A nice campground. Plenty of activities at the campground and near Niagara Falls. It is a perfect place to stay while visiting the American side of the falls. Sites were level and spacious. Campground was very clean. Showers were clean. Kids had a great time at the campground store and activity shed. We also did some zip lining. I would definitely stay here again. We camped at Branches of Niagara Campground and Resort in a Motorhome.

This is a nice, well kept campground. Price a little high for going without a sewer hook up but the site was shaded and plenty of space between sites. Excellent place to stay when going to the falls. We camped at Branches of Niagara Campground and Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Tour bus stopped at campground for tour to Niagara Falls which was nice. Great bicycling once you get to Niagara River but getting there takes riding on the shoulder a couple miles.

Overall Rating:

Branches of the Niagara is located on Grand Island, between Buffalo and Niagara Falls, about 7 miles from the US side of Niagara Falls. Grand Island is an upscale suburban area, but the campground is surrounded by trees, and it feels like you're in the country. This is as close as we would want to be to Niagara Falls, which is a city that I would not want to park in overnight. The campground appears to be fairly new. Very pretty. Mostly level gravel pads, a mix of sun and shade. Excellent tile bathrooms with free showers. Laundry facilities are $2 wash, $2 dry. A very nice camp store onsite. The women working there were all very nice and helpful. Excellent Verizon, passable AT&T. We were there during the week in mid-September, and paid $55 for a 30 amp site with power and water, which seemed a very fair price for the quality of the park. Some other reviews list much higher prices. There is a lot of very nice family related stuff here, a lake, multiple swimming pools, games, activities, etc. For families that are going to take advantage of that stuff, the higher prices might be worth it. But for people like us who are just looking for a nice place to camp while visiting the falls, anything higher than the $55 price we paid is probably too high, and we would suggest finding someplace with fewer amenities and a lower price. We camped at Branches of Niagara Campground and Resort in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Excellent RV Resort that is fairly new and very clean. Sites in newer section are very spacious and very level with all hook ups centered perfectly. One of the best campgrounds that I have been to. Restrooms and showers located thru out and very clean and modern. Wi-Fi is typical for a campground or resort. No cable but plenty of OTA channels. Activities for all ages every day. Excellent resort to tour the area. I Highly Recommend This Resort if you are in the area. We camped at Branches of Niagara Campground and Resort in a Motorhome.

Gravel pad and roads. Enjoyed walking around the CG and small lake. Didn't care for our site (right next to the bath) but we were only there for Niagara Falls so we were gone most of the time. We camped at Branches of Niagara Campground and Resort in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This park is just wonderful. Beautiful lay out and lots of areas for walking. We don't have kids but the park offered nightly activities for kids, games, bike rentals, swimming, etc. Unfortunately, pool was always crowded and noisy so we did not use. Perhaps they could consider an adults only night? Our site was great...back in the newer area of the park with full hookup. Quiet with nice trees for shade but could still use our satellite. No dog run but understand they are adding one in the future. We used 30 amp and did not have a patio, but our friends with 50 amp did. Very nice. Close to Niagara falls, great casino, and grocery store, but the campground is surrounded by trees so you feel like you're in the country. Bath and laundry rooms extremely clean. We loved our site...other sites nearer the pool looked fairly close together. We would definitely stay here again and in the more remote site. Our dogs nearly died when the temperature in our RV reached 92 degrees. Unknown to us or our neighbors, our breakers were located in the neighbor's breaker box. We left the RV for two hours with the A/C on. During that time new neighbors arrived, switched on their breakers and our electricity went off. Of course without air conditioning the temperature went quickly up. If we had been away longer our dogs would have died. The response of the campground was to send an unqualified kid out. By that time, another neighbor who knew about the breaker problem from previous visits to the campground helped us identify the breakers and turn them on. He told us that campground management was aware of the problem. We certainly won't stay here again and warn others to steer clear. Perfect campground for easy 10 minute travel to Niagara Falls State Park. Lots of activities for children, but quiet. We drove our motorhome over to the falls, but lots of folks used Uber. We recommend and would come again. We camped at Branches of Niagara Campground and Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

If you drive or ride Uber to Niagara State Park on the US side (2 exits up on 190), you can easily walk or ride the trolley to the sites. Then, with passports, you can walk across the pedestrian bridge and see the Canadian side of the falls. All very convenient.

We have camped in 48 states and this is by far the worst bang for the buck I have ever paid. Close to the falls (10 miles?) is about all I can say that was good. Don't forget your tailgater or hotspot - you'll need em. We camped at Branches of Niagara Campground and Resort in a Motorhome.

Very nice campground, especially for kids. Almost any activity you can think of, they have. Friendly staff and nice camp store. I just could not convince myself to rate higher due to very spotty wifi. For a quality campground charging $75 per day not to have good consistent wifi seems unreasonable. Otherwise a fine campground. Good location for visiting Niagara Falls area. We camped at Branches of Niagara Campground and Resort in a Motorhome.

First the bad stuff: Entrance is narrow, so slow down on Winterhaven Rd. Directions on website are excellent. Roads can be dusty. Now the good stuff. The sites are gravel, level, very large and staff makes sure you can fit. Staff is super responsive (to trash, barking dogs, etc.). Whole place surrounds a beautiful lake. Walking trail around the lake. Cabins are all new. Resort is being expanded. Grass everywhere. Lots of things for kids to do including Kayaks, zip line, basketball, you name it they have it; and all the activities are by the office/store, so you don't hear any noise. Pools are heated. Most sites are at least partially shaded by the surrounding forest. Short distance from I-190, but no noise. This place may be a little expensive, but they give discounts and a reduced rate for a week stay. This is truly a resort. Beautiful. We camped at Branches of Niagara Campground and Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Go a few miles north to Lewiston and eat at the Brick Brewery and have dessert at the Village Bakery across the street. There are two Frank Lloyd Wright home to tour in Buffalo (only 15 minutes away) and one in Derby, just 30 minutes south of the resort. Take the Maid of the Mist tour to Niagara Falls. Skip the jet boat tours since they are expensive, short, and don't go near the falls. Go over to the Canadian side, but consider time in passport control.

Be sure to eat at Dick & Jenny's. Absolutely the BEST pork loin that we have ever eaten. And, we have eaten out all over the US. Go to Lockport and take a tour of the cave and locks. Very worth while.

Branches of Niagara Oh my goodness...what doesn't this park offer its guests!!! From the very, very friendly greeting upon arrival to the numerous amenities of the park, Branches of Niagara is the best place to stay when visiting Niagara Falls and the surrounding area. Although the roads within the park and the sites are gravel, the sites are widely spaced, offering privacy to the occupants. Located on the property of this family-friendly park is a very large catch-and-release fishing pond with several docks, a swimming pond with a sandy beach, rental canoes, putt-putt golf, pedal carts, tetherball, volleyball, a zipline and laser tag, basketball, children's play area and activity center, horseshoes, hay cart rides, a large swimming pool, a spa, a "lazy river" type spa/pool, plus a nicely stocked store and gift shop within the registration office. In addition to RV sites, the park also offers cabins and Yurts for rent. During the off-season, work will be done to add additional long, 50-amp sites in the park, perfect for 45' coaches with tows, such as ours. During our two-week stay, we used the park as home base when visiting Niagara Falls (American and Canadian), Old Fort Niagara, the Erie Canal in Rockport, Buffalo, NY, Niagara on the Lake (CAN), and Toronto (CAN). We would definitely stay here again, should we return to the area. We camped at Branches of Niagara Campground and Resort in a Motorhome.
