We stayed at this park over labor day weekend. The park was full as most parks are on the last weekend of summer. The restrooms were clean when we arrived, but as the weekend rolled along, they became less satisfactory. The park itself is made up of mostly permanant tenants. The permanant RV's are all well cared for as well as the grounds. It is a quiet, well run park, with alot of river sites. It sits in a great area, only a few miles from Lake Erie beaches and views. Vermillion is a quaint charming town. If Cedar Point is a day trip, it is certainly close enough. I think this parks' previous reviews are not accurate or fair. We plan on returning. Bath house dirty, smelly and dark. Paper toweling all over the floor. Not clean, period. One shower (pay) out of 3 worked, and the water never even got warm. Drain very slow and had to stand in 2" of standing water throughout shower. Yech! Would not recommend this park, nor return. We camped at Riverview RV Park in a Motorhome.

If you are a fisherman maybe this would be a place to stay but that would be the only reason. Our site backed onto a marina and it appeared that most of the RV's are seasonal. As noted there is sewer but it wasn't until we were hooked up that we were informed that it was grey water only. Trailer Life rates it a 2.5 and I think they are being generous. They also say the rate is $30 and when questioned the owner said they keep asking that the rate be changed in the book but TL won't do it. This park should cost $15 per night. We would never stay here again. We camped at Riverview RV Park in a Motorhome.
