The park has a great feel to it. Large trees, but not so many that you can't get a satellite. The gravel sites were spacious and had a picnic table. Plenty room for our 40' motorhome and toad. The 50 amp power, water and sewer worked great. Wifi also worked well. I will come here again. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Stayed 4 nights and really enjoyed it. Check in very easy. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Had a back in site (T-18). Easy to park RV. Concrete pad with gravel around. All hookups were fine. Sites are a bit close but this is an urban park so you have to expect that. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Bus stop right outside park wall. Large enclosed dog park but no grass. Park is dog friendly, but they are strict about letting dogs on the grass. Plenty of nice bike trails in the area. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.

Very nice RV Park right on a main road in Santa Fe - easy to access downtown, shopping, anything you need to get to in Santa Fe. Very helpful staff, great in getting us parked. Even though we were very near the street, the street noise did not bother us. Rate is based on weekly rate (pay for 6 nights, stay 7). We used AT&T and Verizon - both were good with or without cellular booster. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Park was pricey given the amenities. Small community room, no fitness room and a small pool that was not open. It was supposed to be opened on Memorial Day, but did not. The proximity to Santa Fe is obviously the big draw. It is a relatively small, well-kept park. There are two price levels - regular and premium. All regular sites are gravel and some of those have a concrete pad for the picnic table. The premium sites are not all created equal. All have concrete pads for the RV but some are much closer together than others. Shaded sites are available. Wifi was good when working but had the annoying habit of just randomly dropping the internet while still connected to the park router requiring one to disconnect and reconnect. Traffic noise was minimal except for the motorcycles and cars without mufflers. Not a big deal. Good park to walk in and close enough to walk to a major retailer and restaurants. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.

nice clean, no frills park. I would give better score with more greenscape. The highlight of this park is the dog park where my large dog had a blast! Restaurants and shopping are nearby. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Small RV park near downtown Santa Fe. Cement pads with gravel for vehicle. Level sites, FHU-50 amp, most are back-in. Some sites have grass in the back. Excellent WiFi! No cable, but lots of TV choices with a standard antenna. Have a pool but it was not open yet. Surprisingly quiet, given that it was near a major Santa Fe road. Picnic table. Internal roads are large. Staff is wonderful - very informative and helpful. They have people who provide parking assistance that are very good...they called them marriage savers! Lots of big rigs were using it when we were there. Parking is next to the rig. City buses are $1-2.00 to downtown. Definitely would come here again if in the area. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

So much to see...San Miguel Mission - oldest church in USA - services since 1628 with bell that was created in 1356! Oldest house in US. And don't miss Loretto Chapel with the Miraculous Staircase! St Francis Cathedral, Plaza, Palace of Governors (oldest continually occupied public building in US), Rail Yard, many art galleries...also near...Los Alamos (nuclear bomb labs), and Bandelier (1200-1500's) ruins & petroglyphs.

Very neat (but small) RV Park situated very close to everything in Santa FE. Sites were a bit short and fairly close, (but not too close) together, one (of many) things we liked was the permanent campers were in a section on their own, so didn't interfere or intrude on the "casual" campers. There were trees, but not enough shade at every site. Staff were VERY pleasant and helpful. Laundry was clean and prices on par with most campgrounds. EVERY type of restaurant and store were very close by as well - many within walking distance. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.

We've stayed here each time through Santa Fe and have never been disappointed. The park has a great staff who work hard to keep it clean and well maintained. There is a mix of back in and pull through sites. There's a mix of parking areas but most big rig sites have a concrete slab for the RV with a gravel parking area for the tow and picnic table. Currently, the pool is closed for the season. The book exchange and game room are in the Rec Bldg. Propane available ($3.23 gal.). We were pleased to see the park rehabbing areas where they will be adding about 4-6 new sites. Make reservations early especially if you have a big rig. We will stay here again. Tips for other Campers:

There's so much to see and do in Santa Fe. You'll not want for things to explore. Check out Museum Hill; we truly enjoyed the Museum of Indian Arts and Culture, 710 Camino Lejo. Try the Travel Bug Specialty Book Store and Coffee Shop (839 Paseo De Peralta) and enjoy an outstanding lunch at Mucho Gusto. They share off street parking.

This park feels like a pleasant respite within the busy city, with large trees, grass lawns, and a quiet feel despite being convenient to all of Santa Fe's attractions. The paved roads are easy to navigate, and our back-in gravel site was quite private and very spacious for our 37' MH and car. Water, electricity, and sewer connections were conveniently placed. WiFi was reliable and provided reasonable thruput. We didn't use the bathrooms. Laundry was clean, neat, and reasonably priced. The staff were cheerful and helpful. We we thought this was a decent value overall for the price. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.

Friendly, helpful staff - we stayed 6 nights in a back-in site. RV Park is separate division from park models - RVs are located in front of property. Nicely divided between camp site areas. Property is well maintained and clean. You will hear street noise in the day time, but very little at night. Great location -- bus stops in front - close to shopping and within 10 -15 minutes drive to old town. Quick easy access to freeways. First RV park that had Recycle bins!! Highly recommend for touring Santa Fe and surrounding areas. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

We found that you can park for free in the visitors center parking lot and then take the free shuttles to Museum Hill or the Plaza or the Historic district. A fun day trip to Los Alamos and Bandelier National Monument. Chimayó is also within a hours drive.

This is a "mature" park (like many of us). They work really hard to keep it well maintained. The spots are wide, and lots of old mature trees. The staff was more friendly than we usually see. They even take your empty propane bottles, fill them, and return them to your rig. Yes, they charge for the propane, but you don't lug them around. They welcome dogs, with many areas for them to walk, and supplies to allow you to clean up after your pet. You get easy access to the city bus line to go all over for only $2 per day. On a busy street, but not a problem as they have a thick wall as a sound barrier. Feels like you are in the country, even though you are in the city. We stayed in a site up front, very close to the entrance, which was ok but not excellent. There was a camera pointed right at our rig, which was a little unnerving. The campground was very nice though and quite spacious. The gravel was a lot nicer than you'd typically see. The staff was very helpful in helping us into the spot. The location is close enough to town, and there's a shuttle that we didn't use. I thought it was a bit pricey for what was offered, but it was a good park. Price was for a week, 6 days for the price of 7. Not much grass but the place is immaculate with doggie bags and containers all over. There is a 1/2 acre dog run to the far end of the park. They took mail and packages in the office for us. It's not located in the middle of town but it is close. You can take the bus downtown from here for $1 for all day. Do not show up after 5:oo because you can't stay. There is a Walmart about 1 half mile from here. The only suggestion I have is that they could put a chair in the showers somewhere.
