Beautiful view of Lake Ontario. Staff was warm and welcoming. Good wifi, & cable. We would walk across the road for ice cream and the most fabulous sunsets you can imagine. Definitely will return. - Lunchy

This was a nostalgia stay for me. I had stayed here, in their small Cabins, back in the early 80's during a trip to the Syracuse Dirt Modified race. To my surprise the Campground was still there.
We stayed here one night in a 30 amp, water, sewer back-in site that was right across the street from Lake Ontario. All the utilities worked well, including the WiFi. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
While the Campground is small, mostly grass sites (level) it's big plus is it's location and the fantastic Sunsets across Lake Ontario.
As another person mentioned, there is no beach or boardwalk, but there are a number of picnic tables across the street along the shore at an Ice Cream Stand and grass areas to take your own chairs to watch the sun set.
We will return in the future. - Russ G

Nice campground in a great location across the street from Lake Ontario and adjacent to Oswego College. - Appleknocker
Aug 2015 - $35.00
This is a very nice campground located 4 miles south of town. Sites are all back-in; some more level than others. Lots of trees and plenty of grass with newer looking picnic tables. Campground is clean and appears well-maintained. All utilities are located at the back of the site. Owners are not always on site, so make reservations or contact the park if you are planning on staying. - DiplomatTraveler

Excellent park. Three miles to Lake Ontario. Level sites, some open (satellite friendly) and some shaded. 4 cabins available as well as tent spaces. Lots are spacious compared to other parks in the area. Spaces could easily accommodate 45 foot rigs. Park was neglected for some time due to family health issues but management is busily getting it back into shape. No playground, but plenty of room for kids to run and roam. Beautiful covered pavilion. This park is now my preferred place to stay while visiting family in area. - davedopp
