We stayed one night, coming back from Myrtle Beach to Kentucky. The Bathroom/Shower House was very clean and modern. Laundry machines were convenient. The campground is located near I-26 near Asheville. The site are close together and most of the sites are completely graveled. We camped at Rutledge Lake RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

We're here for a month which is reflected by the monthly rate. Park workers do not have the skills necessary to manage this park!!! We had to move our car numerous time at all hours, to let their team guide visitors into the sites next to us. Park workers were not too good at providing directions. It is a real comedy watching the park workers provide assistance to other campers, as long as it is not next to your site. We camped at Rutledge Lake RV Park in a Motorhome.

Clean park from what we could see, but small and with many very close spaces. Only a few suitable for a class A motorhome, and even then the way into the site and the way out is very, very tight due to other vehicles being parked on or partially on the road. The electricity in site 46 is abominable. We paid for 50 amp service, but our Energy Management System said that one leg was only 106 volts, and kept shutting the coach down. This played hob with the A/C units, and wiped out the main circuit board in the onboard washing machine! We finally switched to 30 amp, and limped along, turning appliances on or off so as not to trip the breaker. We talked to a gentleman who comes here every summer to escape Florida, and he said that he had the same issue with power last year in this site. Management is adding new sites but not maintaining the sites already in service. Poor way to run a business! We will never return!

P.S. Wifi was advertised but non-existent. Never did find it, even at the office. We camped at Rutledge Lake RV Park in a Motorhome.

Easy access in and out for big rig. Very friendly and helpful staff. Park very clean. Stayed in site 76 which was very large with picnic shelter in back. Plenty of room for 40ft MH. Good water pressure. Adequate cable and on and off Wi-Fi. Water, sewer, and electric hookups were good. Good location to visit Ashville and surrounding areas. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby. Nice lake in park with recreation options. We camped at Rutledge Lake RV Park in a Motorhome.

We had a large paved pull-through site (13) near the lake. It was extremely convenient, but had no shade and was not very private. When the back-in sites along the lake were occupied, it blocked our view. Fletcher is a great location, right in between Asheville and Hendersonville, and the park is easy to reach. The staff was friendly; they even help you park! The owners do a great job landscaping the sites, and even though they are adding new ones, noise was never a problem. The pool was inviting; restrooms were modern and clean. We will definitely return, but next time we'd request one of the gravel sites in the back where there's more shade and privacy. We camped at Rutledge Lake RV Park in a Motorhome.

We stayed in a back in space that was fairly level. Park had changed hands since we stayed in the park years ago. It appears that the new owner is making changes to the park that will provide more spaces. We enjoyed our stay for one night and would stay again if in the area and needed a park to stay in. We camped at Rutledge Lake RV Park in a Motorhome.

Stayed here for 6 night stay. Nice, clean campground. Had a lot of construction workers staying here, but everyone was quiet & very nice. The only complaint was the dumpsters desperately needed to be emptied. We camped at Rutledge Lake RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

As we left the Interstate, we found ourselves driving through a residential district before entering the park and then we encountered an office staff that was disjointed as to what was available even though we had called to determine several sites available. Another frustration ensued with parking attendant as he was anything but interested if we were parked correctly and safely as he was missing football. The sites are level, well graveled with cable, WiFi , strong well placed utilities and your neighbors are close but not in your space. Will return as location is great for visiting The Biltmore, downtown Asheville and is clean and quiet. We camped at Rutledge Lake RV Park in a Motorhome.

We stayed in a nice pull through site (#8) that was plenty long for our motor home and toad. When a couple of RVs left across the road from us, we had a nice view of the lake. The park was very convenient to shopping areas and the highway, but was also well away from noisy areas. The park employees were very nice. We camped at Rutledge Lake RV Park in a Motorhome.

Rutledge Lake is the best choice for staying in the Asheville, NC area. We had a quiet and roomy back-in space. The grounds are exceptionally clean and the owners/staff are wonderful. The park is a quiet retreat and the guests are friendly. It is also a good place if you have pets because there are many places to walk and enjoy the natural surroundings. The setting for this facility is beautiful, there is a small fishing lake with camp sites around 1 side and other sites along a hill side. The park, I felt was a bit crowded, with a mix of cottages and camp sites, our site was a pull thru, gravel and not level. We were located next to a small travel trailer that hasn't seen the road in years. The park was quiet, bathroom facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. We camped at Rutledge Lake RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed here on our way back from Myrtle Beach. Great location, easy to find, be careful of the Garmin, it takes you thru town, ask at the office for directions....Looks a good location to explore Biltmore.

Very nice campground. Nice lake for catch and release fishing. Clean pool. Very quiet. I only saw a few children the entire stay. Gravel sites. They give you an escort to the campsite and help you back in. The only negative thing I could say is most sites are back to back with someone else leaving no privacy. Our site faced the road which didn't have a lot of privacy but was fine. Site was okay in size, not to close. There are a few sites by the woods or by the pool that don't have anyone behind you. Our friends stayed in a cabin which was very spacious. We camped at Rutledge Lake RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

When we first pulled up the campground looked very nice from the street but as we pulled in saw up close it was run down. Trash dumpsters in middle of the park were overflowing with flies and very smelly. Dumpster was overflowing with garbage everywhere for over a week. Showers were always cold, camp sites were uneven gravel and in need of care. Most of the laundry machines never worked. The lake/pond was just a muddy rain retention basin that the boats they rented would get stuck in the bottom in the mud. Great location with easy access but was very expensive for condition of amenities. We camped at Rutledge Lake RV Park in a Motorhome.

We didn't realize campground is run by volunteer-employees who lacked skills needed to run a business. We were escorted to the wrong site and after objecting, got redirected to the right one. Site was not level-had a railroad tie- preventing rig from sinking into a hole. Watched our volunteer guide direct a much larger rig into a site too small, where it scraped a post. Manager told him, "Campground was not responsible"! Tripping hazard -cable wires running between sites- paid higher than usual rates, which didn't prevent our son from being charged $6.00 extra per visit. Objecting -manager's response "That's how it is"! Didn't earn our business and we won't visit again. We camped at Rutledge Lake RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
