Sep 2012 - $22.00
Our site was level with plenty of room. Campground has lots of trees. The interior roads are dirt with gravel. Electrical power, water and sewer are good. The staff was very friendly. - jim65
Aug 2012 - $38.00
There are many seasonal RVs, that appear to be in their campsite year around. The interior roads are basically dirt with a little gravel. They are very rough (ruts) in many areas. Roads are narrow and make it difficult driving to your site. The camp sites are dirt with a very little grass, the area has many trees. The water pressure is on the low side while the electrical power is good. Verizon cell service is low in the area and conversations break up. The Internet service is okay but available just near the office. There is a new heated swimming pool and it is very nice. We camped here three nights. It appears to be over priced for the quality of the campground. The staff was very friendly. - flrop
Sep 2011 - $37.00
We camp with a 33’ft fifth wheel at full-hookup sites with Electric, water and sewer. We try to provide quick, objective reviews of campgrounds. Spent two days here in September 2011. Level, average-sized campsite. Friendly staff. On Kayuta Lake with boat launch, dock for seasonal boats, and a nice swimming beach. Kayak rental. Mostly shaded lots. Seasonal campsites were well kept. Small trash receptacles all around the campground, which were emptied regularly. Bathroom facilities were nice. Nice road to walk dog near the “rally field” and pavilion. Lots of recreational facilities. Roads were narrow; difficult to maneuver RV. If you have a spare day, visit the Pixley Falls State park. We recommend this campground. - FifthWheel Travelers
Jul 2015 - $20.00
A real gem at the edge of Adirondack Park! The facility is a wide open space with shade trees around the perimeter. The park road is gravel and plenty wide. Sites are grass with pedestal conveniently located in the rear. Most sites are level, requiring no more that a 2" board or block to level. A few sites at the lower end are soft after heavy rain. Full hookups are available with 30 & 50 amp plugs. There are also sites with no hookups or electric only for boondocking or tents. Satellite access is easy and AT&T service is good.
The park has a recreation room available that is used for square dancing on the weekends. There is a plumbed restroom and a shower facility.
There is no web site for this park. The managers quickly responded to phone messages and were very accommodating during our stay.
Basic campground but a great bargain, convenient location and wonderful hosts. - Rod n Mary
Jun 2016 - $56.00
We were in the best site in the campground, number 374. It was newly graveled, and appeared to be the only one that wasn't all dirt. I was very happy that we got it, as I hate to live on dirt. That being said, we noticed that sites are raked and cleaned before each new camper.
The site is on the small lake, that is quite beautiful. The sites are heavily wooded (no satellite reception).
NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO RUN THE A/C! And if you do, it has to be on your own generator, not during quiet hours. Thank goodness it was cool while we were there. But after we left, temps jumped up into the 90s. We would have been miserable.
The camp store is big and full of stuff. Staff is great. - User2989
Nov 2015 - $45.00
One of the few parks open all year round. Popular for snow mobilers in the winter. Our site backed up to the lake and was very private. Nice trees for summer shade! They also have a big store area with a nice tv lounge/laundry which is heated & has good wifi so was nice to hang out while doing laundry. - chasing60
Aug 2014 - $45.00
We really enjoyed our 2 nights here. In addition to RV and tent sites, there are cabins and cottages. We stayed in a nice full hookup site in the 700 section. These sites were shaded and nicely spaced. The ful hookup sites on the other side of the park were pretty tight other than the waterfront sites. There is a shuttle bus that runs to the water park next door, but it was an easy walk as well. The restrooms were clean and well-maintained even though the park was packed. It was also an easy walk into town. - chris_in_pa

I am giving this campground 5 stars for many reasons, but mainly because of the owners! The lady at the front desk was sooo nice! When I first called for the reservation we chatted like old friends, and when I called back to see if I could extend our stay she was very accommodating. But the amazing part happened after the lightning storm. Our 45' newly purchased motorhome was struck by lightning! This was horrifying to us as we were unable to start our diesel engine and many of the rigs systems were fried. The owner's found out and they were so helpful! Our Verizon signal didn't work, and obviously we needed to make calls. The owners let us come up to their house to make any calls, and a guy who worked there even gave us his phone to use for the day until we could get things arranged. The owners came by our rig periodically to see how they could help and allowed us to stay (without charge) until the tow truck could pick us up. I can't say enough nice things about the way this park is run! There were many activities for the kids, but if you just want to hang out in a beautiful, peaceful place....then this is it! We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area....AND if there are no storms predicted! LOL. - malnmad
Jul 2016 - $32.00
This campground is located at the southern edge of the Adirondack Mountains, surrounded by farmland. It is owned and operated by a very nice couple. It has mostly shaded sites with a few out in the open. The driveways are gravel and site pads are mostly grass. We had a large back in site with 30 amp electric full hookups. There is a bath house and laundry that were kept clean. They offer free WiFi but it is available only near the office. Since we were there over the 4th of July weekend, the campground was almost full with lots of families (and lots of barking dogs) but it was a generally positive and friendly experience. AT&T signal strength here was -93 dBm, good. We paid $32 per night. - Coopsecondact
Aug 2015 - $35.00
Passport America-but only on weekdays. It is a narrow road leading up to the campground, but no problem. We came in a hour earlier than check in and the manager was very unhappy about this and made sure we knew it. The campground has several distinct areas for camping. Some areas are in the trees and the sites are very close together. The area we were in was more like an open field of grass. The sites around us were very large, definitely set up for the larger rigs. We were thankful to be in this area. There was plenty of room in the site for the truck, 5th wheel and jeep. There are gravel and dirt roads through the campground and they were not well maintained. Each site had a picnic table. Pool was cold and very small. We were able to get Verizon signal using a booster-nothing without the booster. Good DirecTV satellite signal because we were in the area outside the trees. Nothing great, but it is a fine place to stop and rest for a few days. - GLPColorado
Aug 2016 - $50.00
We were here for five days, camped in a riverfront site, very nice! They only have 30 amp service and have rules against using a/c or electric water heaters, which we thought was a bit much. But the location near Old Forge is great with lots to do. The campsites are mostly well spaced apart. The interior roads are a little rough with some tight turns; forces you to go slow. We would come here again. - dbcordello
Sep 2015 - $50.00
Lovely place. It really offers an experience of relaxation and vacation. The camp is on the river shore surrounded by great foliage. There is a very nice beach and the grounds are nicely kept.
Since we were there at the end of September, the occupancy was low, which we loved.
The staff was very nice and the location was good, close to Old Forge.
We would definitely stay there again. - Catalina W
Jul 2008 - $45.00
I just recently stayed at the camp and felt compelled to write a review after I found many bad reviews of this campground. We had nothing but a grand time at the campground. We tent camped and had a site right on the river. It was absolutely beautiful. The owners of the campground were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was happy and safe. To the point when we were heading to the trash dumpster they saw we were struggling with a big bag and drove us over to the dumpster in their golf cart! I have gone to many campgrounds in New York and found the bathrooms at Singing Waters to be the cleanest I have ever seen and when I went to use the facilities in the morning there was someone always in there cleaning. On our site we were able to put two good size tents, a screen house and two cars. If you plan on staying at Singing Waters spend the extra money for a river site. You will not be disappointed. - geanbean75
Aug 2016 - $47.00
This is good for a one night stop over. Sites need grading because of rutting, causing puddles. 30 amp site: power undervoltage very noticeable. Nice little ice cream caboose near entrance. - eliterror
Jul 2016 - $40.00
Very friendly hosts and workers. Nice large sites. All dogs were under control and not running loose. (must show rabie shot records, a plus for me) You can go swimming in their pool, there is a game room or you could go floating on the creek. Ice cream and hot dogs on premises. Enjoy just sitting around and visiting with the other campers. Everyone was so friendly! Will be going back to stay again! - Gary O
Aug 2015 - $60.00
We had a river front site. It was very large and shady but quite uneven and sandy. The river is scenic but very busy with tubing and noisy. This site would be best as a destination for the river activities but also served us okay as an overnight stop. - SKT
Jun 2015 - $21.00
Very nice CG. This was our second trip at the same site. Many beautiful sites on the water, where we were able to have a relaxing morning coffee while sitting next to the water and watch kayaks and fisherman.....very relaxing. All sites that we saw were very shaded. Our site was huge and could have parked 4 30ft RVs in our site. The driveway was narrow with lots of trees but had no issue driving to and from our site. Site was fairly level and all packed sand, we've had no issues and CG also has a great beach within walking distance. We will go back again and again!!! - Garand1
Aug 2014 - $15.00
We had a huge (literally could fit 3 campers in our site) site right on the edge of the lake, where we lounged next to the water with breakfast & coffee in the morning. We're going back next year. We really enjoyed our stay there. - Garand1
Jul 2012 - $15.00
This campground is a wonderful place for a family to enjoy the great outdoors and offers recreation for the family and a day-use area. The sites are fairly clean other than the fire pits not being emptied for the next campers. Neighboring campers are friendly and helpful and the campground is well maintained. I would recommend this campground for both extended and day-use. The only recommendation is for electric sites to be available. - User2698
