This camp is about 5 miles from the Castile entrance to Letchworth State Park making it very convenient for visiting the State Park. It is also just 3-4 miles from the Portageville entrance/exit, which is the point where you exit the Park after visiting the three falls. We stayed in site 132, which was near the front of the campground. The positives: fairly large grassy sites that were fairly level. There is no cable hook up but with an antenna you are able to get excellent reception but only one of the major network stations. Bathrooms were very clean. My husband wished he had brought a fishing pole as the East Koy Stream ran through the property near our site and is stocked with trout. What I was displeased about is that I called a few days ahead to make a reservation. I was not given any instructions. We assumed we would be arriving about 6:00 PM but we got in about 6:30 PM. When we arrived the camp office had closed at 4:00 PM and there was no note to us telling us where to park for 50-amp service. They had two phone numbers taped to the door for after hour questions. Upon calling the first number I got voicemail. A man very hesitantly answered the second phone after several rings. He told us where the 50-amp sites were and told us to pick a site, which is what we did. Our AT&T service was about 1-2 bars and occasionally could not use my 4G service. There was WIFI available if you were willing to go up to the main office. The sewer cap was on so tight we had to call for assistance when we were ready to drain our tanks. All in all, it was a good site for the price and I would be willing to stay again. We camped at Woodstream Campsite in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

The big draw to being in this area is Letchworth State Park. The park itself is a real treasure with three stunning falls, all easily accessed but not well marked. The map provided by the park leaves a lot to be desired. Be sure to have lunch or dinner at the Glen Iris Inn inside the park. They refund your $8.00 park fee entrance if you eat there. We sat on the front porch and it was lovely. The food is VERY good.

This park is close to Letchworth State Park and that's why we chose to stay here. Very low water pressure and very few full hookups. Park is mostly seasonal, but the area near the entrance is more transient. Would only recommend this area as the main area of the park has very tight spots and not set up for bigger rigs as it is an older seasonal park. Staff was very friendly. Laundry facility was not good due to poor water pressure. Sites are awning to awning and our neighbors were very nice but I could see where this could be a problem especially with larger dogs. This campground allows larger dogs and owners let them run and be on the sites with long leashes. We were able to get satellite and picked up the WiFi from the local school, slow but worked. Site was OK with electric and level but if the campground was full I would wonder about full power. We camped at Woodstream Campsite in a Motorhome.

Clean, quiet, large sites, very well taken care of. Close to Letchworth State Park and the Silver Lake Drive In. Koy Creek runs through the campground and offers a nice tube ride. We have camped here every year for over 15 years and love it. We camped at Woodstream Campsite in a Motorhome.

Campground has roomy sites, full hookups, is close to Letchworth State Park which is awesomely beautiful. Woodstream has trails and wooden bridges crossing the stream that winds around the campground: nice for walking, and pet friendly. You can spot wildlife if you are quiet. Fish jump in the stream if you like to fish. It just feels like home to me when we stay here. No frills but very nice, natural setting. We camped at Woodstream Campsite in a Fifth Wheel.

Campground was clean but busy. The big rig pull thru sites were very tight and the sites were small. We camped at Woodstream Campsite in a Motorhome.
