Very disappointed! The price for a tent site is exorbitant...$42.90 for one night, plus, in order to get into the campground, you have to pay to enter the National Park too! So for two people to camp in a tent, we had to pay $62!!! We did it because we were led to believe that we would be able to see the Northern Lights from there, but when we arrived, one of the staff members told us that you really couldn't see the Lights. For the price of this site, you would think it would be cream-of-the-crop, but there was trash all over our site when we arrived, and the whole site was gravel so our tent stakes wouldn't even go into the ground! The bathrooms were clean enough as far as camp bathrooms go. As for the park, it was totally worth the day entrance fee...an excellent park, just be sure to camp elsewhere!

Admin note: Campground fees for the above tent site with electric are published as $29.40 a night and entrance fee for two people an additional $11.60 for a total of $41.00 CAD We camped at Jeremys Bay Campground (Parks Canada) in a Tent.

This is definitely a family campground. There were many large groups camping when we did and consequently it was pretty noisy, although people did observe the 11 pm quiet time. Sites were wooded but close together for a national park. Power was available but not water at the sites. There was a central shower facility for the whole campground that was very nice. This park has lots of hiking and biking available, and the kayaking on the many lakes is outstanding. We camped at Jeremys Bay Campground (Parks Canada) in a Motorhome.

With 60 some sites now powered up it makes an already great park even better. The washrooms are always clean and the beaches are spotless. This is a beautiful place to spend a week. We camped at Jeremys Bay Campground (Parks Canada) in a Motorhome.

We loved this National Park. They have added 30amp electric sites, but they get booked quickly. The sites are large, and wooded. There is easy access to the lake and plenty of swimming beaches along the lake. There is a walking/bike trail from the campground to the kayak/canoe rental and to the large beach with snack bar. The park programs were great for kids. The bathrooms do not have showers, you have to go to the shower house. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Jeremys Bay Campground (Parks Canada) in a Motorhome.

The tent sites are great, we stayed in the meadows section for one night. Tent site was more than specious, facilities were clean and nearby. The programs on site will keep everyone entertained. Only problem was accessing the 2m amateur radio repeater with my handheld. CDMA phone: yes, GSM phone: no. We camped at Jeremys Bay Campground (Parks Canada) in a Tent.

This is a beautiful campground in Kejimkujik National Park in the center of the Province. There is an interesting and informing interpretative center near the entrance to the park. The campground is situated on Lake Kejimkujik, which offers sandy beaches and "warm" water for swimming, as well as fishing and canoe/kayaking opportunities. These are available for rental within the park. The sites are heavily wooded, very large, and private. There are many hiking/walking opportunites with trailheads within the campground and at other places within the park. NOTE: We camped here during the shoulder season, and had no trouble getting a site; it would probably be full during the high season in July-August. Also, be aware that there are no hook-ups, but restrooms, showers, dump station and a public telephone are availble. We enjoyed a very peaceful experience at this park. We camped at Jeremys Bay Campground (Parks Canada) in a Fifth Wheel.
