park is quiet. Pleasant place to stay. The dog walk is thick grass which my dogs enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again. We camped at Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park in a Motorhome.

This was fine for an overnight to see the UFO stuff in town. We were in a pull-thru in the back. Roads are all paved and everything else is thick gravel. At least it's not dusty here. Very nice grassy and large dog park so at least there is grass for the dogs.WIFI worked great as well as the cable TV. Staff was friendly and helpful when asked about local places. Close enough to town. We would stay again if in the area. We camped at Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park in a Motorhome.

What a pleasant surprise this park is. Very clean restrooms, plenty of room did not have to unhook. Pool was open and relaxing, weather was very hot this day. Front office gentleman has a great accent, and a very pleasant attitude, felt welcome. Has a dog park and small gym, did not use either one. TV and Internet both worked with no problems. This gem of a park has a friendly manager, who has traveled around the world. great sense of humor and an extremely friendly demeanor. We had quite a bit in common as he spoke German (we are Dutch) and both military. We camped at Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park in a Motorhome.

The park had awesome reviews but when I arrived I was treated pretty rudely. I was told my receipt would be e-mailed, and when I asked where to go, the man told me to just go pick a spot. Then after I was in a spot of my own choosing, I went to take a shower in the bath-house. While there, some girl came in to clean and just propped the door open. When I came out of the shower stall and realized it, I did not feel safe in the park anymore. I suggest finding somewhere else to stay if possible. Never saw anyone patrol the park.... Serious safety concerns here. We camped at Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park in a Travel Trailer.

The park has three sections, permanent single-wides, older semi-transient with some trees and a separate fenced all concrete and gravel area where we stayed. Pool was closed but the dog park was operational. Over-all a clean convenient place for a short visit to Roswell. We camped at Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

If in Roswell you have to visit the UFO museum. Free parking at what was an unexpectedly interesting museum. Afterwards had a great salad bar and steak dinner at The Cattle Baron restaurant just north of downtown on Main Street.

There are 3 sections to this park: long-term RV'ers, short-term RV'ers and a mobile home park. We stayed in the short-term, newer area, which was all concrete and gravel, with a few young trees. They keep the gravel sites well-groomed. I would say this park feels very sterile. I would not want to stay longer than the 2-days we stayed. The dog park is definitely necessary due to the lack of grass or other vegetation around the sites, and we appreciated the bags and trash there. We camped at Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We just stayed at Town and Country RV Park for a week, $169 total. A really nice park on the outskirts of town but only 5-7 minutes from downtown. Sites are large, most are pull-thru, 50 amp full hookups, concrete roads throughout, laundry, showers, restrooms, nice dog run, very clean and well kept. Staff is very accommodating, helpful and pleasant. There are 2 sections, front and back. These are pictures of the back where we stayed. 5 stars. We arrived on Sunday in March and the office was closed, but a pleasant woman answered the phone and registered us and assigned a site without coming in. The park is quite large, crushed rock roads and sites. Full hook-ups and cable all worked well. No trees or landscaping, but clean. easy in and easy out. Easy to find. We camped at Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park in a Motorhome.

Two sections...older section for seasonal campers and new section for thru travelers. Huge capacity in New section with every other pull thru going one direction alternating with pull the US going in opposite direction. New bathrooms and showers in New section. They had a main water feed line crack but they accommodated campers even while repairing. Kept park really clean...wifi was ok. We camped at Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Location is on Brasher Rd. right off Main Street. The Mobile home park is in a separate fenced area. They have concrete driveways and gravel pads. No on-site store, but there are several stores on Main Street right in Roswell. We had full hookups and WiFi was excellent. This well maintained park has shade trees in the older section and newly planted trees in the new section where we were. We had a picnic table and there are picnic tables and BBQ stands available for all to use. They have screw in sewer connections. Water pressure was good. Electrical is 30 and 50 amps. The park is fenced with chain link privacy fence and extremely well lit at night. There is no cable TV service at this time although all the cable connections are available. They said a new provider service has been ordered. There are several over-the-air channels available from the southeast. There were no flies and no mosquitos. We camped at Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park in a Motorhome.

After the previous night in hell (aka Midland, TX), we weren't sure what to expect -- but we sure were pleasantly surprised. This park is a keeper. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the facilities are first-class. We were originally assigned a site in the new area which has only a few little trees, and having no shade when it's 108 outside was not what we were looking for, so we called the office (it was closed from noon-1 PM), and they picked up immediately and told us to find an unoccupied site we liked. We chose 42, which had two huge shade trees. After Midland, it was like heaven. WI-FI was TengoNet, but OK for email or browsing. There is no direct cable TV per se, but they will loan you (FOR FREE) a cable conversion box which worked great. The pool at this park is smallish (only 4.5 feet deep), but at 75 F. (with an ambient air temp of 108), it felt like slipping into ice until your body got acclimated ! Once in the water, we stayed there for at least an hour every day we were there. We also met a number of nice folks while cooling off in the refreshing water. I almost forgot to mention sharing the pool with the birds: blackbirds, doves, swallows, and others. The blackbird actually jumped into the pool and took a bath while we watched. The swallows would dive down toward the pool surface just enough to wet their feet. There is also a very nice dog run with lush grass. Our two little pooches loved it. Instead of dumpsters, this park had gigantic garbage cans located all around the park, so I never had to walk very far to dispose of trash. Roswell is just a short drive down the road. The UFO museum was kind of cool, and much of the town is adorned with alien-themed statues and signs. We camped at Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park in a Motorhome.

We were put on the newer area where it is all concrete and gravel, no shade at all, with the concrete it makes for a very hot site. We were near the bathrooms where there was a constant stink of sewer making sitting outside impossible. We were only here for one night so it was not worth saying anything. When they say the pool is in heated, they mean it! It was 100 degrees when we visited, hot! But the pool was so cold we could not get in it.ounds ridiculous, but seriously cold. Would not return here. We camped at Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park in a Motorhome.

Lot of rules to follow and long way to dog park, but overall it was very clean and well organized park with good wifi and easy entrance , large sites. Good value for what you got. To improve the park, they might put chairs in the shower rooms along with mats. No place to put soap and other items in handy cap shower. This is a good option in the area and easily accessible. We stayed at the urging of friends who have stayed previously prior to the expansion. The new section is great for big rigs. Perfect for our 40' fifth wheel. Nice long pull thrus. All the amenities worked just fine. Dog park is in The mobile home section of the park. It's a small park but was just fine for our two small fur babies. The staff wasn't overly friendly, in fact was just happy to take our money. We are not likely to visit that area again, however, as far as RV parks go, it's a good choice. We camped at Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This was our second experience at this park. Since our first they had expanded and added a huge area what has concrete roads, graveled pads and new tree plantings. It also includes a large restroom facility and ample trash receptacles. It was a very pleasant surprise! Cable is provided. We would stay again. Tips for other Campers:

It's Roswell - need to check out the Alien Musuem! Bitter Lake Wildlife Refuge is also worth the drive. There are other state and federal parks in the area they may also be work a visit - we only had one day in the area. The city of Roswell is very friendly with fast food, local food, shopping centers, national grocery and RV friendly gas stations.
