The site was gravel and we had a rain storm over night and you had water all around the site you had to maneuver around to keep from being in the water when leaving or entering the trailer. Electric, water, sewer and TV worked well. The wifi was adequate but did not have great speed. The rate was a little high but it is the nicest RV Park in the Niagara Falls area. The entry into the section of the park we were in had an left angle and was not well marked so I missed it and had to make a circle to get into my site. The exit from my site was sharp so I also had to make a circle to get out of my site. We camped at Niagara Falls KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

This was my first stay at a KOA. Reservation process and check in was very easy. Your are escorted to your site. Power, water, sewer, and cable hookups were convenient and in good working order. Cable channel selection was good. Wifi worked good for general surfing, although it did get a little slow at times. Restroom/bathhouse closest to my site was very clean. The campground overall was very neat and clean. There are 2 pools and playground equipment for the kids. The campground is in 2 sections. The front section sites seemed a little nicer than the ones in the back section. Road noise from the interstate at my site was not bad. There are several longterm campers and some park model type sites towards the back and closer to the interstate. All of the sites close to mine where back in sites. They are all gravel and in much need of additional gravel. A good bit of leveling (front to back) was needed at my site. It had rained the night before we got there and there was lots of puddles around. I saw one site that had some minor ruts caused when the occupant left. All in all, this is a very nice campground and the people are very friendly and helpful. Other than needing some gravel hauled in to some sites everything was good. My only other negative was the price. I'm sure location has a lot to do with what I consider high prices. It is very convenient to Niagara Falls and to Buffalo. We camped at Niagara Falls KOA in a Motorhome.

Way over priced @ $91.00 to $97.00 per night. Not worth the price. Wifi was slow as with any park that uses Tengo Internet. Cable was a bit fuzzy. Water pressure was good. Staff was friendly and efficient. Gravel pull through sites that could use more gravel. Muddy when it rains with standing puddles. We camped at Niagara Falls KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Easy drive to Niagara Falls both US and Canadian sides. Amusement park next door for kids. Good pizza and cold beer at the Brick Oven Pizza place a 1/2 mile making a right out of the campground. Great soft serve ice cream 2 doors down from the Brick Oven Pizza. Biggest medium ice cream I ever had.

In any other area, this would be overpriced but from what we heard in the area, this is the nicest for the area. Because it is close to Niagara Falls, they can justify the price. Gravel pads with old paved roads. Lots of standing water when it rained. Our friends had an inch of water around their camper after showers but we were in a different part and higher. Fire rings at each site. Front sites spacious but rear section tight. Staff courteous and pleasant. We camped at Niagara Falls KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Great location for Niagara Falls. Bridge over the border under construction and one way was closed during evening. More nightlife on Canadian side.

Nice park, varying levels of accommodation for big RVs. Our site did not allow us to extend our main awning due to adjacent trees. Easy entry to park, access to Niagara Falls and other Buffalo attractions. Lots of activities for children. We camped at Niagara Falls KOA in a Motorhome.

You are paying for the proximity to Niagara Falls, not for any special amenities. You actually end up sharing a wide driveway with a complete stranger who comes in from the opposite side of the pull thru. Thankfully they weren't crowded enough to warrant the "double-parking". We camped at Niagara Falls KOA in a Travel Trailer.

Office staff friendly and knowledgeable, assisting me with a financial issue, and did it well. Office store is well stocked. I needed to replace a TV cable, they had them there. My wife has a physical issue with walking. All we had to do is call the office and they sent a cart driven by a KOA employee to take us to the office from our site, so we could go on a tour bus. Then after we got back from the tour, they drove us back to our site. Cable worked well, with our new TV cable. And Wifi provided by TengoInternet worked 85 percent of the time well. The other 15 percent would work very slow and a few times there was a disconnection of internet. Park is very clean. There is a tour bus company that provide tours to the nearby Falls and points of interest along the Niagara River and its islands. You can hear the highway traffic from the most rearward sites. We camped at Niagara Falls KOA in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Tour bus does not have a "kneeling" feature..so first step is high. Tour bus goes directly to the bus benches...sit at the bus benches, by the KOA office so you will not have to walk far to board the bus. Ask for a cart to pick you up, if you have a disability for walking. The KOA store also carries USA postal stamps. I tired twice to give a tip to the KOA cart driver, for taking us to and from our site to the office...but they graciously declined it.

Our FHU site was in the back, 3 rows from the interstate. The noise wasn't bad. We've been in noisier places. Water, sewer and electric worked fine. Campground WiFi worked well but the cable TV was a bit snowy at this site. There are plenty of HD over the air TV channels that you can pick up. Verizon and ATT, both voice and data were excellent. Office staff was excellent. We spent our time on tours or at the outlying attractions, so we did not use any of the facilities here, so I cannot comment on them. We camped at Niagara Falls KOA in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

If you are here for the falls, do the Maid of the Mist early and do it first for the day. Bring a good pair of sandals for the Cave of the Winds tour (actually, it's a board walk tour). Old Fort Niagara is a good place to spend the afternoon. In May, the Fort is set up for the 1750's French and Indian War and in September, they set up for The War of 1812. The Canadian side has the falls illuminated at night and fire works promptly at 10 pm.

We camped here in a 38 foot RV. The sites are incredibly close together. My neighbors sewer connection is under my picnic table. My slide out nearly touches the awning of my neighbor on the other side. The interstate is no more than 50 yard behind us. We camped at Niagara Falls KOA in a Motorhome.

For the price certainly not one of the better KOAs we have stayed in. Very poor Wi-Fi. Sites are very close together such that our awning touched the RV next to us, so we could not put it fully down. Close to highway with noise but on the plus side very convenient for the Falls, etc. Washrooms, laundry, etc. were satisfactory and staff were helpful with tours, etc. We camped at Niagara Falls KOA in a Motorhome.

Very large, clean park. There are two pools and one is heated with fun slides for kids. The sites are very close together. Cable is good. The Wi-Fi was unusable at site #267. Office staff told us they always have Wi-Fi problems. We camped at Niagara Falls KOA in a Motorhome.

Pleasantly surprised by this campground. We had a patio site in the front part. Very large concrete pad with table and 6 chairs plus BBQ grill. Sites in the back were literally right next to I-190 -- very loud road noise. Much quieter in front. pull-through sites are level. Bathrooms and showers very clean. Good cable but Wi-Fi very spotty. They sell discounted tickets to the amusement park next door -- very convenient! Close to Seneca Niagara casino and Niagara Falls. Lots of activities and amenities. Nicely stocked store, super clean and large laundry room. $1 toll every time you enter the island. Would stay here again. We camped at Niagara Falls KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a nice KOA with lots to do for the kids including an amusement park next door. Our site was a gravel pull thru at the back close to Hwy 190. The road noise was very noticeable. It was long enough for our 40 ft motor home but was very narrow. We didn't bother to set up our chairs to sit outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is close to Niagara Falls and the tour buses will pick you up at the campground. One of the best things about this campground is the dog park, which is shady and grassy with an agility course for the dogs to play on. the cable TV and hookups were adequate. The Wi Fi was not very good. We would stay here again. We camped at Niagara Falls KOA in a Motorhome.

Very large sites. Easy to get in or out with the toad hooked up. Had enough room in front or back of the motorhome to park. Gravel but level sites. No problem with 30 amp service. Thought it was a little pricey since it was off season and the pools were closed. The Internet access was very, very slow. Nice campground but would look for something a little cheaper next time. All-in-all this was a nice, clean campground with a very nice staff. There was plenty of space to walk or walk the dog. There is a one-time pet fee ($5.00). It has plenty for kids to do with some activities such as an ice cream social. The sites are fairly close together, but doable. Our site was a pull-thru and was level. The WiFi is non-existent, so you'd better have your own. I wish campgrounds would not advertise they have it if it's lousy. Now - if road noise is a problem for you, DO NOT stay on the back section. You are almost on the thruway. The front section would not be too loud, in my opinion. In fairness to them, they did inform me of the road noise, but in a discussion about it, was told it isn't too bad. I guess that's relative to one's perspective. We would stay here again only if we could stay in the front section. We camped at Niagara Falls KOA in a Motorhome.
