4 RV Parks near Tabor City, North Carolina
Apr 2017 - $10.00
The $10 price reflects C2C. This family owned campground a few miles south of Tabor City, is a must. Full hookups with pull thru sites. This campground is nestled in the heart of tobacco farmland. This was one of the most peaceful and quiet campgrounds we have ever stayed in. We are definitely going back. - TheBounders
Jan 2017 - $15.00
Nestled in a forested area just a bit southeast of Tabor City, North Carolina, Carrollwoods provides a peaceful, quiet escape from the madding crowd of Myrtle Beach. Located a mere 3.5 miles from the NC / SC Boarder and only minutes from the area's beach activities, Carrollwoods RV Park combines Cadillac Service with a Pick Up Truck Price. Less expensive than the huge, corporate RV Parks on Myrtle Beach, this family owned and operated RV park provides all the amenities needed for an overnight stay, a weekend getaway or a seasonal camper. Plenty of trees dispersed across large, level sites, with a robust cable channel selection - combined with a strong Wi-Fi Signal - make this park one of the best values throughout the area. Endless hot water in the extremely clean shower / restroom areas, a fishing pond and swimming pool round out these excellent accommodations. Not only would we stay here again. We plan to do so next year on our return to the area. - Todd and Heather
Aug 2016 - $48.00
Very small campground. Other than the pool and winery not much to do. Not close to anything so bring you own entertainment. - D Maier
May 2017 - $55.00
Great place to stay but a little pricey for me. Everything was kept clean and grass mowed. Our trash was picked up every day. Hook-ups were easy and placed in good spot. - dakota ev

I have only great things to say about Daddy Joe's. We had a ton of fun here over Labor Day weekend. We were supposed to arrive on Friday but tropical storm Hermine delayed our arrival until Saturday, as was the case with numerous guests. Daddy Joe graciously extended Monday's checkout time until 5:00 to make up for it. Wow! That really meant a lot for them to ensure their guests' satisfaction, especially since we didn't ask or expect it!
There's seriously so much to do here. Water attractions, basketball, mini golf, so many stocked ponds for fishing, a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner at very reasonable prices, planned activities for the kids, an ice creamery, a gift shop/camp store and more!
Our sites (38 & 39) were nicely spaced with concrete pads and a well maintained yard. No shade (there are shaded sites as you enter the park but they're further away from the amenities) so we caught the afternoon/evening sun on the patio side. But with our screen shade we were quite comfortable with low humidity & mid 80 degree temps.
We're planning a group trip for Memorial Day 2017 with RV friends and will be staying in one of the quad sites (so cool!) and others that will be staying in the tent sites and cabins. It's so awesome to have found a place that keeps the kids so busy and has accommodations for us and all our friends!!
Daddy Joe's is my new favorite! They really know what it takes to plan and maintain a campground to make for a positive camping experience!! - LynchPartyof8
Jul 2016 - $69.00
By far our favorite family park, the kids love this place. The staff are always courteous and attentive, check-in is quick and easy. The park is clean, well kept, and the amenities are top notch. There is plenty to do here, swimming, fishing, hiking, biking, mini golf, and the creamery. The grill and camp store are very convenient. The sites are close together but still give plenty of room for parking and activity. - Ldon
Mar 2017 - $55.00
Not much to add to previous reviews as this is the best resort that we have ever stayed in. Long pull thru sites that have plenty of space between. Excellent Wi-Fi , clean showers and bathrooms , plenty of activities to do, huge laundry area, and store located in main office. Highly recommend if in Myrtle Beach area. A little off of the path in Longs, SC but well worth it. - Biggyrat
Sep 2016 - $61.00
Immaculate facility - groundskeepers seem to work around the clock maintaining the pool, clubhouse and grounds. Nothing was out of place even though the park was full. There are a number of longer term residents but, unlike other parks, their areas are immaculate.
Check in was quick and we were provided an escort to our huge pull through site. The site easily accommodated our 44' motorhome and towed car - in fact we could have put another motorhome or two in the space. Spacing between sites is enormous for a privately owned park. All sites have tons of room and most are pleasantly shaded - with fire ring, grill and concrete patio. All drives and sites are paved. Wifi is the best we've experienced at any park - ever.
The pools (kiddie & regular), lake swimming area, clubhouse, laundry facilities and office are beautifully maintained with great attention to detail. This is a beautiful park.
Willow Tree is secluded but is only minutes from the beach, restaurants, shopping and everything else you can imagine. This place is a great find and I expect to come here often. - Rob&Terri
Aug 2016 - $69.00
This resort was recommended to us by managers at a park in Georgia. We have RVed for 16 years and Willow Tree is probably the nicest resort we have found. Sites were long, shaded, spacious, and landscaped. Pool, lake, and other recreation facilities were first-rate. Entry to the park makes it feel truly private. - gbburgess
Dec 2005 - $25.00
My husband stayed there for about 6 months while working in Myrtle Beach. Great place for kids to play outside not any equipment but large grassy areas and very quiet. Lots of shade we enjoyed it there a lot. - sureshot80
