We've been going to this park for several years and consider it an outstanding park for the most part. This last visit we had an issue with them charging us twice on different cards for our spot. We realized this when we returned home and called the park to inquire about this. My wife was told that they did not charge our cards for the stay and that they only charged my card $52. I pulled up my cards statement online and I was charged the full amount....not $52.00. We ended up having to file a charge back on my wifes card. I'm not sure if the rules for the park have changed recently as it is usually fairly low-key and quiet. The weekend we were there the spot across from us had 3 vehicles parked on it and a tent on the site with a 5th wheel. There were also about 30 at the site during the night hours. All-in-all its a nice park....we do plan on returning. We camped at Cedarlane RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is mostly a seasonal cg very close to Lake Erie. Our assigned site was too tight and could not accommodate our awnings so the maintenance person, in conjunction with the owner on the phone, worked very hard to get us into a good site. The office people were mixed with a young girl being very pleasant but the older ladies not so pleasant. They were not happy about having to figure out another location for us but the maintenance man was persistent. After looking at several possibilities, we were eventually placed in a nice site. Really appreciated management's willingness to work with us. The water pressure is a little low so we used our water pump a lot. It was a very busy weekend so maybe that was the issue. Otherwise, the utilities worked well. The wind was blowing in our direction so the smell of garbage was a little overwhelming all weekend. We camped at Cedarlane RV Park in a Motorhome.

We had a'buddy' site that was good sized so we were able to have a shared yard with our friends. We got pelted with falling acorns all weekend since we were under an oak tree. The park did warn us of this but we accepted the site anyway. There is a good size dog walk area but it was not very clean of feces. We camped at Cedarlane RV Park in a Motorhome.

We stayed here over the Labor Day weekend. The campground was full. Lots of families enjoying themselves so it could be a bit loud at times. The five mile an hour speed limit is strictly enforced. One of the workers reminded me that the limit was 5 mph as I drove by while kids were passing me on their bicycles. (I may have been doing 7mph) The laundry has only two washers and dryers so we weren't able to to do laundry during our stay. Used the dog run in the back of the park. Pooch was a happy camper. We camped at Cedarlane RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

This is mostly for seasonal sites. They have W/S sites up front. Full hookups are in the back. For being a seasonal place, they made sure it was kept clean. Gated park. We camped at Cedarlane RV Park in a Motorhome.

We biked to the ferry to Put-in-Bay. Biking on the island was easy. Cleats had good fish tacos. Happy hour is everyday at 11am.

Very pretty park with nice gravel pads surrounded by grass and small trees. It was early in the season, but particularly quiet at night. My site was 654 in the newer full hookup section at the rear of the park. Many seasonal sites in front and southern sections of the park, but they are nicely maintained. Entry to the park after registration uses keycard ($10 deposit). Water pressure, power and WiFi were good and connections well located on the site. My site had split rail fence on driver side with adequate room for slide extension and nice wooden picnic table on passenger side. A fire ring was also onsite. Maintenance of grass, plantings, and facilities was constant during my 5-day stay. Had nice pool and play area for children which was just getting prepared for the season. The owners really care about their park and their customers. Onsite LP service was convenient and staff was helpful in providing information about the area and providing recommendations. Great location for trips to Lake Erie Islands. I Will stay here again. We camped at Cedarlane RV Park in a Motorhome.

Take ferries to Put-in-Bay (South Bass Island) and Kelley's Island. Also take in Cedar Point if there is any "child" left in you!

Big resort with lots of amenities, including multiple pools for all ages. Good electric & WIFI as well as good OTA TV or satellite shot. Very friendly staff. Lots of seasonals, but also lots of transient spots because of it's location in the Lakeside-Marblehead area on the NE shore of Lake Erie. About 20 miles to Cedar Point Amusement Park in Sandusky. Average pricing considering the area ($348/wk). Had no need for bathrooms or laundry, so can't comment. We camped at Cedarlane RV Park in a Motorhome.

Mainly Seasonal campground. We stayed mid-week so getting a space without first making a reservation was no problem even during their peak season. The staff was accommodating in giving us a shady spot upon request. The only issue I had was a neighbor next to the campground shot guns (at targets, I'm assuming) ALL DAY LONG both of the days we stayed. I wouldn't say there's much the campground could do so I don't fault them, but it's definitely something to keep in mind if you like peace and quiet. Perhaps it was just a fluke and it only occurred on the days we were there. Overall, it is a nice campground and we will try staying there again in the future. We camped at Cedarlane RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Cedarlane is a slightly wooded, well-maintained park with spacious gravel and grass sites. Staff is friendly and provided us with a lot of information about local attractions. There is no cable TV or Internet. A security card, with a $10 deposit, is needed to get into the park. Summer ammenities, aside from a campstore, were not yet open during our stay. This park does not recycle, but we were directed to convenient community facilities just a few blocks away. We enjoyed our stay, but thought the park was priced rather high for the services we received. We camped at Cedarlane RV Park in a Motorhome.

We were here for a weekend and the park was full with lots of seasonal local people and lots of kids, but everyone was well behaved and it was quiet at night. We were put in site 426, which is on a corner by the road, and they have planted grasses and other plants to help disguise the roadway. However our neighbor's picnic table concrete pad was practically under our rig, much too close. We enjoyed biking to local produce stands and could bike to the ferry terminal to Put-In-Bay. The wi-fi signal was no good at our site, and the Verizon signal went up and down. We camped at Cedarlane RV Park in a Motorhome.

This was our 4th time at this park and it won't be our last. We had such a great time. The rear dump station comes in handy when leaving when most folks think only about the one station at the front of the park. Shower house/bathroom in front was not spotless but not bad either. A lot of foot traffic there. As some others have said the card entry is somewhat of a pain but on the other hand you know only people who are actually staying there are using the park. This is a busy park but the campers are friendly and the park has a lot to do for the kids. By 10pm at night it was darn quiet so that was nice too. We'll be back again next year. Site 141 rocks! We stayed for 2 nights during the week on our visit to Put In Bay and New York. Very easy to find and easy access for big rigs; we have a 40ft 5th wheel and had no problems getting into our site. They had a very nice gentleman take us to our site which was a nice touch; no issues figuring out where you are supposed to go. Nice big campground with 4 very clean pools. Nice snack bar and camp store. 1 mile from the Miller Ferry to Put In Bay. If you want to come and go from the campground you must have a key card that you put a $10 deposit on and get back when you leave. We left very early in the morning so we turned it in the night before and were promptly refunded our $10. We did not have a full hook up site and used the dump station on the way out with no problem. Great RV Resort. We camped at Cedarlane RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This was a holiday weekend and I thought the price was acceptable. I loved that there was an adult pool along with a toddler, family and sprinkler play zone. Lot was VERY level (for our 42 footer) which we always appreciate. Camp staff goes out of their way to help. Campground was great for adult bicycling. Close to Jet Express and Port Clinton. Will come back. We camped at Cedarlane RV Park in a Motorhome.

Mixed thoughts on this park. It is quite large, and had a lot of permanent/seasonal rigs, and cottages. Our site was in the middle of these. Good recreational facilities. Showers were older, but well maintained. Only two washers, two driers, which is inadequate for a campground this size. It's a mature campground, with lots of nice big shade trees. Alas, it also shows signs of age, and could use a face lift. The wooden deck at our site had rotten sagging planks, that someone will fall through one day soon. Likewise, the picnic table planks, being unfinished, were warped and split. Didn't trust it either. My most common complaint about campsites applied here too. Too many places just don't get how important WiFi is to travelers these days. WiFi here was office only. Considering how cheap WiFi repeaters are these days, it's hard to understand why parks don't pony up a few hundred dollars to cover the entire park. Not a bad pitstop, and convenient to the Bass Island Miller ferries, if you're going to Put-In-Bay. We camped at Cedarlane RV Park in a Motorhome.

Most of the short term sites do not have sewer. There is so much to do in the area so the park is full most of the time in the summer months. Because of the local entertainment we have used this park for 5 years as a family reunion site. They work hard to meet our needs and get the family all camped in the same general area. The management is nice and tries hard to meet all needs. There is such a large turnover of campers it is hard to keep the showers/restrooms clean and they do try, however every time we needed them they were dirty and needed cleaning. With such a large turnover, many tents and no sewer it would be very hard to keep them clean all the time. The advantages are all the things for the kids/families to do in the area and at the campground. We will stay there again with our family. We camped at Cedarlane RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
