This is a former KOA and still shows up on some GPS's as a KOA. The new owners have installed new utilities throughout the park. The roads and sites are gravel. There is a problem of drainage on some of the sites. I was there for a week and the site beside never dried up. The buildings onsite are in great shape. They have 2 pools and a hot tub (not open).
The CG is close to I95 but traffic noise is not that noticeable.
The Wi-Fi worked very well, but the park wasn't that busy.
A previous comment stated that lighting wasn't a problem, but I disagree. There are street lights throughout the park in addition each site has a light on the electrical box. Unless you have light blocking window shades you will get a lot of light at night.
This is a great CG to stop at overnight if traveling I95. We camped at Raleigh Oaks RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

This park is new, having opened in Oct. 2014. Good Sam rates it as a 10/10/10, and this is well deserved. The park has easy access to I-95. It offers complimentary coffee, juice and waffles. And it has pickle ball courts and a nice mini-golf "course". There are 3-dog parks on the grounds. There's also a childrens playground. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Hook-ups are modern and include TV cable. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Raleigh Oaks RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo

Rarely rate an RV park this high, but this place deserved it. No, not all the "bells and whistles" of some huge RV vacation resorts, but there were 2 pools, pickleball court, 2 fenced in dog runs, incredibly clean and huge individual bathrooms (two different locations) and the best staff we have encountered in many years. Two laundry rooms, and group meeting room also. Sites and interior roads were well packed gravel and each site was long enough for the biggest rig with toad. Easily accessible hookups at every site. Plenty of room between each too. 33 channel cable TV included in site price and free, quick Wi-Fi from every site. Excellent night time lighting for waking in CG that did not intrude into the RV in any way. Very easy access off I-95 but no road noise at all. Had problems with our RV - on site RV repair available! Again, the most pleasant and helpful staff we have met in a very, very long time. One time KOA with new owner who has really refurbished this place! We'll definitely visit again! We were there for a Civil War battlefield reenactment. Thanks to all of them for adding to our great weekend! We camped at Raleigh Oaks RV Resort in a Motorhome.
Within several miles of major outlet mall. Edwards IGA Grocery Store within 3 miles (prices were GREAT!) Check to see if the wine tasting is available when you're there!

Seemed like it was brand new. Lots of things to do around campground. Large campground. The nicest one we stayed at. We stayed during a lot of rain and campground held up well. We camped at Raleigh Oaks RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.Undo
Date of Stay: September, 2013 - $47.00
This is a nice park - easy to navigate, roomy spaces and very friendly staff. The waffles and coffee were a nice treat. Wi-Fi worked well, as did the cable and other utilities. If I had to complain about something it would be that it is a bit pricey, and I really don't understand why some campgrounds feel the need to charge extra for kids. We would stay here again. Date of Stay: May, 2013 - $38.00
Been a few years since we stayed here and it is now a KOA which I always find to be pricey. The place is well kept and WiFi and cable worked well. The free waffle breakfast is after 8 am so we didn't get to try it since we wanted to leave shortly after 8 am. Office staff was friendly. We camped at Raleigh Oaks RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

Nice park and relaxing setting. The staff couldn't have been any nicer. We couldn't take advantage of the pool this time of year, but we enjoyed the nature walk and large play areas. Well stocked camp store, and we were treated to free, homemade waffles before we departed. We camped at Raleigh Oaks RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo

We stayed here for 3 nights mid-week off season while enroute elsewhere. Very few people in the park, but you could not have asked for more from the staff: friendly, courteous, prompt to meet needs and fulfill requests. Store and grounds were very clean--the grounds crew was visibly doing their job during the day. Garbage picked up promptly from in front of our site. Utilities and hookups worked as advertised. I never give a 10 just on principle or this campground would have one. We camped at Raleigh Oaks RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo

Ours was a level pull through site. Services were very good and voltage in low 120's. Wi-Fi worked well. Very friendly staff in a clean park. Only point would be to correct some of the rough sections in the lower end of the park. We will stay here again. We camped at Raleigh Oaks RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.Undo
Date of Stay: October, 2012 - $38.00
Nice clean park. Great place for travelers with dogs as they have two pet parks. The staff was very accommodating and worked to ensure we had a site with satellite reception that was close to the pet park. We would stay here again. We camped at Raleigh Oaks RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo

Took advantage of stay 2, get 1 night free. Great team of folks, very cordial and helpful. Free waffle breakfast was very good. Great cable and Wi-Fi. Very clean facilities. Well cared for sites, they inspect each one and clean them up upon a camper's departure. Nice long sites, pretty level. Very peaceful and quiet toward back of property, otherwise some road noise, depending on wind. Nice walking trail in back of property. Highly recommended. We camped at Raleigh Oaks RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

This is the second time we have stayed at this park. Both times were for a week or longer. This is one of the very best parks we have stayed in. The staff went out of their way to make sure our visit was enjoyable. The park is clean and very well maintained. It is a quiet park with easy to access pull-through sites. The dog parks are excellent and well maintained. We will be back to stay again when we are up this way. We can't say enough good things about this excellent park and the staff. Good park with easy access from I-95. The staff was very good and helpful. There are level sites and good interior roads. Satellite will not work in most sites. Good water pressure and power good. Wi-Fi was very good. Will stay again We camped at Raleigh Oaks RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo
