We stayed her for several days while visiting Niagara Falls and the surrounding area. This is a very nice park, sites are well spaced and the grounds are well maintained. The bathrooms are kept clean and there are plenty of activities for the kids. Most of the activities are free, which is very nice. About the only negative I can say about the park is that for the size of the park, I think they need another bathroom facility, more than once we had to wait for a shower or a toilet. One upgrade that would be nice would be paved sites, the rocks they use in the park are rather large and difficult to walk on barefooted. This campground is only about 10 minutes away from Niagara Falls, so if you are planning a visit, I would highly recommend this one. We camped at Branches of Niagara Campground and Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

The Whirlpool Jet boat tours in nearby Lewiston are an awesome experience/ride.

We only stayed here for one night, but were able to meet our son and two young children here. They were able to join us and set up their tent on our site for no extra charge, something you don't usually see in a tourist area park. The people here were very nice, and the other campers were quietly all having fun. The sites are nicely spaced and were level. Our only major complaint was the flies! We had them in our motorhome for the next four days. We would come here again. We camped at Branches of Niagara Campground and Resort in a Motorhome.

When we first pulled up to Branches of Niagara our kids gasped! They were so excited to go check everything out. At check in we were greated by the sweetest girls who were very helpful. The camp store is the best I have ever seen.

Our campsite was beautiful. The shower house is the nicest i have ever seen at a campground. They offer use of microwave and a washer and dryer at the shower house.

We had only planned on spending one night here, however, we loved it so much we booked a second night. The first day we spent much of our time at Niagara Falls, which is a short 15 minute drive from the campground. The second day we devoted to letting the kids participate in the MANY activities offered by the Branches staff. Every hour a different activity was scheduled ranging from zip lining to nature inspired crafts to a wild animal expert presenting an array of interesting animals. The majority of the activities were free to campers, with just a few of the activities costing a reasonable fee.

I can't say enough positive things about the employees that run the activities. They make the kids feel so special and really engage with them. I had the opportunity to meet the owners and they are just the nicest people. You can tell they are very proud of their campground.

We try to always check out new areas when we take trips, but it will be hard not to return to this spot! We camped at Branches of Niagara Campground and Resort in a Tent.

A little pricey but Nice park with lots to do. Pool was smaller than pictures made it look. Great people working there. Gravel roads but all in all a great place to stay. Family friendly. great Sunday service. Activities galore. We camped at Branches of Niagara Campground and Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We loved Branches and thought it would be an absolutely excellent choice for people with children. They have lots of activities for kids - volleyball, tether ball, little carts and bikes for rent, fishing - just endless possibilities. The setting is incredible. The staff quite friendly.

The bathrooms were VERY nice. In our travels, we always ask ourselves why people don't put benches in shower rooms, hooks for your clothes and a shower rack for soap and shampoo - Branches had it covered! The showers, bathrooms and laundry facility (albeit it small - 2 washer and 2 dryers) we all quite clean. I ran out of quarters and asked if I could get $3 in quarters for the laundry and the clerk actually said I could buy a roll if I wanted! Very sweet! We camped at Branches of Niagara Campground and Resort in a Motorhome.

This park is a bit spendy, but the location is great - close to the freeway (but no so close that you hear it), and close to Niagara Falls and Buffalo. WiFi barely reached us, as our site was far from the front office. No cable TV, but plenty of over-the-air channels. No real clubhouse to hang out and take care of your computer-related chores, just a small general store/office and other outlets. This place has lots of modern log cabins to rent, and it was very busy with families when we were here. They even brought in someone with wild animals to give a show-and-tell talk to the campers. Very quiet, close to nice grocery store and a few other shops. We camped at Branches of Niagara Campground and Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Had to go to the Apple store for computer repairs - the nearby (14 miles) Walden Galleria mall is one of the nicest malls we have ever been in! If going to Niagara Falls, bypass the near-ghetto New York side and head for the Canadian side. Orders-of-magnitude difference in cleanliness, restaurants, activities and views.

This campground opened in 2010 and it's clear they have worked very hard to make it family friendly. Lots of things to do for kids of all ages. Sites are very spacious and easy to get in and out. The roads are gravel and the gravel to park on in the sites is very short. Our rear wheels were at the end of the gravel which caused our rear jacks to be on grass. All utilities were at the front - and our electric is on a reel at the rear of the trailer, therefore we had to add a 50 amp extension cord in order to plug in. It had rained recently and the ground was soft - and the gravel to park on was soft as well. Water pressure was low, but adequate. We really enjoyed our stay, however for the rates charged I expect paved streets and paved site with a concrete patio. They are still working to improve and expand the campground, so maybe the site amenities will get better over time. The campground is in the country, but only about a mile off the interstate and is only 15-20 minutes from the US side of the falls and 30-40 minutes from the Canada side. Would stay here again if in the area. We camped at Branches of Niagara Campground and Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Right in the middle, Buffalo on one side, Niagara Falls on the other. We didn't stay in the park much during the day. In July it's pretty hot, but there appear to be lots of activities to keep kiddos busy. We did use showers/ restrooms and the pool in the evenings, and did laundry one night. Every thing was well kept. The pool could be larger or add another pool. Pool here stays crowded. Sites are level enough, gravel and grass with a fire ring and picnic table. This is another one of those campgrounds where everyone seems to need a campfire, even in July, meaning it gets smokey when that starts. Trip in Niagara was perfect as is to Buffalo. We even went into Buffalo to see the Rolling Stones one night. Park store has enough to keep you there. Great park overall, only thing I'd change is the pool, add a larger 2nd pool. We camped at Branches of Niagara Campground and Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Best park in the area. Lots of families and kids, everywhere. If you don't like kids, don't come here, you will complain and make everyone else miserable. Loads of shopping, grocery and restaurants near by. Easy access to Niagara and Buffalo.

We stayed here for 3 nights to visit Niagra Falls. While this Campground has a lot of amenities/activities for kids it fell short of my expectations based on the $91 dollar a night rate.
Here are my cons: The water and electric were at the front of the sites so had to park my coach right at the roads edge. While the CG has WiFi do not expect to use it. It has a strong RF (4/5 bars) but virtually no bandwidth. The sites are stone but the base is apparently not very deep since my rear jack pads sunk 5 inches into the ground after we had rain the first night. I ended up having to go to a local ACE hardware store to purchase 4 - 2 foot 2X8's to put under my rear leveling pads.
As I said, this is a great kid/family activity CG, but at the nightly rate they charged I would expect a few 'adult' amenties like WiFi that worked so I could research the area attractions and the rest of my trip, utilities in an appropriate location (mid or back of the site) and a site that my coach doesn't sink into the ground after it rains.
If I return to the Niagara area in the future I will try another campground. We camped at Branches of Niagara Campground and Resort in a Motorhome.

This was a great place to stay. The staff was courteous, and the planned activities were better than average. It has a great, family environment. It is fairly new, so everything is fresh and clean. The bath houses/restrooms were the best I've ever seen in a campground. I prefer wooded sites, and most campsites have few trees, and the ones that are there are young and small, so there wasn't much shade. The sites were spacious, though, which was good. The pool is oddly shaped, and the adults in our party didn't care for it. The kids thought it was okay. The lake was pretty, but the swim area was small. It was convenient getting to and from Niagara. We would stay here again. We camped at Branches of Niagara Campground and Resort in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed at Branches of Niagara for four nights. The campground is located on Grand Island, which is one of the better areas near Niagara Falls, so we felt comfortable there and didn't worry about theft while we were away at the Falls. It appears the campground has been built on what was low lying land and they still have some drainage issues to rectify. We saw water standing in several areas throughout the park. We had reservations and when we backed into the site they had reserved for us, we were unable to get in or out of our truck without stepping in water. However, this wasn't a problem because when we went back to the office, they let us select another site. The sites are gravel and most are back in sites. Our site, #80, was on the end and had a very pretty yard area where we could sit in the evenings, after applying mosquito repellant. They are adding additional campsites, so there was some construction noise while we were there but it was not bothersome. The cabins were very nice and everything looked clean and new, but we were a little disappointed with the campsites themselves. For the price, we expected a little more, such as paved sites and less standing water. Overall however, we were satisfied and would recommend. We camped at Branches of Niagara Campground and Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

The park is beautifully landscaped. It appeared that they were still getting ready for the season - repairing the miniature golf course and doing some additional maintenance. Sunsets over the lake are beautiful. Make sure that you have plenty of insect repellant on when the breeze dies down. We didn't use any facilities but all appeared well-maintained. We stayed in site 69 which received intense evening sun. I would stay here again. We camped at Branches of Niagara Campground and Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

About 15 minutes from Niagara Falls State Park.

We stayed at Branches while visiting Niagara Falls. The campground itself is beautiful, but unfortunately most of the amenities had not opened yet for the season. All the hookups were great and even though there is no cable, we picked up local channel over the antenna. The campground is overpriced since nothing was open while we were there, if we returned to use some of the activities, I might rate it differently. All in all, its a well kept campground, with nice sites and very close to visit the falls and Canada. We would return if in the area. We camped at Branches of Niagara Campground and Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We have camped at this park many times before and were pleased. We camped this time on a long weekend and it was very crowded, there were many sites with up to four vehicles on them, and made it feel like a parking lot. They appear to overcharge for the long weekends. This is a lot to pay especially with no cable, and very poor Internet. The layout of this park is wasted as they have put a parking lot and volley ball court where there could be waterfront spots. We camped at Branches of Niagara Campground and Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Price reflects staying at least 7 days and senior discount. Very clean, well kept, pool was nice and warm, woods around outside edge of lots, and some in center. People are very helpful. Sell ice and wood and few grocery items. Helpful with tourist sites in area. Only drawback, no shrubs or trees between sites. It is all open. We camped at Branches of Niagara Campground and Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
