This is the second time we have stayed at this park and it is probably the best park in Santa Fe. Very friendly staff. A little over priced for what it is, especially when they add a six dollar motel tax to the bill but everything in Santa Fe seems to be a little more expensive than normal. Very close to everything in town and a lot of places to shop. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Mostly a permanent trailer park (higher scale) but had very good RV sites. We have stayed here before and obviously liked it. Dog park is quite a distance away and very large but dirt. Located a few miles from Old Town. Great trees and walls keep most of the street noise out. Showers are a bit small and lack multi hooks but clean. Showers were near to RVs and very warm (stayed in March). We will stay here again when we return to Santa Fe. Hosts were good and helpful in parking. Pad was gravel but patio was concrete. Drives were asphalt. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.

Smaller park in front of a 55+ mobile home park.

Manager was friendly and helpful. Park was clean and well maintained.

We stayed 3 nights and we were at the back of the park away from the busy main road out front. We stayed in a 50amp with concrete pad and grass lawn behind us. All back in sites. Many spots were not premium with gravel and smaller but were still good spots. We would stay again. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This is our go-to park when visiting Santa Fe as it is well-managed, always clean, and has very friendly and helpful staff. The roads are all paved and many sites have a level, concrete slab. Most sites are back-in, with a few gravel, pull-through sites for smaller rigs. Other reviewers have noted the noise level when parked close to Cerrillos Road; if this bothers you, request a site farther from the road. RV/car washing is allowed with a $15 fee. The book exchange is located in the park's community room. Cable tv is no longer available and charcoal grills are not allowed. The rate is higher due to the Albuquerque Balloon Festival held in early October. Be sure to get reservations if traveling in the area during this timeframe. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.

Right off a very busy and very, very noisy main road. We were so close to the neighbors, ridiculous. Signs for what not to do all around. Park manager was very nasty when we had difficulty accessing their non-existing WiFi. Terrible. Note at the end of our stay thanking us, but disguised as don't forget this is your last day, DUH.

We would not stay here again, sites way, way too close picnic table 5 feet from neighbor's sewer, YUCK... We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Travel Trailer.

BEAUTIFUL!! Top-of-the-line park! Convenient to shopping, restaurants, easy drive to the Plaza or take the bus. Lots of gorgeous trees, exceptionally clean park, level sites. We spent the extra $5 for a premium site with a concrete pad, what a deal! Only downside to the trees is that we couldn't get satellite TV service, but used the over-the-air channels and did fine. Extremely quiet, being a 55+ only park. Didn't use their wifi but my AT&T mifi worked fine. I really can't say enough about this location - will definitely be back! Made reservations via the phone, was quick and easy.
Upon arrival, the Trailer Ranch RV Park had upgraded us to a different site, great I thought, until I found out it was $5 more than my reservation. After getting that sorted, we were guided to our site. Assistance in backing into the site was excellent.
Walking around the Trailer Ranch RV Park, the front is for RV's and the back section for mobile homes. This is one of the cleanest mobile home parks I've ever seen!
Our site was level with trees at the back. We stayed only 1 night but given the opportunity I'd stay here again and spend some time exploring Santa Fe. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.

Beautiful RV park close to Old Santa Fe plaza, great restaurants especially Tomasita's (Mexican).

Park was spotless, concrete pads, paved roads, gravel area for pets to use. Staff super helpful; we required some RV repairs and we were directed to an outstanding mobile repair company "Two Bear LLC", came right out and took care of us. WiFi, cable and satellite worked perfect!

Can't say enough good things for this park. We will be back! We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.

As said before this is in town and a little road noise, more if up front. Small place but very clean and run very well, just a little tight getting around with our class 8 tractor & 5th wheel but staff from the campground is very good on helping you back into your site. Small pool but does the job getting wet and a nice little community room for getting together if you want card games and a nice ping pong table also. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

The park was well kept and comfortable. It was easy to get to and centrally located to the amenities of Santa Fe. There were very few trees in our area, however we enjoyed the refreshing pool. Great RV Park. Tightly managed as I would put it. They have rules posted and they want everyone to abide by them. Greeted well on arrival. We were in the back on a premium site. OTA television worked good as did our satellite. Plenty of room for 4 slides and our toad on nice cement pad. Plenty of area for the dog to walk, nice park roads, trees trimmed and friendly people all around us. We would stay here again! We echo all the previous positive comments about this park. It is a very nice well cared for, manicured park that is 4 miles from the core of downtown Santa Fe. There is a bus stop in front of the park. $1.00 all day senior rate. Good way to get downtown.

Appears that it was a mobile home park in the past now partially converted to accommodate RV's. Sites are back in, some tight, but they send a person to guide you when backing in. I read a few negative comments about site size. So... there are different site sizes. Bottom line is if you have a huge rig, they give you a bigger site to accommodate it. If your rig is small, guess what?? They give you a smaller site. Simply optimizing park space availability is all.

No pets allowed on grass at all, so you have to walk your pet to the front of the park in an unfenced dirt area. If you're in the front of the park, bring earplugs, as the road noise at times sf deafening.

One BIG bonus I have never seen before, is that they have a very nice pool that has a powered handicap seat that you can sit in on the side of the pool, and it will lower you into the water. Great for those older folks that have problems with steps!

Suggestion to the park... put a 3-4 ft. cyclone fence (only 3 sides needed) and access gate around the front pet area and grass it. Folks could then let their pets run a little and sit down on the bench already provided there.

We would return again, if we were sure we were away from the front traffic noise. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Fifth Wheel.
