The RV park is quiet, but the property is on a downward slope so most sites require some sort of leveling system. The long-term residents keep their sites clean except a couple of "Travelers" doing the annual asphalt "work". The washing machine, in the men's restroom, did not put enough water in the tub and when the wash was finished there were dry spots on the clothes...yuk. The dryers are clogged with lint so they did not dry well. Even though the park was kept clean, it's in need of a good maintenance plan and oversight because it seems rundown. The electrical connection did not have a circuit breaker...it was located on a mains box several sites away. For the money, next time I'll be staying across the street at the Trailer Ranch RV Resort which is beautiful and impeccably kept. We camped at Los Suenos de Santa Fe RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Date of Stay: April, 2018 - $37.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed at Los Suenos de Santa Fe for 5 nights in April 2018. We very much enjoyed our stay, which we extended from an original planned 4 nights. The reception was warm, informative and professional. Our site was at the far end of the park, near a large dog-walking area with lots of trees. The curving access road at this point afforded lots of space between the sites. The sites up the straight sides were a bit closer, but did not appear to be uncomfortably close at all. Because we were at the end we were concerned we might be victims of that perennial RV park issue - bad internet - but were very please to find we never once had difficulty with internet. The bathroom facilities were centrally located and not far from the end where we were. There are also laundry facilities, although these are located in both the men's and women's restrooms, but not in any location accessible to both sexes, which is not at all conducive to doing the laundry together. It is really nice that one can catch a bus downtown right in front of the park. We hardly used our vehicle in the whole time we were there. We camped at Los Suenos de Santa Fe RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

The easy bus connection downtown is a great feature of Los Suenos. And there is a nice little casual tex-mex restaurant just across the street (there is also a 'taqueria' place in the front end of the same strip mall, but we did not get a chance to try that.

We stayed here during the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta. So we start with a warning: Even in Santa Fe, make your reservations well in advance at this time of year. This park is located in the city, albeit out in the suburban area. The sites were very tight. The roads were navigable. There was a small park/ play area at the back of the park with a short trail for walking the dog. Wifi was very good, which was great because cell phone signals were very weak. It's not a pretty campground, just functional. We would stay here again only if other options were not available. We camped at Los Suenos de Santa Fe RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This park has been here quite a while and it shows. Run down neighborhood w/an upscale condo development next door. Five empty retail spaces out front. Poor signage; were told to look for the sign for the condo development. 50 amp power on some sites but ours at least, had no way to shut off power while plugging in/ unplugging.

Median in street requires a u-turn if coming from East and another if leaving going West. On plus side, mgmt was friendly and helpful; kept grounds clean although lots of dog poop not picked up in dog-walk area. Would probably stay here again. We camped at Los Suenos de Santa Fe RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

September 24 &25- Campground provided what we needed as a place to stay. But...to start it has no sign on the road to let you know where to turn. As others have mentioned you need to watch for a sign to the business next to it. Shower stalls are small. Very small. TP was of the narrow width variety. Washer and dryers were in the bathrooms. The power outlet at our site had no breaker and was within one foot of the ground and right next to the water hookup. The playground equipment is something out of the early 1960's and needs to be replaced. It was hard to tell where the tent camping ended and the so called dog walk began. Wifi worked for us but spoke with another RVer who walking around with her laptop looking for reception. Watch for tree overhang if you are using the pull through site with a bigger rig. On the plus side the bus stop to downtown Santa Fe is right next to the camp and ran every 15 minutes. Site was reasonably level. We had a new picnic table. We camped at Los Suenos de Santa Fe RV Park in a Motorhome.

The price reflects the weekly rate. Older, well maintained RV park. 30 and 50 amp service available. We had a back-in site. Plenty of room to maneuver and get in. Two washers and two dryers in the ladies room, and one washer and one dryer in the mens room. A bit unusual, but they worked well and we got our wash done. Super friendly and helpful people running the park. We had a vehicle problem on the day we were supposed to leave. Staying two extra days, extended at the weekly rate. Bus service from near the front of the park to the plaza area. Senior ticket $1 for all day. If we ever visit Santa Fe again, we will stay here for sure. The bathrooms are nasty. Looks like they come by with a broom once in awhile. Showers was as small as our campers. If you have a long camper, it is very hard to park. The pull throughs are not angled. We camped at Los Suenos de Santa Fe RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Given what is in the area, this is the best value. There is more expensive ones that are nicer if you want but given the location and price we go for this one. Good Verizon and ok tv signal. We were in the back by the small dirt park area so only got NBC true broadcast channel but might have gotten better if we tried harder. Sat worked well everywhere. Just a gravel parking lot but great friendly service. Pool perminately closed. Location location location. Take a right out of the park and go right into town. Horsemans haven best hot green chili hamburger in the world to the left and many many more all around u. You can go out the back gate for a walk in the dirt. We camped at Los Suenos de Santa Fe RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

No usable pool been out since last year. To get electricity to half of the pull thru sites you had to snake it under your trailer which shouldn't have been a big problem but was for us. Broken washer and dryer in ladies rest room. No trees to speak of and a very unattractive park. Look elsewhere like across the street and it is easier to find, more trees, helpful staff, and has pool. Both are close to bus stop. We wouldn't stay there again. We camped at Los Suenos de Santa Fe RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

We stayed here the last week of May. This is our second time staying here in the Santa Fe area. The site we had was a back-in site and was relatively level. We had to use blocks on the back wheels for a 3" rise. The park has paved interior roads. The sites are graveled with patio pads and tables. We tried to use the park Wi-Fi, but it was marginal. TV is over-the-air and you get the 3 major networks and PBS. The restrooms were cleaned daily and we used the showers. The laundry was $1.75 for wash and $1.00 for drying. They were replacing washers and dryers the week we were there. They are also replacing picnic tables as needed. There is a very nice dog/pet walk in the back of the park that accesses the walking trail along Arroyo Chamiso directly behind the park. The big plus to this park is the closeness to the central part of Santa Fe. There's a Walmart within a mile and lots of other shopping along Cerrillos Rd. Our nightly rate was a prorated weekly rate. We extended an extra day the day before we left and they gave us the same discounted daily rate, which I didn't expect. We will stay here again on return trips to the area. We camped at Los Suenos de Santa Fe RV Park in a Motorhome.

My wife and I have stayed there many times because of the short drive to downtown Santa Fe. We are pulling and have a 45 foot coach. there are only about 5 spaces that we can pull into and those frequently must have someones vehicle moved in order to enter them. Due to the trees and obstructions we could only get satellite TV in three of them. The park is well located and really needs a serious up date. It would then be full all the season. We camped at Los Suenos de Santa Fe RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Excellent shopping in old town and excellent restaurants throughout Santa Fe. The Opera is exceptional and it is interesting to visit the various artists displays. Surrounding towns are fun to visit and there is a casino nearby if that is your thing. Pasquals on Water Street is a true Santa must do. No reservations and usually quite a wait. Its worth it.

We asked for 50 amp service and lady at desk put us in a site that her key said was either 30 or 50 amp. But it was definitely only 30 amp. We checked several others in same row and all were 30. Also the park was only a gravel parking lot with lots of full timers there so it felt a little junky. Would not stay here again. We camped at Los Suenos de Santa Fe RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice level pull through spaces. Not much in way of cover or privacy in the spaces, but plenty of space to move in and out. Overall, appearance of park is OK and good location in town. Let's talk about the bathrooms. We came in late and picked up our info at the office. The bathrooms had a keypad entry which probably worked if the door actually latched on the men's bathroom. Bathrooms were not clean or secure and I am pretty sure someone pooped in one shower and appeared to have feces smeared on wall in another shower stall. Floors were filthy. We chose to shower in the camper and left. No stars for cleanliness or security. If you never use the park showers or bathrooms, this place is fine. If you do use the facilities at parks, I suggest you find another place. We camped at Los Suenos de Santa Fe RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Super friendly staff. Pet friendly park. Its an older park, but maintained. We stayed here to see Santa Fe, not sit in the RV park, and its right in town. Look for a black sign that says "The Lofts" to find it. Its off the main road enough that noise wasn't an issue. All the sites slope sideways for drainage on the property, we used 3" to level. Sites were spaced nicely, not too crowded. Checked out the bathrooms/shower, older but clean. Our nightly rate was with taxes and a group discount, the same as the good sam discount. We would stay here again if were in Santa Fe. We camped at Los Suenos de Santa Fe RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice place to stay if you want to see Santa Fe. Close to everything. Don't look for the Penske Truck rental sign when trying to locate this park as Penske has moved. Look for the sign that states "Lofts". This isn't a resort, but we came here to see Santa Fe, not sit around in the rv park. Very close to everything. The wi-fi might be spotty, but if you have to depend on the internet you should have your own mobile internet connection with you. I'll never understand RVers that say internet is a must for them, but then are too cheap to carry their own mobile internet connection with them. I would stay here again for sure! Verizon is a bit weak in this area, but worked well enough for me to take care of my internet business. AT&T is strong. We are full-timers.
