In Roswell for the Senior Olympics. 106 degrees in the afternoon. Cable reception is poor, but local HD is great! WiFi is spotty but marginally usable. Electric and water were strong and reliable. About half the sites have trees/ shade. Easy access to park and camp site. The sites are close together but doable. Restroom and showers were dated but clean. I will camp there again. We camped at Trailer Village RV Park in a Motorhome.

Clean little park, gravel roads and level sites. Small bathrooms with showers. There are small grass lawns in front of park for our Aussie to use. Cable tv only have us 4 channels, we got more on antenna. Hook ups were set up kind of strange, water and sewer hose crossed each other, the water spigot was very low on the ground sticking out about 4 inches right next to the sewer dump about 2 feet away. There was a little confusion about which patio pad was ours or our neighbor but only stayed one night so it wasnt an issue. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful offering places to eat and visit. Other guests were very friendly as well. The park is just down the road from main street so it was very quick to eat. All in all, this park is quaint and we would definitely stay here again. We camped at Trailer Village RV Park in a Motorhome.

Small park, not a resort. Great staff, nice sized, level, gravel sites; some with shade trees. Passing through, stayed one night. Would definitely stay again. We camped at Trailer Village RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Easy to find and the owner will show you a route to depart that will avoid the downtown area. Check-in was quick and the owner led us to our site. They have expanded the park and there are more trees in the older section, but there was plenty of shade. Our site, 12, accommodated our 45' coach and towed, and I believe sites 7 - 12 would also. There was plenty of room between sites. The park is older, but the owner's have put much money and sweat equity into their park, and it shows. We were given great directions to Walmart and surrounding area. They don't have a pet area as such, but there are enough grass areas to accommodate most pets. The owner's go out of their way to ensure your stay is pleasurable. Highly recommend this park. We camped at Trailer Village RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Apparently most of the newer shops and restaurants are in northern Roswell off Main Street. They have a very new Walmart and numerous "chain" restaurants as well as several "local" restaurants that appeared very attractive. No problem finding Mexican cuisine.

I stayed for a week w/military discount. Real nice people to do business with. The park is just a couple minutes from downtown Roswell and the owner is great with directions and recommendations for places to eat. Her and her husband have been in the area since the early to mid 80's I believe. Nice clean well kept place and they are constantly making improvements and putting money back into their park. Sites were clean and level with plenty of space for slide outs. All utilities worked as expected. This is the nicest park and closest to Roswell. We camped at Trailer Village RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Nice quiet and clean park with friendly and helpful staff (owner). Like others have stated, level sites on gravel with a very small place for the picnic table and limited walk areas for the dogs. We would stay here again. We camped at Trailer Village RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Small quiet campground, almost level small diameter gravel sites, with gravel islands separating the sites containing a picnic table. Our rig is facing northwest, which is OK in March, but would be a scorcher in the summer. (We try to aim either the front or rear towards the setting sun, and they do have sites that would enable that orientation.) Check-in was easy and we received LOTS of suggestions on how to make the most of our stay. Discount for cash payment. We camped at Trailer Village RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Roswell Museum is an interesting visit - no admission, but accepts donations. Bottomless State Park is 12 miles east, and could be an interesting day trip during the summer to swim. While touring today, we smelled the downside of camping out there as Roswell is noted for dairy.

This was just an overnight stop for us, passing through to Arizona. They had 20" of snow just a couple of weeks before and everything was very muddy. Of course, not the park's fault, but the situation could have been improved with some paving. All gravel sites and roads. There was a narrow concrete patio area with a table. Restroom was clean but could have used a fresh coat of paint. Check in was fast and friendly. Sites are close together. We would return if just needing an overnight stop. We camped at Trailer Village RV Park in a Motorhome.

This used to be a regular stop on our way from Chicago to Tucson in the fall, then we started going via Denver to see family. So after several years we were pleased to find that the park has expanded, along with being as nice and friendly as ever. New pull through sites are longer, easier to access and dead level, did not even unhitch. We camped at Trailer Village RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a pretty average RV Park. Clean and well-kept. Check-in was fast and friendly. The sites are pretty close together but not terrible. The sites are all gravel and ours was very level. There are a few areas with a little grass for the dogs. The hookups were conveniently located and worked fine. The restroom was clean as were the showers but I didn't use them so can't comment. The laundry room was clean. Three decent sized washers at $1.25 each and four dryers at $1.50 for 45 minutes. No vending machine so bring your own supplies. No coin machine either; ask at the office if you need change. The best part of the place is its convenient location right near downtown Roswell. Seems like most of the back in sites around the edge are used by the long-term residents and the two rows of pull thrus are for the short stays. Wi-fi worked real well most of the time and Verizon was about 3 bars. I would definitely stay again since I don't think there are any better options and it's so close to town. We stayed for a week while visiting the Roswell area. The owner operators are very friendly and willing to help where ever they can. Sites are wide and easy for pull through. WiFi worked but at times was a bit hard to get on to. We would definitely recommend this RV Park if you are in the area. We camped at Trailer Village RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Well kept gravel lot style park with full hookups. Level sites and easy access to and in the park for our 40'+ Big Rig RV. Owner was constantly working to improve park during our stay. Other choices in area were unimpressive. Price reflects Good Sam discount. Although a good park, there is nothing about the park, or in Roswell, that would bring me back for $38 per night.
