Access to the park is easy. Signage was okay. Check in was quick and informative. We were guided to our site and the attendant insisted on guiding us in. Parameter roads are paved and in good condition. Our site (22) was a back in. The base was "WASHED" gravel with a table and concrete patio. Power water and sewer were well placed but the sewer receptacle was high and the gravel next to it was low (only points lost). Even with our trestle it was not easy to dump. For an urban park it was quiet. All of the buildings maintain the correct southwestern architecture. Propane is available on site both for bottles and under-slung tanks. Rules are not too restrictive but are adhered to. This is a very pleasant park. We paid $46.99 with tax including our G S discount. We feel that we received good value and would return if in the area. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.

Enjoyed having a site with a cement pad. Reasonable close to downtown and lots of local shopping, including a Walmart very close. Why does this resort not have cable TV? We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.

Expensive, and you are mostly paying for the location close to town. The park itself is very nicely manicured and well kept, but the spaces are very tight and there is horrible noise, including sirens, all day from the 6 lane road the park is sited on. Still, it is very convenient if you want to be able to visit the attractions in Santa Fe without having to drive. You can get a bus or access the bike trail nearby. Customer service was professional and friendly enough. I was a little put out to find a pop up tent parked next to me - since what little privacy exists in your front yard space pretty much disappears when there is someone sitting there five feet away on the other side of a mesh screen. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, though it seemed safe enough during the day, and the park advises you to lock up bikes at night. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.

On our way up into Colorado, we stopped at the Trailer Ranch in Santa Fe. My first impression was it was crowded. Likely it could have been all the trees and the roads felt a little tight, even for our Class C Jayco pulling a short motorcycle trailer. The check in was quite easy and fast. They had already confirmed with us the day before via a voice mail and so knew about when we planned on arriving. Easy to get into the pull through that was good for our 32+' and the trailer. though commercial parks are much closer than the many state parks we have used, we were lucky there was no one next to us so the door opened up without neighbors right in your face! They had a nice, clean pool and community center. This places doubles as a residence for over 55 patrons as well. Most of the rented spaces are closer to the road. We didn't really notice much in the way of noise possibly because the whole place is circled by an adobe wall and again, loads of leafy trees. Overall, the people were nice, helpful and we enjoyed our brief stay, including the large dog park and pool. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.

The pad on which we parked the rv is concrete. The rest of our site was gravel but there is a greenbelt that runs along the back fence. There are trees for shade. Plenty of space to park the Jeep. A super-friendly employee at the park recommended things to do. They are meticulous about keeping the park raked and clean. We weren't allowed to have a charcoal bbq. Propane was OK. It is monsoon season and the hail broke our bathroom skylight. The RV parts store in town is well equipped and had our skylight in stock. The bathrooms and laundry are clean and have a combo to enter, which I like a lot! You can sit out on lawn chairs in the shade while you wait for your laundry. We would certainly stay here again, esp. since it is an adults-only park. Nice and quiet. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.

TRAILER RANCH The first real stop on our adventure touring the US! Although we overnighted in the Walmart parking lot in Amarillo, TX the evening before just to break up the drive time and distance. We were booked into the Trailer Ranch RV park located on Cerrillos Drive, a main drag, in Santa Fe. The park is a long established, 55+ RV park located in what is now a thriving, recently developed commercial district with all the shops and conveniences you could ask for within a few miles up or down the avenue. The park is clean, well kept and well organized, if not overly picturesque. It has older, but well maintained, showers, toilets, laundry, community center and small pool with a very nice and modern community gas grill. A major plus for Angie was it had a ping pong table so she could continue to humiliate me at that game. The park was small and you are close to your neighbors (we were so close we could hear the water running through our neighbor's sewer lines), but had adequate and very nice green spaces so we could do our morning yoga and workouts. I even found it large enough to do morning runs around all the interior roads in the mornings. The park is quite and the employees are friendly and efficient. The rate for a pull through, full hook-up (30 and 50 amp) with sewer connection was $47.00 per day. Spaces are very close to each other. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.

We stayed 2 nights here and were quite satisfied with the park. We had a level pull thru with a decent amount of shade. Some sites have more shade than others, but most have some. The park has some of that Santa Fe charm and feel to it. Sites are fairly close together, but sitting out at night was nice and not many bugs at all. Laundry was $1.50 for both washer and dryer and all worked well. Wi-fi was good. No dogs are allowed on the grass, so their grassy areas look really nice. There is a huge leash free park down at the end of the road that we walked to once. A hose for the dogs is there if they get too hot. $1 senior fare for the bus that stops out front of the park that takes you into the middle of downtown Santa Fe. It's about a 20 minute ride, but I thought it was worth it. Would stay again and can recommend this park without reservations. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.

We arrived today to a sparkling RV park, knowing full-time residents were present. I was optimistic, but was greeted upon arrival well, after traveling 250 miles. I made our reservation far in advance, and received a follow-up call the day before. We arrived to beautiful trees, and a very nice park. We were ushered to a wonderful site, which backed up to a grass site. We immediately enjoyed our campsite, and after a walk around the park with our poodle, we found it to be a favorite amongst the campgrounds on the trip. Bathrooms are clean, sites are clean, and they would like you to pick up after yourself when you leave: a bonus, as one campground we left, I noticed upon leaving a floss container. I highly recommend the Santa Fe Rv Park Campground! We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

The park has a great feel to it. Large trees, but not so many that you can't get a satellite. The gravel sites were spacious and had a picnic table. Plenty room for our 40' motorhome and toad. The 50 amp power, water and sewer worked great. Wifi also worked well. I will come here again. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.

Stayed 4 nights and really enjoyed it. Check in very easy. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Had a back in site (T-18). Easy to park RV. Concrete pad with gravel around. All hookups were fine. Sites are a bit close but this is an urban park so you have to expect that. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Bus stop right outside park wall. Large enclosed dog park but no grass. Park is dog friendly, but they are strict about letting dogs on the grass. Plenty of nice bike trails in the area. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.

Very nice RV Park right on a main road in Santa Fe - easy to access downtown, shopping, anything you need to get to in Santa Fe. Very helpful staff, great in getting us parked. Even though we were very near the street, the street noise did not bother us. Rate is based on weekly rate (pay for 6 nights, stay 7). We used AT&T and Verizon - both were good with or without cellular booster. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.

Park was pricey given the amenities. Small community room, no fitness room and a small pool that was not open. It was supposed to be opened on Memorial Day, but did not. The proximity to Santa Fe is obviously the big draw. It is a relatively small, well-kept park. There are two price levels - regular and premium. All regular sites are gravel and some of those have a concrete pad for the picnic table. The premium sites are not all created equal. All have concrete pads for the RV but some are much closer together than others. Shaded sites are available. Wifi was good when working but had the annoying habit of just randomly dropping the internet while still connected to the park router requiring one to disconnect and reconnect. Traffic noise was minimal except for the motorcycles and cars without mufflers. Not a big deal. Good park to walk in and close enough to walk to a major retailer and restaurants. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.

Small RV park near downtown Santa Fe. Cement pads with gravel for vehicle. Level sites, FHU-50 amp, most are back-in. Some sites have grass in the back. Excellent WiFi! No cable, but lots of TV choices with a standard antenna. Have a pool but it was not open yet. Surprisingly quiet, given that it was near a major Santa Fe road. Picnic table. Internal roads are large. Staff is wonderful - very informative and helpful. They have people who provide parking assistance that are very good...they called them marriage savers! Lots of big rigs were using it when we were there. Parking is next to the rig. City buses are $1-2.00 to downtown. Definitely would come here again if in the area. So much to see...San Miguel Mission - oldest church in USA - services since 1628 with bell that was created in 1356! Oldest house in US. And don't miss Loretto Chapel with the Miraculous Staircase! St Francis Cathedral, Plaza, Palace of Governors (oldest continually occupied public building in US), Rail Yard, many art galleries...also near...Los Alamos (nuclear bomb labs), and Bandelier (1200-1500's) ruins & petroglyphs.

Very neat (but small) RV Park situated very close to everything in Santa FE. Sites were a bit short and fairly close, (but not too close) together, one (of many) things we liked was the permanent campers were in a section on their own, so didn't interfere or intrude on the "casual" campers. There were trees, but not enough shade at every site. Staff were VERY pleasant and helpful. Laundry was clean and prices on par with most campgrounds. EVERY type of restaurant and store were very close by as well - many within walking distance. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.
