We stayed here as Passport America members. We asked if they would honor the discount for two nights since they were not full (one night is allowed). We were told no, which was to our benefit as I don't think we could have stayed here two nights. The owners were very nice in person and seemed to be happy to have us. But our site, while long enough, was too narrow to put chairs out with the slides out too. A lot of maintenance needs to be done, such as weed eating around the sites, cutting some limbs, etc. The pool looked nice, but a lot of debris was on the bottom. The water did look clear though. It was too cool to use the pool when we were there. The mini golf and tennis courts needed some updating, too. This campground is too far from anything if you plan on going to places as a tourist. It was 30 miles to the nearest place we could find. There was not even a nearby store or restaurant. Although they do have a grill on site, it is only open Thur-Sat. The roads are some kind of white dirt, and it was very dusty and tracked in lots of dirt. I think this campground does have potential and is OK for stopping over if needed. It is only about 10 miles from the NY-VT ferry. We camped at Magic Pines in a Motorhome.Undo

Good location. This park has tons of potential but is just let go. Needs new blood to get it up and running properly. Had to sit in main building to get Wi-Fi. Very friendly owners who simply need help in bring life to this campground. Tennis and miniature golf tired and worn. Cobwebs in bathrooms and just not up to par. Had easy pull in sites and beautiful scenery. We camped at Magic Pines in a Motorhome.Undo

We have Passport America and believe me this park is not worth more than the $13 a night we paid. Sites not level. They advertise wi-fi, however the antenna is inside their house with no reception unless you sit at the picnic table by the office. We only stopped here because we had been on the road so long, and we were very tired, we didn't even unhook. The people were nice though, but this place needs a serious cleaning and leveling. Tons of mosquitoes. We camped at Magic Pines in a Fifth Wheel.Undo
