We have stayed here before and were reluctant to drive the hilly windy road again. But this time we had a level spot right across from the office that was an easy back-in. We had good Verizon service and wifi. Although the campground is pretty with lots of mature trees and a small fishing pond, our spot was pretty bare. There is no dog run but lots of grassy areas for walking. It's an easy 15 minute ride to Rhinebeck's many restaurants, several of which have outdoor seating where dogs are allowed. The office staff was very helpful. We'd definitely return if we're in the area. We camped at Interlake RV Park in a Motorhome.

We got the last site on a holiday weekend, parking on a hill with quite a slope. We bought leveling blocks to make it work better. At 30 feet we were maxed on that site. Water and 30 amp electric with gray water only discharge via hose, was a first for us. Roads were tight but very doable. WiFi was FAST, though there were some connectivity issues. The owner was pretty dedicated to making it work without compromises. I would have loved to come here with my kids. We camped at Interlake RV Park in a Motorhome.

We just stayed here for Memorial Day weekend in order to attend our son's college graduation. We picked Interlake purely on location, and were very pleasantly surprised. Beautiful park with lots of trees and shade. The reviews that complain about narrow roads can be taken with a grain of salt. Fully maneuverable, you just have to go slowly. We booked three adjacent sites, and none of us had any issues getting in or out. The largest rig in our party is a 30ft class c motorhome with a car in tow. We are likely to return. We camped at Interlake RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed in a 40 ft motorhome. Just take your time on the roads. They are curvy, rutted with obstacles but can be navigated without incident. The site was easy to back in to and fairly level. Gravel was adequate. A nice feature is a little snack bar and ice cream at the pool. Handy if you don't want to cook. No signal/wifi for Verizon. Faint signal adequate for phone calls near office. We would stay there again. We camped at Interlake RV Park in a Motorhome.

Great park when exploring the Hudson Valley. Spacious level sites, beautiful pool and convenient to all the area has to offer. We had a strong WiFi signal and enjoyed their complimentary cable channels. We will make sure we stay here again when in the area. We camped at Interlake RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

In a 45' motorhome the roads can be windy, hilly and tight - but there are spaces that pose no problems. We stay here whenever we are in the area and always enjoy our time there. We camped at Interlake RV Park in a Motorhome.

Do not plan on good Wi-Fi, very weak slow signal. Cell phone service is horrible. TV stations are very limited to about 12 stations that the majority of the public is not interested in. If you have satellite you will not get connected due to the tall very mature trees that would be a concern in a storm. Old facility that needs an overhaul. We camped at Interlake RV Park in a Motorhome.

Good: quiet and remote. Bad: Priced high for the overall quality. Quiet, remote park. Asphalt roads, gravel sites. Roads not terribly broad, but maneuverable. Fair number of big rigs Bathrooms clean, but old, cheap and worn. Cement floors, exposed pipes. We camped at Interlake RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This is a very nice campground. It is built on several levels. Staff was very kind and very helpful with all questions. Our site was easy to back into and was shaded: which was nice since we travel with dogs. Very pet friendly campground. Pool area was very nice and clean. They also have a snack bar area, but we didn't use that.

One major down side is that Verizon has no cell service is this area. (Not the campground fault but just a FYI.) Only place to make calls on our cells was by the store. The campground WI-FI was ok during the day and much better (faster) in the evening. Another thing is that the mosquitoes were vicious: even with a campfire and bug spray it was difficult to sit out side at night. That is why the seasonal sites have enclosed nets on their patios. Again no fault of the campground. Our rate was with our Good Sam discount. We would stay here again. We camped at Interlake RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here with another couple 4th of July weekend 2016. Our sites were very nice and shaded but were bordering a swampy area and the mosquitoes were vicious! We ended up with welts on our legs even though we had a campfire going and bug spray on! They had an Elvis impersonator for entertainment, which was hilarious! (Mostly because of the swooning of the women in the audience and his interaction with them.) The staff is very nice and the pool is very clean, although we didn't make use of it.

They have a small "catch and release" pond for fishing, but the adjacent lake is not navigable because of the vegetation. If you are planning to kayak here, forget it!

The campground overall is very nice, but a bit pricey. If you consider this place, request an area away from the wetlands. We camped at Interlake RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

As noted in the other reviews, the entry road is narrow. The interior roads are narrow, but those big 40 foot motor homes are getting in here. Very woodsy. Our site, 175, was very level and all hookups work correctly. The staff is very friendly. There is a nice snack bar in the recreation center. Very limited cell phone service. AT&T is one to two bars voice and no data. Verizon is nonexistent. Campground provided Internet access is as you would expect for so many people trying to use one circuit. We camped at Interlake RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Excellent campground secluded in trees and woods. About 10 miles from Rhinebeck NY. Friendly staff. We stayed in site 102 near office area and Wi-Fi was excellent. Most of in and out traffic came by our site but not an issue. Several other sites more secluded. About 3 different levels of sites in the hills and valley but all shaded. Excellent heated large pool. Large game room and eating area for camp grill. Meals available. Extremely quite when we stayed. A lot of people leave their RVs for the season and come back and forth. We would stay here again. We camped at Interlake RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
