Over night stay while traveling to another destination. Park is well maintained; very friendly and helpful staff; they take you to your site and they asked if they could help us with set up; the park is very sandy, but our site had a concrete pad and a nice fire pit situated away from the RV. Roads into and within the park were bumpy. In fairness to the park, there had recently been rain and they had not had an opportunity to blade the roads. Internet is free and signals strong. We asked for and got a great recommendation for a local dinner buffet. The campground brochure has a campground map, rules, and other pertinent information. Noteworthy is that it identifies the county we are in - necessary information for weather radio set up. Additional information that I wish every campground would provide is: Address and phone number for urgent care, vet, emergency vet if different, where to go in event of violent weather (may not be on campground), and mobile RV repair if available. Overall, very nice park. We enjoyed our stay. We camped at Lazy Acres Campground in a Motorhome.

This RV park is very convenient to Fort Bragg & has Walmart & many other stores & restaurants nearby yet feels secluded. There is a nearby airport with very few flights & there was little noise from the airport & absolutely no traffic noise. The park was full every night. You certainly feel safe because over half of the park has semi permanent campers & many of them are Army Rangers & Special Forces. Even though there are a lot of extended stay folks the park is quiet & clean. The owner is a perfectionist & seems to work all day every day keeping things just right. A couple of weeks before my trip I tried to reserve 14 nights but was told that there would not be a site for me on the 14th night & only 13 days were available. At first I was suspicious since the 7th night each week is free but my 14th night was going into Easter weekend. I was very pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find that we could stay the 14th night. Obviously the owner could have easily kept to the original reservation. I would definitely return again. We camped at Lazy Acres Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

We were driving in the middle of Hurricane Matthew and ended up at Lazy Acres because we could not reach our destination. Owners were wonderful and every employees went out of their way to help us. We ended up spending a week there. It's a beautiful campground with large sites. We will go back. We camped at Lazy Acres Campground in a Travel Trailer.

This is a real beauty! Quiet, lushly wooded and peaceful! The parking areas are plenty big and some offer concrete patios and fire rings.

We stayed for 3 weeks and it was awesome. The management is friendly, and accommodating. The park is extremely well cared for and the rates are great!

The laundry room and bath house are immaculate and the laundry room has new modern machines and the rates are also some of the best we have seen.

If you are looking for an overnight stay or a couple nights, this is the place. Easy access off of 95 too! We camped at Lazy Acres Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

This was my first campground that I can actually say the bathrooms made you feel like you were at home. It was so clean. It is a smaller campground but very nice and shady. The place was so quiet. The pool was a highlight for the kids after a long drive. We camped at Lazy Acres Campground in a Motorhome.

This is a beautiful, shady campground about a mile and a half from I-95. You have to drive almost half a mile down a dirt road to get into the campground, but the road isn't bad. The sites are nice and roomy. We stayed one night in site 7, a long, level pull-through site. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Lazy Acres Campground in a Motorhome.

Dirt road coming into campgrounds. Beautiful reception area, would have liked a small camp store. They do have ice for sale and a soda vending machine. We had full hook up to include cable so we never used facilities there. Pool area was nicely manicured with plenty of seating and tree shade. Childrens park was disappointing, needs updating. Fishing pond was excellent, kids were able to catch fish no problem. Catch and release only. We camped at Lazy Acres Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Lazy Acres is set back from Interstate 95 and tucked away in the woods. The grounds are sand and pine trees. Owners live onsite and are very friendly and helpful. We pulled in on Friday evening and throughly enjoyed the walking trails and in general the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. I used the onsite laundry which was very clean with fairly new washers and dryers. Our site was a long pull through, fairly level, full hook up utilities were in good working order. The site had a concrete patio and wooden picnic table. The only thing that tainted our stay at Lazy Acres was the drag racing noise on Saturday night. It was loud all evening and late night. That was most disappointing. We would definitely come back here if it were during the week, not sure we would if it was on a weekend. We camped at Lazy Acres Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Camping World is about 2 miles from the park. For those that like to exercise, there is plenty of space to walk/run a 1.5 mile loop through the park and out to the main road and back.

We have stayed here twice while traveling. It is very convenient and sites are fine. We were in site 7 both times. Many permanent worker trailers but their areas are clean. BA is nice and clean. New cable service throughout is good, don't need a box anymore. Internet is good. It is a pretty long sandy drive and sites are sand. That would be my only concern. Lots of sand. We camped at Lazy Acres Campground in a Travel Trailer.

This is a rustic campground convenient for an overnight stop. The road leading in is dirt as is many of the sites. The owners and manager were very helpful in finding a spot for us, since we arrived later and they were totally booked. The sites are nicely spaced and level, on grass and dirt. The utilities worked well, some of the hook-ups are little inconvenient to reach. The cable and wi-fi worked well. Lots of room to walk the pup. There are permanents, but all in all a good over night stay. We camped at Lazy Acres Campground in a Travel Trailer.

It was almost dark and very very cold. We were outrunning a snowstorm but got settled in for just the night in route south to Florida. Staff was very friendly and escorted us to lot. Cable channels came in clear but you have to leave $20 deposit for the cable selector. That was returned when selector was returned at check out. Only stayed one quick night but would return in summer. We camped at Lazy Acres Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Lazy Acres is a fine place to stop on your way North or South. It is very convenient to Rt 95 without any road noise. There is an airport nearby. but it is no issue at night.
This was our second time staying there. The staff was excellent and we were guided to our site. Although it seems to be an older CG, the bathrooms/showers have been refurbished and are excellent. There are many permanent sites but they are well kept. We were in site 7. It was reasonably level with easy access, The only difficulty I had was with the 50 amp service. One line was not working and I had to use the 3o amp outlet instead.
I do not know the Fayetteville area so I cannot recommend any local attractions.
All that being said. we will definitely stay there again as a travel stop. We camped at Lazy Acres Campground in a Travel Trailer.
