Clean park in a nice setting along a creek. Scattered trees. Most sites level. Roads and sites gravel and dirt. It rained a lot which made everything muddy. Excellent staff. Easy entrance from highway. A staff member escorts you to your site and helps you back in. A nice touch and greatly appreciated. We camped at Creekwood Farm RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We had site #74 right on the creek with a beautiful view out of our living room. The campground is conveniently located close to the I-40 and Cataloochee Vally. The camp ground is quiet with level gravel sites and a conctere pad with a picnic table. We will certainly return someday in the future. We camped at Creekwood Farm RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Quiet, well maintained park with friendly staff and guests. Our site backed up to the lovely creek so that even on hot days we were cool sitting in the shade by the creek. There were only a few children as the creek is their only entertainment. Great WiFi and Verizon cell service. Rate reflects discount for full week stay (pay for 6, get 7th free). We camped at Creekwood Farm RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Waynesville, Maggie Valley and Lake Junaluska nearby. Ingles within about 7 miles. Maggie's Galley in Waynesville had good seafood and great service, and Mast General store was fun. Lake Junaluska has a walking trail around the lake and offers kayak rental.

Overall Rating:

Very nice campground located on Jonathan Creek, and many sites are located right on the creek. We stayed in site 73 which was really nice and level and had lots of shade. The creek was just a few feet behind our camper. Very convenient to I-40 which is less than a mile away. Maggie Valley and Waynesville are a short drive from the campground. Cataloochee Valley is a short drive and is beautiful, but it's a narrow winding mountain road that turns into a dirt road for the last few miles. Very clean bath house with private showers and toilets but no a/c, however it was never really warm even in mid August. Friendly and helpful staff who will even guide you to your campsite and help you back in. We camped at Creekwood Farm RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Try for a Creekside site if you can get it! Secondary choice would be "dog walk row" - both offer a bit more privacy than the center sites, which are pull thru, and back to back. Bathhouse is absolutely spotless - there are 6, each contains a shower, toilet, and sink vanity area with a lockable door. (But no air). We camped at Creekwood Farm RV Park in a Motorhome.

This park is very convenient to I-40 and to Maggie Valley. The grounds are very well cared for and there are several nice touches like a small park and community activities. The sites are gravel and a bit close together, but still easy to get into. A stream runs behind several sites and kids love to play in the stream. I saw several people fly fishing, too, though I didn't see any fish caught. A very pleasant place to be, especially if you are here with friends. We camped at Creekwood Farm RV Park in a Motorhome.

You park your vehicle parallel with the road. If you are very adventurous, hike down to Soco Falls - about 20 minuets from the campground. If you are in good shape, hike to the top of Waterrock Knob (6292 MSL), about 35 minuets drive.

The park has a buffer from the highway noise, so it was very quiet. There was a little more space between sites than other campgrounds in the area. The staff helped us get backed into our spot with no problems. The laundry was small, but worked well and the price was normal to what we've been finding in the area. WiFi worked great, the people were friendly, and the office easy to work with. The campground is close to most of the attractions in the area and we would definitely stay here again when in the area. Extremely quiet. Easy on/off I-40. Staff friendly. Beautiful creek bordering the property and you can go in at your own risk. Sites are gravel surrounded by grass. Parking the toad is parallel in front of site only. If they put a little more gravel and less grass, then you would be able to park next to rig. Sites are a little close and some have the sewer connection near the neighbors picnic table. Luckily our site #21 had a little room. Creek sites would be worth the money if you have a rear window and can see the view. We camped at Creekwood Farm RV Park in a Motorhome.

Called about 3 hours out and reserved a pull-through site. Then a heavy rain and construction slowed us down. Instead of around 4:40 we arrived at 5:50. Wonderful lady waited for us and we followed her to our site. She was so nice and the CG looked great also so we decided to stay 2 nights (if not for an appointment we would have stayed 4 nights). When he noticed we were disconnecting, a staff member came to help even though beyond his working hours. Our 5er is 43' plus the truck so even disconnected we were tight to the road with the truck parked parallel. The site was gravel and close but we only had neighbors on one side. No one was behind us which was great as I needed to back up to make the turn leaving. Utilities including WIFI and cable worked great - Verizon too. I plan on returning, but am a little concerned on departure on the narrow roads if a sharp turn is required. My neighbor came over and said he lifted his levelers and was connected in case he needed to back up for me to get out. He did not have to move but knew it would be tight. Staff, cannot say enough about how great all are. We camped at Creekwood Farm RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Convenient stop on our way north to Michigan. Park 1/4 full of seasonal or winter storage campers, but all sites clean (no junk sitting around) and all campers newer and well kept. Excellent spotlessly clean showers, each a full large bathroom with sink, toilet and large shower. Would be super nice for bathing, dressing children. Clean laundry with 4 washers, 4 dryers. Some sites on river, must be nice in summer. We were on a pull through in the center, fresh gravel and new picnic table. Neighbors would be close in peak season but we were there in January so not a problem. Staff friendly, helpful and campground looked well cared for. We camped at Creekwood Farm RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice, very well-maintained park in the foothills of the Smokey Mountains. Really pretty. The staff was kind and helpful. There was a pet area and plenty of room to walk the dogs as well. They also have the ability to refill propane tanks on site, which was very convenient. We camped at Creekwood Farm RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Directed us to site and assisted in back in perfect the first time. Sites available on creek are wide, have fire pits and nice view. Other sites basic with gravel and grass. Can rent fire pits. Had great recommendations for things to do and also for mobile repair. Roads are one way and ok to navigate. Lots of large motorhomes and 5Wheels no problem. Good water pressure, good cable and wifi. Verizon service no problem. Propane, ATM firewood available. Friendly!!! We stayed at Creekwood Farm for one night while we were passing through the area. Most sites seemed very short, and tow vehicles must be parked parallel in front of your camper in order for others to be able to get through. Our rig is short so this wasn't a huge deal for us, but it may make getting in/out a bit stressful for larger rigs since you may feel rushed since you will be blocking others from driving by. Our site backed up to the creek and had a beautiful view. We were a bit closer to our neighbors than I normally care for, but it wasn't a problem since it was just for one night. I would stay here again if passing through the area or seeing the nearby sights. If we return, I will request site 47, as it is one of the best sites (in my opinion). We camped at Creekwood Farm RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Back-in site 95 is level, gravel, with small size grass patch, & small gravel patio spot. Tree to rear provides some shade throughout day. Camped in a 35 foot 5th wheel w 3 slides. Gravel/dirt mix lanes. Nearby mulch yard is noisy from before dawn to mid afternoon. Quiet at night. Pretty stream at back border of RV park with public area to picnic/sit. Laundry & bath houses are very well maintained. Small social room with book exchange. Good cable TV & AT&T cell coverage. WiFi is good. Sites are very narrow with rear campers also very close. Staff leads to, & assists, parking. Most campers appear to be retirement age, no playground equipment, campfire rings are $5.00 per day (lots of campfire smoke hangs over campground in evenings). Staff is very friendly & helpful. We camped at Creekwood Farm RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
