We stopped overnight. The campground was very easy access from I-94. It is on the grounds of a hotel and check in was at the hotel desk. The clerk was very friendly. There is a restaurant on the premises. There is also an indoor pool and water park available for the rv guests. There is a large laundry room available. We did look at the showers, but did not use them. They are actually showers for pool guests to rinse before getting in the pool, so they are in the men's and women's locker rooms. The site was full hookups. For an overnight stay for someone traveling, this was a very good park. I wouldn't stay here long term, but I'd definitely stay overnight again. We camped at Governors' RV Park and Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Mgmt was difficult to work with. Gravel driveways in the campground were full of pot holes. Stay only for a quick overnight. Far too expensive for the condition and experience. We camped at Governors' RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

This is a basic, gravel park connected to a Days Inn just off I-94. We're traveling to Glacier National Park from Michigan and just needed a place to stop and rest for two nights. It's perfect for that. RV guests can have access to the pool at the motel as well as discounted breakfast there. We didn't even unhook our car from the trailer. We camped at Governors' RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

We spent one night and the experience wasn't a good one. We made reservations for a pull-through site, but the office got the date wrong and tried to give us a back-in. Then, they sent us to a site much too short. They told us none of the long pull-throughs on the front row were available and put us in another short, muddy site in the weeds. We fit, but it was very tight. It was rainy and the park drainage is poor: there were many large puddles. The sites are dirt, no gravel, so it was also very muddy. However, our site was reasonably level. The free WiFi didn't work until just before we left in the morning. We also noticed the spots the office told us weren't available, never did fill up. Overall, next time we will look for somewhere else to stay. We camped at Governors' RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Nice spot just off I-94; very convenient and easy access off and on I-94. We had a 40 ft motor home towing so our extended 60 ft fit just fine in the spot. Check-in is at the Days Inn hotel, you have access to the indoor water park, and the buffet. Great for a overnight stay. When it's windy you will definitely feel it. We camped at Governors' RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Attached to Days Inn as an add on, it provides a good overnight stay near Fargo. ND does not have a lot of RV camps, so this one does fine. You can use their indoor pool playground and fitness center. Showers are in the hotel building and a pretty good walk from the back if the RV lot. Levelish sites. Wifi did not work. Air TV was pretty good. Would stay here again. We camped at Governors' RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Convenience to I-94 is perhaps the only reason to stop. The park is fine for an overnight, but an extended stay is not recommended.

A large gravel lot with hook-ups, a long walk to the restrooms and laundry. But if Fargo area is your destination, you don't have a lot of options. We camped at Governors' RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

The little town (Casselton) is a beautiful little town but has no apparent grocery stores of ANY brand! The RV park is part of the Days Inn out by the interstate. The truck stop across the road does have a Subway.

If all you need is a place to hook up and sleep for a night, this is fine. Laundry was sketchy looking, and the one toilet per gender restroom was just barely OK. That's 1 women's toilet for 44 sites. Obviously, they plan on most using own facilities. Never saw showers. They are in the adjoining hotel, so probably fine. You do get a 10% discount on breakfast at the attached Country Kitchen. Very easy on & off from the interstate. Fine if all you plan to do is sleep. We camped at Governors' RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Okay for an overnight or if you need to visit Fargo 20 miles to the east. We had a long gravel pull-through which was sunk low on one side due to heavy RVs and frequent rains. Our power dropped off line twice. There were 7 picnic tables piled up in one corner so I guess you drag one over if you want one. There are no fire pits and the small kids play area was overgrown with tall grass. You use the hotel for showers or the indoor pool (limit 2 free passes). This RV park is clearly not a priority for the hotel and I doubt if they pay much attention to it. We camped at Governors' RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

This park is not fancy, but adequate. Roads and sites are gravel with grass/weeds between. No trees at all. We were in the back row of pull-throughs just long enough for our 38-foot motor home and toad; the pull-throughs in the row in front of us were much longer and had utilities in two different places which would make siting your rig easier. Sites are level. Very large laundry room. Showers and pool are in the Days Inn hotel. Easy access from the interstate, although the short driveway from the hotel parking lot to the RV park was kind of rough. No cable TV. Wi Fi worked very well. Occasional train, but overall quiet. We would stay again. We camped at Governors' RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

This is a good RV Park to avoid. It is an add on to a nice Days Inn, but the RV Park is an afterthought and not well maintained.

The one positive was the 50 amps service and water were good. Everything else is "extra." The maintenance man is rude and disruptive; the laundry facility has lots of broken equipment and was filthy and was not ventilated or air conditioned. The maint man insisted the room stay shut in the heat and would not let the 2 families using it prop the doors open. Two other families refused to use the working machines as the price for 1 load of wash was $3.00. When I reported the dirty machines and overflowing trash cans to the desk no action was taken in our 1 night stay. You get to carry your trash about 100 yards to the Days Inn dumpster. Skip this sloppy place.mm. We camped at Governors' RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

This is not a resort. It is a RV campground, plain and simple. We were there mid July and things were clean, the maintenance guy mowed the grass, yes, there is a nice stand of grass between the gravel sites. Sites are well defined, level, most are pull-thrus, and all are FHUs. The utilities are laid out in one of the best arrangements we have seen, easy to connect. You get a 10% discount with AAA. It is connected to the Days Inn, have to register with front desk inside motel. This is our second stay here and both times clerks were nice and friendly. Laundry was old, but clean when we were there. Every night the campground Is full, so reservations are advised. Easy to get to, right off I-94. 20 miles west of Fargo. Only campground in Fargo area unless you wish to chance fairground campground which is iffy due to fair events. Not a campground to "camp" in, but good to park in either overnight or while visiting Fargo events. No cable, but satellite friendly. Excellent strong wi-fi. Verizon strong. We camped at Governors' RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

20 miles west of Fargo, be sure to go to the Hjemkomst Center and see the interesting Viking ship and distinct stave church, and Bonanzaville, a view of North Dakota's past.
