This is a very nice, quiet park with a combination of pull-through and back-in sites. Our site was large and level. Many sites are shaded with oak and or pine trees. Ours was partially shaded. The park has a pool, playground and game room. While not as full featured as some the other local parks, it is a very nice, well maintained park. Staff was friendly and helpful. I think it is a very good bargain for a very nice park in an awesome area. They are currently working on a new section of sites. No pets allowed. We camped at Ledgeview RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Ledgeview is a very nice wooded park with some interesting amenities. The large sites are gravel and grass. We did find it rather difficult to keep the small gravel bits out of our RV during our month-long stay. Besides the pool, which had plenty of lounge chairs provided, Ledgeview features a rec center with ping-pong and pool tables, and at least 10 other unique arcade style games. A piano with music and a selection of adult and children's book are also housed in the rec center. In a different area of the park is a well-equipped playground, shuffleboard courts, and a transportable minigolf course set up under a covered pavilion. Tricycles for all ages are available for rent. The park is very well-maintained by an attentive and friendly staff. WiFi worked ok, but we got better and faster service through our own Verizon service. The park cable TV provided a large selection of channels. This park is expanding, so there was some heavy machinery working on the new sites during our stay. We did not find the noise excessive. We camped at Ledgeview RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

The very nice, paved, Warren County Bikeway was easy to access. We rode our bikes and jogged on it frequently. We even used it to ride our bikes into town to tour an old fort and a French/Indian war battleground. We also found a nice free parking lot with a canoe/kayak launch and a portable bathroom next to the nearby Docksider restaurant. We paddled our double kayak from there several times, and enjoyed dinner at the restaurant after a late afternoon paddle one day.

All paved roads, spacious sites, dense trees/shade. Utilities

were great, wifi a little slow, but it is camping !

Spotlessly maintained, quite and peaceful. Friendly,

courteous, helpful staff throughout. Of the 300+

campgrounds we have stayed in, this is, in my opinion,

clearly the best. Pet free makes a big difference. We camped at Ledgeview RV Park in a Motorhome.

Great campground, mostly adult and quiet. No barking dogs, they are not allowed ! Well kept but very treed and some tree roots to contend with in your site. Starting a new section that looks like will be more open. We have been to this park several times over the past 16 years or so, and keep going back. Looking forward to when the new section opens. We camped at Ledgeview RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a great park with excellent staff. We came to stay for 2 days and ended up staying for a week. The staff were great. We had a problem with our awning on the day we were leaving and they couldn't have been more helpful. Wifi was great at the first site we were on but iffy on our second site. Only reason we didn't give them a ten. I totally recommend this campground. We camped at Ledgeview RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is one of our favorite parks to stay at. Clean, spacious sites in a beautiful tall-pine setting. Blacktop roads to all sites. (They are adding sites, so not sure what those will have) Our only wish is that the pool was heated, but aside from that, it's a very nice place. More suited, in my opinion, to campers/RVers who are looking for a quiet place. Not a lot of noise here. Nice game room and rental three-wheel "fun cycles" that we rode, too! We liked it so much, we went back a few weeks later! We camped at Ledgeview RV Park in a Motorhome.

Stayed several nights. Campground is nestled within large pine trees. Sites are very spacious.

Had a chance to speak to a couple long term residents who loved the place. We would return to this park, if and when our travels bring us back to the area. We camped at Ledgeview RV Park in a Motorhome.

Very large sites. Spotless. When an RV leaves a clean-up crew arrives, rakes the site and prepares it for the next camper. As we don't have pets, we like the idea of no pets allowed. This is an extremely well managed facility. We camped at Ledgeview RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a truly beautiful landscaped facility, and spotlessly clean. It is a gated community, and we were given a card to access it when coming back in. The two employees we dealt with were knowledgeable and courteous, even though we were arriving shortly before the office was to close for the night. Yes, there seem to be a lot of rules regarding guests (we didn't have any), but there are quiet hours during which we observed it to be just that - quiet! Our stay was a stopover on our way elsewhere, and our only regret is that we didn't have more time to spend at the campground itself. We would definitely come back for a longer stay! We camped at Ledgeview RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

We have been to this Campground several times and keep coming back. We think it is the best in the area. Quiet peacefull and relaxing. No screaming kids no barking dogs and no golf carts. If those are the things you want then this is the place. This year we had friends join us with their Motorhome and they loved it too. The office staff is the best also. This is a very well run park. Keep up the GOOD WORK LEDGEVIEW ! We will be back. We camped at Ledgeview RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Perfection. Large wooded sites, paved roads, spotlessly maintained. Good cable and WiFi. No pets, no golf carts, just peace and quiet. Easy access from I-87, and well located for visiting the area. This was our third year visiting, and we'll be back next year for sure. We camped at Ledgeview RV Park in a Motorhome.

This was our first time camping at Ledgeview and the best word to describe it is IMPRESSIVE! Everything was so well cared for, clean, and beautiful. The staff at the front was such a nice gentleman. This park is quiet, family friendly, beautiful, and immaculate (this coming from someone with OCD when it comes to cleaning). There are many seasonal sites, several seasonal trailers with Florida rooms, and many many transient sites. The sites are all very level, large, and well maintained. I cannot say enough about this park. Having camped most of my childhood, and now getting back into it as an adult, I can say this is by far the best maintained and cleanest that I can remember. If the park was pet friendly, we would be here seasonally! Going back in September for the Balloon Fest and already we can't wait! Great job! We camped at Ledgeview RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

We liked this park. Our rate was Good Sam for 30 amp service, full hookups including cable and Wi-Fi. All the hookups were good. The park was clean, pleasantly landscaped, and nicely laid out with paved roads, which we like. Sites were not paved and not super level. If they were paved, we would rate it a 10. The office staff was very pleasant. The restrooms were clean, as was the laundry, which was reasonably priced. The park is a short drive outside downtown Lake George. Best deal we found. We would stay again. We camped at Ledgeview RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

We found the facilities to be as nice as many other reviewers have said. The sites were spacious and the grounds well manicured. The tiled showers were spotless and free, with plenty of hot water. The other thing that we noticed was the friendly attitude of the staff and all of the campers that we had contact with. I do believe that a good mood is contagious, and it surely has spread around this place. We will certainly be back. We camped at Ledgeview RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Very nice park. The majority of the sites are seasonal but they are nicely kept up. The grounds are kept up nicely as are all the buildings. Lots and lots of huge pine trees, so lots of shade. They have trimmed the trees nicely so no problem for the rigs. Roads are paved but are a little tight down the rows. Sites are dirt and level. Some road noise but we did not find it to be a problem. Because of the trees I was not able to use satellite but they provide cable with a large digital and analog channel line up. Wi-Fi is free but only access is at the office or rec room, not at the sites. You are 6 miles from Lake George Village. A great, relaxing place to stay and enjoy ths Lake George area. We camped at Ledgeview RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
