We found this little campground after checking out a larger campground in the area and not loving it. It is on highway 85 as you head north. We had decided to head north to the Roosevelt National Park, but were tired from a long day and really wanted to stop but had decided to keep going. My husband saw the little sign out of the corner of his eye and we drove over to check it out. There was no one else there so we pulled in. The sites are arranged around the edges of the campground. We found one that had lovely shade, near a big tree. There are picnic tables as well. This is not a fancy campground but it was cozy and friendly and just what we needed for the night. We camped at Twin Butte Campground in a Travel Trailer.
