This place is wonderful! First, they welcome you with a sign with your name on it. Staff is very nice. Large internal roads. Lots of large level, gravel pull-thru sites. Full hook-ups, 50 amp. Also have lots of back-in sites and cabins. Grass in between sites. Picnic table. Fire ring. Outstanding WIFI! Quiet. 2 very nice pools. Large hot tub. Miniature Golf. Corn hole and other games. Great play area for kids. Very nice laundry rooms. Trees well trimmed; no danger to rigs. Dinners and breakfasts available on certain days. Wish we could have stayed longer and definitely would like to stay here again! We camped at Raleigh Oaks RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

I would have rated this campground higher except that my site was terrible and management didn't seem to care. I reserved what was billed as a "premium pull thru" and apparently nothing says premium like dumpsters outside your front door. The constant traffic around our site to the dumpsters was not nearly as bad as the truck that arrived at 6:40 am to empty them. When I mentioned this to management I was given a flippant response of "yes sometimes they come at 3:30 in the afternoon too". I was not offered a different site even though the campground was only about half full. The standard pull thru sites are very nice so I would recommend you don't pay more for a premium site that is slightly larger but less desirable. Otherwise the campsites are nicely spaced with grass in between. Utilities are well placed and functional. There are few trees so there was no problem getting satellite tv and the Verizon signal was good. There is basic cable that we did not use. The WiFi only worked sporadically and was down the first day we were there. We camped at Raleigh Oaks RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We had a back-in site at the far end of the park which meant driving our car up front for activities. Won't repeat previous plusses; this is a nice park. Old KOA but being significantly upgraded by current owners. Lots of activities. Gravel roads are good for vehicles, not so good for walking. Two pools, clubhouse with new rally building under construction. Friendly staff. Dinner on Thurs. for few $$ was good, and waffles are free Fri.-Sun. mornings. Wi-fi signal was good but slow when in heavy use. Would stay again if in this area. We camped at Raleigh Oaks RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is a large and very nice Good Sam 10-10-10 park with plenty of recreation opportunities on site: miniature golf, pickle ball, exercise room, swimming pool. Check-in staff was very friendly. The park serves pancakes 4 or 5 mornings each week, plus a dinner on Thursdays. The roads and sites are level gravel. Sites are full hookup + cable + free WiFi (strong signal). There are two laundry facilities. You will need a water pressure regulator. Discounts given to military and for AARP, GS, and AAA members ... maybe others. The large park was near full on a Fri-Sat in early June. Convenient to I-95. Super Walmart about 9 miles north. We camped at Raleigh Oaks RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Very easy in/out off I-95. Great level sites. Monthly sites are all on the other side of resort from short stay RV's. Roads are gravel; easy excess. Two pools, gym, rec room, 9 hole putt-putt, tennis court. Thur - Sun pancake breakfast. My second trip there; will be back again. We camped at Raleigh Oaks RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We were given a huge site at the front of the park near the pool. The site was way too big - our neighbors seemed to be at the other side of a field! When they left any newcomers were given sites further away which made our stay quite lonely. The pool was nice and clean. We camped at Raleigh Oaks RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

I would have rated the park higher, but the gravel sites are not all real level and after a heavy rain some of them retain water. (Our site was OK, but the one next to us had standing water on both sides of the gravel pad). Gravel roads cause some dust kicking up when vehicles travel down them. We camped at Raleigh Oaks RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Loved this park. Staff very friendly, facilities ultra clean. Separate rest rooms with showers (nine in front of park, appears to be 8 at back of park), very modern. Rest rooms had tile floors and walls, with fiberglass showers. Great water pressure. 2 pools, one with hot tub. 2 pickle ball courts, mini golf. 3 dog parks. A modern laundry room, fitness center and game room. Many cabins for those not having an RV. All RV sites are pull through gravel with gravel roads. Can fit the largest coaches. All sites have modern full hook ups. If you don't have a water pressure relief the store sells then for $12.99. Check in was very easy. You definitely should have a reservation. We were there mid-week and there were no vacancies. We will definitely return, and probably reserve a longer stay. Did I mention that we loved this park. It has a resort like feel! Stayed here on our trip going to and returning from Florida. Great campground, echo all the below reviews, my only issue it each time I called the office, no one answered and when I left a message, it took 3 days for them to call me back. We camped at Raleigh Oaks RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

As others have said this is an excellent park. It is well laid out for ease of parking access. The staff were all friendly. There are a lot of things to do in the local area including the outlet malls. Be sure not to miss the Bentonville Civil War Battlefield and do the automobile tour. It was outstanding. Traveling home from Florida we picked this park from the Good Sam Travel Guide. We had stayed here several years ago, but there are now new owners . It is truly completely renovated, and it is beautiful. Can't say enough good things about it - very level sites , convenient hook-ups and a real bargain to boot. This campground is as advertised by other reviewers ... Excellent! The staff is very friendly, the sites wide and lean and it has a wide variety of amenities for "children" of all ages (most of which we are not using due to the time of year and rain! Proximity to Raleigh and extremely convenient access to I-95 and I-40. We camped at Raleigh Oaks RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This CG must have been designed by RVers. Easy access from 95, quick check-in, large level sites with plenty of room on each side. Extremely clean facilities. Has a fitness room!!! Great staff. Not a vacation destination area, but we liked it so much that one intended overnight turned into 3. Not much in the way of a store, but you're 10 minutes from nice outlets. Will make a point to stay there whenever traveling on 95. We camped at Raleigh Oaks RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed at Raleigh Oaks last weekend while in the area for a college graduation ceremony at Campbell. We got in late at night but found the campground to be easy to navigate and the lights at the end of each site were very helpful for setting up in the dark. Most sites are very long and spacious, more than enough room for us and fairly level. Small details such as cute shrubs in berms at the ends of each site made the park feel homey and well maintained. Office staff was friendly and helpful, and the waffle breakfast was a great. We enjoyed a round of putt putt and our dogs enjoyed a romp in one of the dog parks. Our family plans to meet here again in the future, since there are nice cabins that the non-campers can rent. While my husband and I generally prefer parks with 'private' sites (such as wooded sites), we had a very pleasant experience in this typical RV park setting. We camped at Raleigh Oaks RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed at Raleigh Oaks because we chose it because of the reviews. This is a wonderful place to stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, it is close with easy access to interstate, nice amenities and very well kept. The roads are easily navigable and the sites are large and well maintained. All hookups were hassle free. We plan to stay here again. We camped at Raleigh Oaks RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.
