Nothing really wrong with this park, just can't justify the cost. All dirt, very windy, small spaces, no shade. Okay, but for wrong price. We camped at Santa Fe Skies RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is our fourth time staying here. This time we had a pull-through site. As usual, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The park is clean and safe. Management is efficient and helpful. The restrooms are spotless. The walking path at the perimeter of the park is perfect for walking the dogs. There is a dog park as well, but we didn't use it. The park is very convenient to all the attractions of Santa Fe without being in the crowded streets of town. We camped at Santa Fe Skies RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Pros: park has a charm about it. Family who lives adjacent owns me runs it. Very friendly and accommodating. Sculpture artwork by owner throughout park. Not too far out-of-town. Up on the ridge with a great view. Cons: extremely tight spacing. Had to adjust 3-4 times to make coach fit with slides to not hit utilities and stairs not hit concrete slab next to coach. Still had trouble getting some bay doors open on account of hitting utilities. Also had to back out when leaving a pull through site because neighbors had vehicles sticking out. We camped at Santa Fe Skies RV Park in a Motorhome.

This place is awesome. Love the walking trail. Yes, we are close to each other but I didn't mind it a bit. Utilities are excellent. Site level front to back but drivers side was a bit low. Love the concrete patios. Satellite reception excellent. Wonderful sculptures around the park. We will be back. We camped at Santa Fe Skies RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed 3 days here. Close to Santa Fe attractions (the Plaza, Georgia O'Keefe gallery/museum, etc). The park was nicely tiered but still a little on the close side. Had a nice patio with a picnic table. Quirky metal art sculptures kept with the Santa Fe look. Hookups were no problem. Over the air gave a few station selections. Wifi was spotty but okay. We would stay here again. We camped at Santa Fe Skies RV Park in a Motorhome.

Great RV park, 20 mins from Santa Fe plaza. Some sites are a bit bigger than others, but overall the way they stagger the rigs in each row, you have a bit more privacy. Owner has metal art and old machines scattered around the park, which makes the place more in line with Santa Fe art scene. Good wifi. Clean, quite, and close to lots of shopping. We camped at Santa Fe Skies RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is an RV park that sits south of the city of Santa Fe, on a small hill. It has some great views. The biggest drawback of this park is that it isn't very tidy. There are a lot of weeds and no grass but it is the desert so maybe to be expected. The staff was awesome and the trail around the park (3/4 mile) was perfect for dog walking. We camped at Santa Fe Skies RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Some of the sites have concrete patioes with patio furniture. That seemed to be a good option. Santa Fe is about 20 minutes from the park if you plan to visit the downtown area. Pantry restaurant is a MUST for breakfast. The breakfast burrito was outstanding!

This is a very nice park, and the only reason it doesn't get a 10 is because the spaces are a little tight. There's a 3/4 mile walking trail, and the owners have installed sculptures by a local artist all around. There's also a "museum" of old farm equipment. The laundry was clean and takes credit cards only. I also liked that we got a 7th night free when we stayed a week. We camped at Santa Fe Skies RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

An older park and it's showing it's age. The sites are very close together and a little tricky to maneuver into with longer rigs and aren't really maintained at all. Our sewer connection was little more than a hole in the ground, no cap and our patio was maybe 3' wide. It took 3 blocks all the way down the side of our rig to level out. And while we don't generally hook up cable, the antenna/cable wires were just cut off bare wires sticking out of the ground - useless and ugly. The sites haven't been mowed or weeded in probably five years. The park itself is cute, with art all over the place and a VERY nice and clean main facility where the restrooms and showers are. It's really close to town and very convenient and the people we met were quite nice and accommodating. The Internet was rock solid the first day and non existent the next, so plan on bringing your own. We camped at Santa Fe Skies RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

We come to Santa Fe for one main reason: Jackalope. The other reason is the Santa Fe Plaza. If you want some really nice pots and yard stuff hit up Jackalope and a couple other places on Cerillos that are just for that purpose. We dropped $1,000 on pots and yard goodies. The plaza is only about 20 minutes into town where you can see all the shops and stop by La Fonda. Santa Fe is a great place to decompress for a few days.

This rate is a weekly rate. We had a wonderful site that had plenty of space and was quite private. We had a nice view of the mountains around Santa Fe. The site was level and easy to get into and out of. All the hookups were in the right spot. Wifi was good and we had lots of OTA TV stations. The park itself was clean and well maintained. It was kind of far outside of the city but we did not mind. We camped at Santa Fe Skies RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is an excellent RV park. Roomy but not spacious sites. No problem maneuvering our 43' foot rig and toad to site. Small table and chairs provided on concrete pad. Rig parking was on reasonably flat gravel. Nicely landscaped and uniquely decorated with many metallic sculptures. Dog park, trails, kitchen, laundry, and other facilities were clean and well maintained. Long time owner is very creative and imaginative. Huge solar field, recycled rain water and other creative features. We stayed three nights. Easy accessibility to highways although entrance was a little tight. Wifi was slow at peak times. No fire ring or grills provided. We camped at Santa Fe Skies RV Park in a Motorhome.

This park is at the south end of Santa Fe in a quiet location near Hwy 599 loop. Our pull thru site was level with a concrete patio and table. The only problem was that the sewer was slightly uphill, but still doable. Very quiet and dark at night, so lots of stars. Dish is no problem here. There are many art sculpture pieces around the park, which is located on a working ranch. We have stayed in Santa Fe many times at other parks, but this is our new stop when we are in the City Different! We camped at Santa Fe Skies RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

This is a wonderful park. It's family owned and operated. They were very accommodating to us as we kept extending our stay due to weather. The bathrooms are great. At least 6 showers with plenty of room to dress and 8 toilet stalls in the restrooms, in addition to being very clean, they were nice are warm. The park sits atop a mesa, which allows for spectacular views and sunsets. Our spot was a pretty level gravel site with a concrete patio and was plenty wide and long enough for our 30 ft. motorhome, car, and dolly. The park is about 20 minutes from historic Downtown Santa Fe. WiFi and Verizon worked good and we had a lot of over air TV channels. My only negative is if there is wind it get's really windy on top of the mesa. I think New Mexico was having a lot of wind the week we were there, 10 - 20+ mph, so it became a bit unpleasant. We would definitely stay again. We camped at Santa Fe Skies RV Park in a Motorhome.

The park is close to the typical tourist stuff. We visited Los Alamos, Bandelier Nat'l Park, White Rock Overlook. In Historic Santa Fe, we visited the Cathedral Basilica of Saint Francis of Assisi and Loretto Chapel. Also, the rate is a weekly rate.

We thought the park was expensive for the amenities. All the roads and site are dirt but while we were there they installed concrete roads from the entrance to the office and all the sites had new big concrete patios. The owner has installed quirky art pieces which are very fun and liven up the otherwise completely brown park. The views were pretty. Laundry is very expensive but the machines take credit cards. Voltage was "dirty." We had lots of surges. We camped at Santa Fe Skies RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
