Large FHU site. Stayed two nights to R&R on our trip from Florida to Maine. Pleasant location; mostly quiet; short hiking trail; courteous staff. Would stay again. We camped at Fayetteville RV Resort (formerly Fayetteville / Wade KOA) in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Enjoyed a visit to the Cape Fear Botanical Garden in Fayetteville.

This is a very nice camp ground directly off of interstate 95. The staff was nice and helpful. The sites were spacious and level. The camp ground is full of mostly monthly renters but they are on the opposite side of the CG. IT was very quiet with a few things do to ie, basketball, horse shoes, workout room, and 2 pools. The location makes it very easy to access if traveling north or south on the east coast. I will definitely be coming back again. We camped at Fayetteville RV Resort (formerly Fayetteville / Wade KOA) in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

There is a fishing lake around 8 miles away. It was very nice and relaxing with a place to fish and canoe. There are no close restaurants that will deliver.

Absolutely loved this park, hated leaving. Nice office staff, very helpful, small store and free waffles several days a week. Clean, well maintained neighborhood feel. Spacious level lots, all with fire pits, picnic tables. Two dog parks, 2 swimming pools, nice playground, nature trails, lot of areas to walk and grassy areas to enjoy. Also has cottages and cabins available for rent, which we did and invited our daughter and grandchildren for a weekend. We camped at Fayetteville RV Resort (formerly Fayetteville / Wade KOA) in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

You are just off I-95. Convenient for overnight stops, lot of pull through sites.

Discount was Good Sam. The park was very level and big rig friendly. The campground had a great exercise room with good equipment. It had easy access to I95. There was no dog run but park was big enough to walk dog. We camped in travel trailer. Good for three night visit. We camped at Fayetteville RV Resort (formerly Fayetteville / Wade KOA) in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Fayetteville is interesting town to visit. Walmart was 20 minutes away. No other attractions near.

We have stayed here year after year both heading south and returning home. It is extremely well maintained. The staff is wonderful. The complimentary waffle breakfasts are an added benefit. Convenient access to I-95. We will continue to stay here in the future! We camped at Fayetteville RV Resort (formerly Fayetteville / Wade KOA) in a Motorhome.

What a fabulous park! We stopped for just one night. Every employee in the park was extremely friendly and helpful. The pull-through sites were gigantic and level. The park provided continental breakfast before we left the next morning. We would definitely stay again if ever in this part of the country. A beautiful, well designed, well kept park with well spaced gravel sites. Would be a 10 with paved sites. Minimal road noise. Utilities worked well. Verizon MiFi and cell worked well. Large open park-like areas with grass. In most campgrounds these areas would be filled with more sites. Wish there was more to do in the area to make a longer than overnight stay worthwhile. Will return. We camped at Fayetteville RV Resort (formerly Fayetteville / Wade KOA) in a Motorhome.

This is a pretty, well kept campground. It used to be a KOA. About half the sites are in the trees and the other half in the open. All the sites seem to be of decent length with the pull-throughs being plenty long to keep a toad or trailer attached. Unlike some camp grounds, the utilities are located properly for staying attached. The park has a nice walking trail through the woods. Tuesday through Sunday they serve a complimentary breakfast. This park is very close to 95 but has little to no noise from it. Cable connection quality is decent and is included at no extra cost. It is not too far from Fayetteville, so there are things to do if you so desire. The sites are spaced well with plenty of room between sites and easy to get into. We camped at Fayetteville RV Resort (formerly Fayetteville / Wade KOA) in a Motorhome.

Fantastic Campground. The only reason I do not give it a 10 is because the mosquitoes were so bad we could not sit outside but we were only here for one night on our way to New England. Very clean, spacious well groomed sites, level, easy hook up. Nice shade trees. Great staff! Best Wi-Fi of any campground I have ever been in. We camped at Fayetteville RV Resort (formerly Fayetteville / Wade KOA) in a Fifth Wheel.

This is one of the best managed campgrounds we have seen. We spent a week here with our grandson who had a ball playing in the pool and meeting new friends on the nice playground. We had a large premium site that included a concrete patio with furniture ,grill, and fire pit. It was very long and level. Easy access from I 95. They also have a nice, clean dog park and an air conditioned fitness room. Our wi-fi connection and utilities were great. We camped at Fayetteville RV Resort (formerly Fayetteville / Wade KOA) in a Motorhome.

Yep, great campground. EZ on off to interstate but far enough away so there's no traffic noise. Immaculate. Nice, long, level sites for big rigs with two sewer outlets. We blew the electric and the breaker was hot. They immediately came to the site and fixed the problem by replacing the breaker. Lots of room for children to play and two nice pools. Some shaded sites and other satellite friendly sites. 45' motorhome no problem maneuvering. Owners obviously care about their campground and we will definitely return. Wifi adequate. What a beautiful campground! We were so pleasantly surprised. We were just passing through for one night but would most definitely stay here again. The campground was huge and sites were well spaced apart. We had spot 48, a large shady pull thru spot. All spots had ample gravel. The park had two dog parks, two pools and bathroom areas. Showers were clean with good water pressure. Lots of TV channels. WiFi wasn't strong at our site. Nice small store with very reasonably priced items. Free waffles for breakfast. Super friendly staff. If you don't have a camper, they have lots of cabins and are bringing in more. Very easy access to I-95. We camped at Fayetteville RV Resort (formerly Fayetteville / Wade KOA) in a Fifth Wheel.

We spent a night here on our way home to New England. This is a very nice park, with beautiful grounds. Flowers in bloom everywhere. The pull-thru sites are level and spacious. Some are shaded, some not. Utilities worked well and the WiFi was adequate. The owner personally cooks waffles for you each morning. We'll stay here again. I can not say enough good about this RV Resort! We selected the location because of the advertising of easy pull though and no need to unhook. It was perfect! The staff was extremely friendly and escorted us directly to our site. It was perfectly flat and in a matter of minutes we were set up. Never needed to disconnect and we were perfectly level! The grounds are very well maintained and it is peaceful! Spacious grounds. They served complimentary waffles the next morning for breakfast. We enjoyed it so much that we cut our Myrtle Beach trip a day short so that we could spend another Friday night there on our way back home. It was just as pleasant and they remembered us. We were treated like family and will absolutely stay here again. We camped at Fayetteville RV Resort (formerly Fayetteville / Wade KOA) in a Travel Trailer.

This is a great RV park. There are plenty of sites, many shaded. Two pools and screened gazebos. Staff is friendly. Sites are level. Good water pressure. We stayed at site 5, just behind one of the pools. The pool was noisy as it was a holiday weekend and the park was full. The pool had recently been redone; unfortunately, they painted the pool deck and it was very slippery. Besides my grand daughter, I witnessed a few people slipping and falling. Sites 34 - 48 are nice shaded pull through. They had a pig picking Saturday celebrating the opening of some new cabins.
