Very well kept park in the woods. We had a large level spot. Phone and wifi were pretty much non existent but you are in the mountains so prepare before you get there. T-mobile seemed to work better than Verizon. Pool was nice and clean and they were very accommodating with our visitors. Roads to the park are narrow but we negotiated fine in a 41 ft fifth wheel. Plenty of room for our tow vehicle and our guests van at our site. There is no laundry facility even though it says there is. We camped at Rose Creek Campground & Cabins in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Definitely head out to Dry Falls and stop along the way at a few of the swimming holes, rent tubes and float down the river from the fruit and vegetable stand just a few miles away and walk down to the Rose Creek mine and do a little mining. (You can actually see it from the pool)

This is a very nice campground with big shady sites, tables, fire rings, clean bath house, cabins, store, pond, new pool, wifi, cell phone service. The new owners are very nice and helpful. And one of the best gem mines is within walking distance. We camped at Rose Creek Campground & Cabins in a Travel Trailer.

Our site was changed 3 times, and the last time, the site they gave us, someone was already in there. Dogs ran wild, doing their business anywhere and on our camper tires. The campground had potential but I guess since the campground was for sale, the owners let it run down somewhat. The pictures on their website is way out of date. The roads are in disrepair and would be a beast for a camper 30' or larger. We will not be back. We camped at Rose Creek Campground & Cabins in a Travel Trailer.

Difficult for big rigs but doable. Only 1 pull thru site. Waterline was broken but didn't tell us until after we paid. NO refunds. Camp rumour has they are closing the RV side and making it a mobile home park. Mostly seasonals. Gem mine on site is owned by someone else. We wouldn't stay here in future. Too hard to get to with little to show for it. We camped at Rose Creek Campground & Cabins in a Motorhome.

This is a family campground, so if your looking for a place to drink and party, then its not the place for you. This campground is located about 1/2 mile off the main highway on a very dusty gravel road. There's a limited number of available sites, because most are seasonal. There is a catch and release pond in the middle of the campground with sunfish, catfish, and plenty of ducks. The owner dams up the creek to provide a swimming/wading pool during the summer months. There is a laundry with cold water, and hot showers on friday and saturday. There are lots of very tall popular tree that provide lots of shade. Bingo is held under a shelter on saturday night. We camped at Rose Creek Campground & Cabins in a Travel Trailer.

This campground is located on a very dusty gravel road, and consist primarily of seasonal campers. There is a creek that the owner dams to provide a wading area. There is a catch and release fishing pond with small sunfish and catfish, and lots of ducks. The creek is prone to flooding its banks during hard rains. We camped at Rose Creek Campground & Cabins in a Travel Trailer.
