Park was well layed out with the longer stays in the back further from the road. Park is close to the road but the noise level is not to bad. Grocery and supplies are ample and close by. Campground WIFI was not good. Verizon service was fine. Satellite was easy to hook up. We camped at Bismarck KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice enough park close to shopping, service stations and restaurants. Sites were adequate, easy to maneuver the roads inside the park and the pool was clean. The dog park was worthless as it was all dirt but there is a nice grassy dog walk along the back of the park. There is a busy road that runs next to the park but we didn't notice traffic noise where we were parked in the middle of the park. While in Bismarck, be sure to make time to walk the paved path that follows the Missouri River for several miles while making its way through several parks - quite nice! We camped at Bismarck KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

A nice KOA, nothing fancy. Registration parking was very good. Roads are gravel and a little tight for bigger rigs. Sites are dirt/gravel and level. Lots of shade. Spacing is decent. Staff was o.k. We had trouble with the Internet and they were not helpful at all. The WiFi was o.k. the first day but the second day the park filled up and it was terrible. The bigger RV sites are in the back of the RV park, so the good is that the sites are nice and long but the bad is the WiFi was a problem. I could get a good signal by the office but by the time I got to our site it was gone. The utilities worked fine. Satellite can be an issue but it worked fine for us. We camped at Bismarck KOA in a Motorhome.

This campground is not a destination campground, but is find for a one-night stayover. They have 4 Wi-FI towers, but none worked very well for us. Sites are close together, but there is a hedge in between. We camped at Bismarck KOA in a Motorhome.

This surely was originally not a KOA as there was some space between sites and our site had hedges between it and the ones next to it. Not a fan of KOAs but this one was nicer. Friendly staff who helped us to our site. We have a 38' 5th wheel and got in and out easily, although we did have to park our truck sideways in the front. We did not use the Wifi but used our Verizon hot spot no problems. We camped at Bismarck KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

We usually try to get pull-throughs however none were available for our stay. The owners son helped me back in with no issues at all. There were too many trees so unable to get my satellite to lock on. The site was level and we we in a quiet area. WIFI was okay. Good Verizon coverage. The park is well kept, we would stay here again. We camped at Bismarck KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

.Stayed for approximately 2 weeks. Most parks shut down in the area on Oct 31.This KOA is year round and they truck in city water when they shut off the normal city water supply around the 10th of November. At that time public showers and restrooms are closed as well, laundry remains open as does the office (shorter hours and Monday -Friday only) Good location, friendly staff, clean organized park. We camped at Bismarck KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Date of Stay: September, 2016 - $25.00

I stayed here long term (from May-end of Sept); rate was a monthly rate.

I can't say enough good things about this park, especially having been here through 3 seasons. This place has won the KOA President's award for many years and I can certainly see why.

First, the owners and all their staff are the most amazing folks I've met yet. No matter how busy they get (and during the summer it was crazy busy), they always make everyone feel like they're the only customers, with great care and attention. They take immaculate care of the grounds. We arrived in the spring, when all the lilac bushes which surround the perimeter (and some in between the sites) were in full bloom. Such lovely color and fragrance! There are many trees, and now, in the fall, they again surround us with lovely autumn colors.

Sites are gravel and level, and very spacious with bushes separating each site. Included is a picnic bench and you can rent a fire pit. There is also a general store which sells almost anything you need. Dan's supermarket and Gee Williquors are right up the road as well for the rest of your grocery and alcohol needs.

The length of our stay was due to traveling for work as a contractor. Although there isn't a whole lot to do in Bismarck for an extended period of time, this has been a wonderful place to call home for 6 months! If not for the brutal winters, I'd love to stay here longer! We camped at Bismarck KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

The park was full so we were put in an overflow area with water & electric only. The man who escorted us to our site was very friendly. There was no cable in our area but Wifi worked well. They have a Kamp K9 area as well as a long pet walk. Easy access off I-94. We camped at Bismarck KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

All-gravel, treed park. Good wifi and water pressure. Friendly staff. Quite a few residents, but they look neat and tidy. A small error in site reservation: too short to accommodate both the RV and truck, so they let us park crossways across the front to get out of the road. Convenient when passing thru ND.
