We have stayed here before and my biggest complaint would be that the restrooms are cleaned during a period in the morning before checkout, when most people are trying to shower so they can leave on time. My only other complaint would be that they are sticklers for no late arrivals (we stayed there before and knew the drill, so there should have been some slack for circumstances beyond control). The bus system into downtown is VERY convenient and inexpensive which saves you the hassle of parking. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.

Camped 2 nights. Nice large level site. For first timers the turn in can be tricky, as noted in other reviews. Agree with all other positive reviews. We take the city bus to the downtown plaza, $1.00 for senior day pass or $2.00 for others. The bus stop is directly in front of the park. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Wifi unuseable,no cable, limited over the air tv.man, many signs stating NO dogs on the grass, really! Many sights no chance of satelite due to trees, many sights looked ok but ours was between two house trailers, not what i expect. Hookups were good, most sights were level, the grass was very green!! We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.

Very friendly place, not a lot of space but clean . Dog park a long way away. Access to park is from a busy road. Tough getting out and going north. Would come back again. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice spaces and even though close it was fine. We were in a 42' 5th wheel that we had to back in and it was fine. Dog Park was a little bit of a walk but very nice. The dog park had water, bags, toys and a shade canopy. Park is close to a busy road but once you get off that road it was fine. Street to turn off on came up pretty quickly so go slow or you could miss it. They also close office at 5:30 pm so if you can't get here by then you won't be able to stay here so plan accordingly. They escort every rig into their space and don't have an after-hours check-in system. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Park is right in town, so you don't have to go far for any of your needs. I was given a concrete back-in FHU site for my 42' 5th wheel. Site (T-22) is plenty big enough for the RV and to disconnect and park my truck. The laundry and bathroom are clean and up to date. The wi-fi is some of the fastest I've seen. The place is beautifully landscaped with picnic table, chairs and you can hang clothes if you desire to. Would use this park again for sure. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

My wife and I have visited Trailer Ranch RV Resort for several years. It almost feels like home! Yes, the spots for larger rigs are all back-in, but everyone is escorted to their site and assisted in backing with excellent directions. No late arrivals! Work on the park has brought some nice improvements. The staff and owners are very friendly, professional, and courteous. Yes, Cerrillos Road is a busy street, but very little road noise can be heard at night. If you are a fan of Netflix's "Longmire" series, be sure to check out the north laundry building (in the mobile home area). It is one of the outside filming locations! We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

The easiest way to enter Trailer Ranch RV Resort is from the southwest on Cerrillos. If you are on I-25, either north or south, take the Cerrillos Road exit on the south side of Santa Fe (even if coming from the north on I-25). It is an easier drive with a left turn lane into the park. If you are coming from the north on US 285, take the NM 599 exit north of Santa Fe and proceed west/southwest. Turn left on Airport Road, then another left at Cerrillos Road. Note: There are two left turn lanes at Cerrillos, I like the "outside" (right) left turn lane - wider swing. After the left turn, get into the left lane as soon as possible as the park is not far up Cerrillos. When leaving, it is best to turn right on Cerrillos out of the park and reverse the above directions as to where you want to go.

Visit 109 East Palace (now Rainbow Man) off The Square. It was the front office for the Manhattan Project. Visit Los Alamos and its museums (Bradbury and Los Alamos NP). Have a glass of wine at La Fonda's cantina and revel in the history of that hotel. Visit Bandelier NM and Valles Caldera. Visit the Georgia O'Keefe Museum and all the others around the downtown area!

If you are camping here do not expect cable TV they no longer have it. If you are expecting good wifi, they don't have it either. The wifi is terrible here. If you are expecting a nice clean park with trees and grass close to town then this is the place for you. Lots of shopping and restaurants near by. RV Parks are few around Santa Fe and most are not very nice, mostly gravel and very dusty. trailer Ranch has cement pads to sit your rig on, grass, an a nice pool to cool off in. We stayed a month so reflects the daily rate. Place is pretty pricy for a month at $1025.00 but electric is free. They do charge $15.00 if you want to wash your rig or car. Think that is overkill for what the place costs. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.

This is the second time we have stayed at this park and it is probably the best park in Santa Fe. Very friendly staff. A little over priced for what it is, especially when they add a six dollar motel tax to the bill but everything in Santa Fe seems to be a little more expensive than normal. Very close to everything in town and a lot of places to shop. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Perfectly situated to tour Santa Fe, Taos & Los Alamos. Very friendly & helpful front office staff. Grounds maintained beautifully. Plenty of room between level spaces. The park is quiet & peaceful even though it is close to a busy street. The only reason we didn't give a 5 rating was because the showers were small. We stayed 4 nights and would stay again. Overall Rating:

Mostly a permanent trailer park (higher scale) but had very good RV sites. We have stayed here before and obviously liked it. Dog park is quite a distance away and very large but dirt. Located a few miles from Old Town. Great trees and walls keep most of the street noise out. Showers are a bit small and lack multi hooks but clean. Showers were near to RVs and very warm (stayed in March). We will stay here again when we return to Santa Fe. Hosts were good and helpful in parking. Pad was gravel but patio was concrete. Drives were asphalt. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.

Smaller park in front of a 55+ mobile home park.

Manager was friendly and helpful. Park was clean and well maintained.

We stayed 3 nights and we were at the back of the park away from the busy main road out front. We stayed in a 50amp with concrete pad and grass lawn behind us. All back in sites. Many spots were not premium with gravel and smaller but were still good spots. We would stay again. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.

This is our go-to park when visiting Santa Fe as it is well-managed, always clean, and has very friendly and helpful staff. The roads are all paved and many sites have a level, concrete slab. Most sites are back-in, with a few gravel, pull-through sites for smaller rigs. Other reviewers have noted the noise level when parked close to Cerrillos Road; if this bothers you, request a site farther from the road. RV/car washing is allowed with a $15 fee. The book exchange is located in the park's community room. Cable tv is no longer available and charcoal grills are not allowed. The rate is higher due to the Albuquerque Balloon Festival held in early October. Be sure to get reservations if traveling in the area during this timeframe. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.
