This RV resort is simply AMAZING! They have so many amenities that you could stay a week and never leave. Free Live shows, Paddleboats and movies which is almost unheard of. Yes it's a little pricey but you really get what you pay for. There are tennis courts, pickleball courts, shuffle board, horseshoe a stocked fishing pond, Family Bingo (in season), a HUGH Dog park for both large and small dogs so even the family pooch can enjoy camping, the list goes on and on. ALL roads in the park are paved so it is NOT dusty and easy to ride bikes. All sites have 30 and 50 amp service with free WI-FI, sewer and a great cable TV package with HUGH fire rings with picnic tables. The park is very clean and as soon as a site becomes available, the maintenance is there to clean it and scoop the fire pits. The store is very well stocked with many items so you never have to leave and friendly staff. There is a free trolley service that runs the entire park and also brings you out to the shopping outlets which are out on the main road, about 1/4 mile away. There is also a trolley service ($1) that runs up to Lake George village and back. I have been staying here for many years and feel that this is THE place to stay as we always compare other RV resorts to this place. Next year is a planned water slide park to make this place even better! I can sum this place up by saying, you must try this place to believe it. We camped at Lake George RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

As most of other reviews stated, the park has everything needed so you never have to leave. The entertainment was great for kids and there were plenty of other things to do at the park to keep everyone busy. Trolly service was great for getting into the village without having to worry about the parking. The only real negative I found with this park was the lack of enforcement of quiet hours. There were no employees around after 10pm and for 2 nights there were a couple loud groups nearby that had very loud music and people outside until midnight. We camped at Lake George RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

An established, well laid out RV resort with many amenities to keep you busy. Park has east and west sides with similar amenities and a free trolley to travel the park. Park staff were great and helpful, very clean, interior roads paved and in great condition. Great biking/hiking paths, outstanding dog park we used a lot. It's the type of park you really don't have to leave, we stayed four days and were very happy, will definitely come back. We stayed at places that cost more and didn't offer half as many amenities. One downside, our site 95 wasn't any where near level, our rig wouldn't auto-level and it was hard to manually level, but it was well located so we didn't ask to move. The east side is all back ins and are well spaced out with wide roads so even a novice will not have any problems backing in. The alphabet sites are a complete blacktopped area. We camped at Lake George RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is an AWESOME RV park. Regular rates are expensive but include many, many amenities. Four heated indoor and outdoor pools, paved bike/hike trail through lovely wooded property with ponds. Trail connects to local area bike trail. Nice playgrounds in each area. At least two huge tennis courts. Two movie theaters and a playhouse with changing nightly shows that are also included. Big store. Great meeting facility. All sites are 50 amp full hookup and many are pull through. Most are large with easy access. Wifi was awesome as was our cell service. There are two dog parks each with artificial turf and agility courses. A free doggy shower and doggy water fountain. Awesome!! Easy to get to from I-87. Local area has LOTS going on and plenty of shopping, restaurants and tourist attractions including an amusement park, hiking and boat ride on Lake George. This RV park is one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. We camped at Lake George RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This park is very nice and well maintained. It looks like they do plenty of upgrades yearly. The tennis courts and basletball court just got a makeover with new fencing being installed right now. All of the walking/biking trails are paved and you can get many miles in the park alone. They also link to the city trails just outside the park. There are numerous other activities for all to enjoy in the campground. The rustic setting was also very quite.
We had a site that was more than long enough for our camper and truck. It was buffered from our neighbors sites with trees and shrubs.
We would definitely use this campground again. We camped at Lake George RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is the best resort I have ever camped at. We camped in a fifth wheel. Our site was gravel and level, roads were paved. Bathrooms were cleaned daily. We ate lunch and breakfast at the café one day, it was edible but nothing to rave about. They had plenty of activities to keep the kids busy. Laundromat was large and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. This is a large park so bring your bikes to get around. There are bike and hiking paths through the park and will take you to Lake George village if you are ambitious. The drive to Lake George Beach is about 4 miles. We don't have a dog, but I was impressed with the dog park. On my bike ride to scope the place out, I observed an large fenced in area with water fountains for people and the dogs, and an obstacle course for dogs having hoops for them to jump through with ramps and such. I did not walk into the fenced area but it is a very large piece of property for dogs and is well landscaped. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely camp here again. Tennis courts, basket ball, volley ball courts are all well maintained, there is a nice baseball field and plenty of open areas for Frisbee throwing etc. I highly recommend this camp ground. We camped at Lake George RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

It's all been said before. This is a big clean park with lots to do. Still is. One bummer, the trolley only runs Saturdays in May, June, September, and October. We camped at Lake George RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We have stayed here many times and have never been disappointed. It is like coming home. I just relax as soon as I get there. Where to begin? Sites are great! We stay in the lower section near the French mountain Playhouse. The sites are more open than up top. We find the sites below to be bigger, but up top they are more wooded. It's a preference, but all the sites are nice. Bathhouses are great - never dirty, lots of showers. There are many activities to do for young and old. Convenient to Lake George and Great Escape. The hiking trails are great. The roads are all paved, so good for bike riding, ripstickicking, and skate boarding. The price is a little steep, especially if you are going for a week, but it is well worth it. We camped at Lake George RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This was our sixth trip to this park. As usual, the amenities, facilities, the staff, and our site exceeded our expectations. The park is well maintained with an attention to details, and management continues to make sure your camping experience is a great one. Our only surprise was the nightly rate of $119.00 with 5 kids ($79 base rate plus $40 for the kids). We thought it was excessive and unaffordable for a lot of camping families. You get what you pay for at Lake George RV Park. This place is as good as it gets, the gold standard for high end RV parks. Everything here is extremely well maintained, all the facilities and amenities are in excellent working order. Family owned and operated, all the employees are friendly, helpful, and hard working. This was our sixth stay here and we kept our older teens interested with area attractions like white water rafting, horseback riding, disc golf, a lake cruise, and Martha's soft serve ice cream. Would love to see a dog park, and concrete pads on the sites. Cannot wait to go back. We camped at Lake George RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a great family campground. Close to the sites of Lake George. It is a very expensive park as you are paying for the many amenities. If you want Wi-Fi, you'll have to pay $8 a day. Some sites are a challenge to get in and out of and many are not level. There is ample shade, the camp store is one of the best equipped I've seen. They offer a shuttle into town & outlet mall. Being the middle of Summer, there were numerous kids running around the park. If you bring a bike, you'll encounter a lot of hills. We camped at Lake George RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

An outstanding park! Very clean, well maintained, and the staff is friendly. The only reason that this park doesn't get a "10" is they don't enforce the 10 MPH speed limit (which I feel is too fast anyway). I was a nervous wreck the entire weekend because cars constantly whizzed past our site at 15-20 MPH. I wouldn't let my kids ride their bikes because it was just too dangerous. If the park dropped the speed down to 5 MPH, and enforced it - I'd be there every summer. But for now, until my kids get much older, I'll need to pass on my return there, which is unfortunate because it really is a great park. We camped at Lake George RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a nice park which is consistent with "Resorts". Nice on property bike/walk paths. Some sites are a little close. Some long term units parked during season. There are lots of "in season" activities advertised. It is close to outlet shopping with trolley service coming through the campground on regular schedule. Awesome park, has lots of amenities. Clean restrooms, showers, pool and laundry. The staff is excellent, the sites are HUGE, roads are nice and wide. I would HIGHLY recommend this park to anyone coming through this area. We really enjoyed our stay here, and will come back when we are in this area again.
