6 Parks near Lumberton, North Carolina
Aug 2016 - $45.00
This campground is very convenient to the highway. Would recommend for a one night stop, but not really a destination campground. It needed some updating, but it looks like the owners are working hard to make it better. The sites were level and the bathrooms were very clean. There were storms in the area so we weren't able to use the pool, but it looked well taken care of and clean. The sites are very open. Hopefully their plans include planting some more trees to privatize the sites a little bit. - coldwaterconch

This park is definitely in transition. They are a relatively new KOA (1 year old) and still are working on revitalizing the park. The spots are set up a bit old (with power/water/sewage) not really aligning to today's trailers. The spots were very flat and large - allowing for a great overnight pull through stop. There weren't that many amenities. You can tell the owner's are working on getting this park going. It looked like the kids playground was getting built, sites were getting redone, etc. The park is a no-frills, park and sleep location. Hopefully the owners continue to update and add some landscaping. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. - Curtis R
May 2016 - $40.00
Great park, easy on/off of both I95 and I75. Nice level, long pull thru sites, a lot of new stuff can be seen around the park. New owners who are doing a great job bringing it up to todays Rvers needs. Good wifi, no cable. Campground overall was very clean. - adcharles1969
Jun 2016 - $31.00
A convenient place to stop, decent and has been upgraded since our last stay back in 2009. - Froggi Donna
May 2016 - $32.00
Very cold welcome - obviously young lady did not like her job! Nice park, large sites - long. Room to maneuver. Good WiFi. Gravel sites. - Retired FL CSM
Mar 2016 - $32.00
This is a good overnight stop when traveling on I-95. Easy check, friendly staff, secure area. Outside of that, there's no reason to stay any longer unless you need to be in the area. Wi/fi was excellent. Decent area to walk dogs, some sites have shade. Verizon worked good. No cable but you could get some air channels. - NPmoto
May 2015 - $17.00
Small campground with 1 electric site. Bath house is a little old and tired, but works. Very friendly staff. - Robert_Gail
Sep 2016 - $19.00
No cable, but OTA channels were OK for an overnight stay. Couldn't access the WI-FI but we have our own Mobile Hotspot so no problem.
The sites are all on grass. Ours was level enough that we didn't have to use our levelers for an overnight stay.
50 A. power worked fine and sewer was available but we didn't need to dump.
Office was very polite and helpful. - dhaney1944
May 2016 - $18.00
Stayed 2 days. Very courteous staff and security gate after hours.
Mix of open areas for good sat reception and 46 good digital channels, and shade trees as well. Roads are gravel, sand and bumpy. - john rv
Apr 2016 - $26.00
The roads through the park need some work, several pot holes, but not deep. Easy on/off I-95. Close to a Wal-Mart and restaurants by car. You can hear the interstate traffic, but not horrible. We were in the second row from the front, site 8. It was pretty level, but only packed grass and sand, but firm. Other sites behind us had trees that seemed to be close. Electric, water and sewer. No cable and we did not try their Wi-Fi. There is potential here. Pretty little lake. Gated security at night. We were guided to our site, so we are not sure of the row letter or number. - Cliff-fa-fa
Aug 2016 - $45.00
This was my first campground that I can actually say the bathrooms made you feel like you were at home. It was so clean. It is a smaller campground but very nice and shady. The place was so quiet. The pool was a highlight for the kids after a long drive. - Desiree
Jul 2016 - $37.00
Dirt road coming into campgrounds. Beautiful reception area, would have liked a small camp store. They do have ice for sale and a soda vending machine. We had full hook up to include cable so we never used facilities there. Pool area was nicely manicured with plenty of seating and tree shade. Childrens park was disappointing, needs updating. Fishing pond was excellent, kids were able to catch fish no problem. Catch and release only. - Bustillos
Jul 2016 - $37.00
This is a beautiful, shady campground about a mile and a half from I-95. You have to drive almost half a mile down a dirt road to get into the campground, but the road isn't bad. The sites are nice and roomy. We stayed one night in site 7, a long, level pull-through site. We would definitely stay here again. - mrpeepers
