Date of Stay: June, 2008 - $30.00
Appropriately named, Nelson's Nantahala Hideaway is tucked away on the side of a hill in Topton and is virtually hidden from the highway. None of the traffic was visible or audible to us during our stay there. It was also sparsely populated for the week we spent there. The campground manager, Gray, is refreshingly laid back, well-spoken, and concerned about the campground and the satisfaction of his clients. The bathrooms and showers are clean and modernly furnished. Trash cans were provided at our site and daily trash pickup is provided. We were very satisfied with our stay and plan to return in the near future. We camped at Nelson's Nantahala Hideaway in a Travel Trailer.Undo
