We had a really good stay, it's within 20 mins of all 5 state parks which is nice. The place was in really good shape compared to a lot of places I've been. Bathrooms were clean, especially for campground bathrooms. The showers are coin operated quarter showers but I guess it's better than no shower option for those without a camper/rv. The people were pretty friendly too, while we were fishing at the lake we met some locals who ended up showing us some pretty cool off the map spots. We camped at Lake Logan Campground in a Travel Trailer.
Tips for other Campers:
Visit Old Mans Cave, Ash Cave, Cedar Falls, Conkles Hollow, Cantwell Cliffs and the Natural Rock Bridge and if you really want unrestricted access to nature then get a pass to Wayne National Forest.
Date of Stay: August, 2012 - $28.00
Three night stay was too long, but had pressing business close by. Electric hookups in need of upgrading as does electric service. 105 volts was about all we could get once another RV hooked to the same pedestal. EMS tripped in our RV until I pulled out a 30 amp cord and hooked up elsewhere. Showers are coin operated, some are 5 minutes, some are 3 minutes, some are out of order. One I used had no pressure at all, the one my wife used took 75 cents and after another 25 cents and ran 3 minutes. Pool had been neglected for a long time, dirt in the bottom and algae along top of wall. Mostly seasonals here, who like to party, cutting across campsites in golf carts. Many trailers are run down and in need of cleaning. Will not be back. We camped at Lake Logan Campground in a Motorhome.
