Given what is in the area, this is the best value. There is more expensive ones that are nicer if you want but given the location and price we go for this one. Good Verizon and ok tv signal. We were in the back by the small dirt park area so only got NBC true broadcast channel but might have gotten better if we tried harder. Sat worked well everywhere. Just a gravel parking lot but great friendly service. Pool perminately closed. Location location location. Take a right out of the park and go right into town. Horsemans haven best hot green chili hamburger in the world to the left and many many more all around u. You can go out the back gate for a walk in the dirt. We camped at Los Suenos de Santa Fe RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

We stayed here the last week of May. This is our second time staying here in the Santa Fe area. The site we had was a back-in site and was relatively level. We had to use blocks on the back wheels for a 3" rise. The park has paved interior roads. The sites are graveled with patio pads and tables. We tried to use the park Wi-Fi, but it was marginal. TV is over-the-air and you get the 3 major networks and PBS. The restrooms were cleaned daily and we used the showers. The laundry was $1.75 for wash and $1.00 for drying. They were replacing washers and dryers the week we were there. They are also replacing picnic tables as needed. There is a very nice dog/pet walk in the back of the park that accesses the walking trail along Arroyo Chamiso directly behind the park. The big plus to this park is the closeness to the central part of Santa Fe. There's a Walmart within a mile and lots of other shopping along Cerrillos Rd. Our nightly rate was a prorated weekly rate. We extended an extra day the day before we left and they gave us the same discounted daily rate, which I didn't expect. We will stay here again on return trips to the area. We camped at Los Suenos de Santa Fe RV Park in a Motorhome.

Nice level pull through spaces. Not much in way of cover or privacy in the spaces, but plenty of space to move in and out. Overall, appearance of park is OK and good location in town. Let's talk about the bathrooms. We came in late and picked up our info at the office. The bathrooms had a keypad entry which probably worked if the door actually latched on the men's bathroom. Bathrooms were not clean or secure and I am pretty sure someone pooped in one shower and appeared to have feces smeared on wall in another shower stall. Floors were filthy. We chose to shower in the camper and left. No stars for cleanliness or security. If you never use the park showers or bathrooms, this place is fine. If you do use the facilities at parks, I suggest you find another place. We camped at Los Suenos de Santa Fe RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

We asked for 50 amp service and lady at desk put us in a site that her key said was either 30 or 50 amp. But it was definitely only 30 amp. We checked several others in same row and all were 30. Also the park was only a gravel parking lot with lots of full timers there so it felt a little junky. Would not stay here again. We camped at Los Suenos de Santa Fe RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice place to stay if you want to see Santa Fe. Close to everything. Don't look for the Penske Truck rental sign when trying to locate this park as Penske has moved. Look for the sign that states "Lofts". This isn't a resort, but we came here to see Santa Fe, not sit around in the rv park. Very close to everything. The wi-fi might be spotty, but if you have to depend on the internet you should have your own mobile internet connection with you. I'll never understand RVers that say internet is a must for them, but then are too cheap to carry their own mobile internet connection with them. I would stay here again for sure! Verizon is a bit weak in this area, but worked well enough for me to take care of my internet business. AT&T is strong. We are full-timers. We camped at Los Suenos de Santa Fe RV Park in a Motorhome.

Super friendly staff. Pet friendly park. Its an older park, but maintained. We stayed here to see Santa Fe, not sit in the RV park, and its right in town. Look for a black sign that says "The Lofts" to find it. Its off the main road enough that noise wasn't an issue. All the sites slope sideways for drainage on the property, we used 3" to level. Sites were spaced nicely, not too crowded. Checked out the bathrooms/shower, older but clean. Our nightly rate was with taxes and a group discount, the same as the good sam discount. We would stay here again if were in Santa Fe. We camped at Los Suenos de Santa Fe RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Like other reviews, can be difficult to locate. Watch for sign that says LOFT, located behind a Penske Truck Rental, shared driveway. Staff very friendly. Facility is all gravel with some tight spots to get into. Old park but served well for over night. Each spot had a concrete patio with picnic table. Rate was based on Balloon Fiesta. Departure from the park is a right hand turn only. Would consider staying again if in area. We camped at Los Suenos de Santa Fe RV Park in a Motorhome.

Sites are gravel with a paved patio. We were at the back end of the park, furthest from the office. We valued the shade we had. We were right next to the dog walking area so met some dogs and their owners. Used the laundry - odd set up - you can access 2 washers & dryers in the ladies washroom and one in the men's. I had three loads so husband put one in the men's washroom. Had great wifi on day one and day five but none in between as it was broken. It was known prior to the weekend that it wasn't working but it wasn't fixed until the Tuesday. My "Service" assessment of only being satisfactory has only to do with this aspect. If the IT guy was "too busy" maybe you need another IT guy. We are pretty dependent on wifi to stay connected so this was a disappointment. Staff in the office are exemplary - very friendly and helpful. The maintenance fellow also very nice - he did what he could on the wifi. Loved the garbage pick up system - each site has its own garbage can. I would stay again but the park needs to understand how travellers these days depend on their internet! We camped at Los Suenos de Santa Fe RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

This park is older and has lots of long termers. The sites in the middle are pull through. Some like ours, have the power hook up on the wrong side side of the RV making it more difficult. The staff is friendly but not very well informed. The redeeming factor id Santa Fe is so nice, and this is about as close as you can get to all the activities. The website was less than honest. It shows a map with "shops and restaurants " nearby (a vape shop, auto parts store and 2 defunct cafes hidden by a lot of Penske trucks). It says it's on an extensive bike/hike trail system (the office had no information about it, and it was hard to find and harder to access). Office charged us for the most expensive site without offering a choice. ALL THAT SAID, it wasn't a bad place - kinda cute, clean. We camped at Los Suenos de Santa Fe RV Park in a Motorhome.

Old park. Don't bring a motorhome here! Entry/exit from sites is difficult and some sites are worse than others. The park map (the one you get AFTER you've paid) even says that some are "hard access". 50 amp service is high on a pole on the opposite site of the site from where it should be, so the cord must be snaked under the rig, if it's long enough.

Staff is friendly but unable to handle the rigors of scheduling. We were promised a site, and paid a deposit, only to find on arrival that "our" site had been given to someone else. We were placed in another narrow site, backing and filling to get in, and then were told that someone else was coming in the next day, so we would have to move again.

I understand that it's location, location, location, but for the price, this park doesn't measure up. Look elsewhere. We camped at Los Suenos de Santa Fe RV Park in a Motorhome.

The park is great - quiet, shady but still able to use our satellite connection. There are 2 problems which keep it from a 10. The driveway is not well marked so you really have to hunt for the entrance. The washers and dryers are in the bath room so there are no hanging racks, chairs or folding tables. Location is about as close as you can get to action in Santa Fe, which is all down by the Plaza and several miles from campground. Signage is marginal on way in - passed it first time and had to negotiate a U turn on busy road which was not easy - (Hint: when you pass it coming from South, continue to Walmart parking lot to turn around.) Also, when exiting, you have to make a right turn which is opposite of where you want to go if you are trying to get back to I-25 - again, drive to Walmart parking lot and turn around. Sites are level. We camped at Los Suenos de Santa Fe RV Park in a Motorhome.

Rate reflects discount for 7 nights + rip off undisclosed-until-last-minute credit card fee.

The Good: Close to downtown. Friendly office staff. Allowed us to receive shipments. Verizon cell and Sprint Mifi worked well. Gravel sites were clean. Each site has it's own trash can and trash is picked up daily. The pool and surrounding area were clean and well-maintained. Pool was not heated.

The Not So Good: Entire property has small slope downward so sites are not level. Some trees need trimming. We had to back-in to a pull-through site to avoid being scratched by a tree. Hook-ups are in a weird location. You'll need a long water hose. Sites are close together but typical for park being close to a town.

The Bad:

1.) Trying to arrive at the property, you cannot see the sign. We had to call and were told to look for yellow Penske trucks. If you arrive here, turn where you see "Manny's Auto Sales" and "The Lofts" as well as the yellow Penske trucks. Once you turn, you'll see the RV Office.

2.) WiFi doesn't exist. They told us at check-in they are installing new WiFi but, during the course of one week, we never saw work in progress. We didn't even see their WiFi system on the drop down menu of available WiFi networks.

3.) Upon check-in, they said they have a fee for using a credit card. It was relative to the amount charged. For us it was substantial (over $20). This fee was not disclosed on the website nor on our confirmation form nor was a credit card fee charged at time of online reservation.

Bottom line - I won't stay here again unless they're the last vacancy standing. We camped at Los Suenos de Santa Fe RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

You can take the public bus to downtown SF for $1 each way. The stop is in front of Los Suenos so it's very convenient as is the drop off location downtown. Breakfast at The Pantry is delicious. Try their real corned beef hash and the biscuits. Santa Fe Bite has awesome green chili jack pepper cheese burgers and sweet potato fries. You will not be disappointed!
