Once again promise service not available the on line reservation system not available as the manager said would be in operation May 1.
Will be interested to see if the septic revamp starts June 1. Septic hookups few, honey wagon 3X/weeks at a fee. Manager says too expensive to operate more often
Most sites are level but manager states can't level those which are not due to drainage, water still runs down hill. They are wide and easy to get into, even the back-ins. Roads are dirt and have pot holes but are wide and easy to navigate.
No cable. Satellite spotty due to many trees.
Have been a member for 6 years and have seen unneeded improvement and heard a lot of promises. Hard to get site even as a member. - trims

Rate reflects Resorts of Distinction membership. Beware of the cons when going to this campground. In 15 years of camping, we have never had such a long list of rules (72). We found multiple staff members rude and unhelpful. We were told our site was a full hook up, and found out the site did not have sewer. The campground map shows most sites are full hook-up (although they are not). They have very few full hook-up sites. Their solution is a “honey wagon” that will come around a couple of times a week—for an additional charge. We called ahead to make sure they had a pool. We were told they did. When we got to campground we now were told, the pool was closed for work—not sure when it will open. They are less than honest, even when asked direct questions. Quiet hours start at 11pm, but organized activities cause it to be loud much later. Campground handles big rigs, but some sites are small and there are tight turns throughout, so it would be wise to scout the site before driving your RV through the campground. Sites are level and most have trees—great for shade. Very poor satellite and internet reception. Verizon cell coverage was spotty. The positives: laundry room was clean and air conditioned, shower and bathrooms were clean and trees are pretty and offer shade. We do not plan to return. - GLPColorado
