The site was level with central hook ups. The TV antenna worked ok. AT&T phones did not work well. The wifi at the site was ok, but a little expensive for 2 days. We camped at Sunny's Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

This campground is a good deal with Passport America, but it is only valid M-T. They wanted to charge us extra if we used our air conditioner. Why not just raise rates by 1 or 2 dollars overall and let people use their A/Cs? Was warned that this is strictly enforced. Nickel and diming your campers is not cool. Other than that, this place was good for an overnight stop. We had no problems with any of the utilities and our daughter liked the playground and lake. Lots of perm sites but most of them were very well kept, just some were very old. We camped at Sunny's Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

Very well manicured sites and very nice gravel roads. Nice ponds and swimming pond with sandy beach. Lots of seasonal campers. Most seasonal sites were nicely landscaped with flowers. Lots of golf carts buzzing around. Looks like lots of fun for families. Lots of extra fees. Site with electric is $33. AC is $2.50 extra. Sewer is $3.00 extra. Wi-Fi is $3.50 for 24 hrs. The WiFi worked really well and I didn't mind paying for it. Having it as an extra is better than campgrounds that lie and say they have WiFi when the truth is it doesn't work. We camped at Sunny's Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Overall Rating:

Checked in on a Friday early evening, asked to be escorted to our site and the response was they don't escort people to the sites. This is a huge campground. Most sites are residents that have there trailers parked there year around. Most are decorated very nicely and packed in like sardines. This park has an advertised 800 sites, just guessing 750 are year round residents. Roads are gravel and maintained well, sites are all grass and only a hand full are full hookups. We reserved and eventually parked in a full hook up site. Did not find the site on the first time around the park. Had to stop traffic to get someone to help me find the correct site. Got all set up and our surge protector started cutting power to coach due to low voltage (104 volts). Had to move to a water electric site to get "good" power. They did give free pump outs during our stay but not what we really wanted. Site was not big enough for motorhome and toad, had to unhook to get around in the campground. We camped at Sunny's Campground in a Motorhome.

Advertised rate is $30.00. When you check in actual base price is $33.00. Then you have to pay extra for sewer $3.00, extra for Wifi (don't bother its terrible) and $2.50 extra if you want to run your AC. Really?? Park is off the grid for most cell phone carriers (except apparently for Verizon).

Overall is very clean. Lots of seasonals but all nicely maintained. We would not stay here again due to the add on fees and the cell phone reception. We camped at Sunny's Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a mega-park with 800 campsites -- the vast majority being seasonal. The park is clean, neat, and well maintained. Transient sites are in the open and satellite-friendly. $33 per day buys you a back-in with 30A and water. Dump station (free), or pump-out ($8 fee) are available. Campground charges an additional $2.50 per day if you intend to use your air conditioner. WiFi is available for ~$3 per day. It worked fairly well. There is no AT&T service within the campground, but we are told Verizon works fine. We would stay here again. We camped at Sunny's Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

This huge park is mostly seasonals, but has a separate area of level grass full-hookup sites for transients. Just OK with the full rate, the park is a bargain at the Passport America rate. Our site was fairly level, hookups worked well, and the for-fee WiFi was adequate. No cable but a few OTA channels, and no obstructions to the satellites. Good Verizon cell/data. We were there on a weekday so it was quiet during our stay. Well worth the stop with the PA rate. We camped at Sunny's Campground in a Motorhome.

This was the only park around. We expected to be nicked & dimed extra fee for sewer, extra fee to run your air conditioners, extra fee for WiFi. There is no cable. This is a huge park, 800 sites, lots of them permanent residents. It is in the middle of corn fields with nothing else around it. It is not that far from Toledo, though. First problem, no water. Decided to call the office since we were so far away. No cell service. Turns out Verizon works here but that is about it. The reason we had no water was they were working on the lines. It came on within the hour. We had to reset the circuit breaker because the power is not strong here & running both air conditioners was too much for it. We are here for 2 nights but will probably only stay one & move on. We camped at Sunny's Campground in a Motorhome.

Please be aware there is a whole page of additional fees. 30 amp service plus additional $2.50 to use your own AC. Golf carts overrun the place. There is an additional fee for sewer based on the number of people. I will not return--don't nickle dime me to death. We camped at Sunny's Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

This place is huge. Well maintained and organized. WIFI is good once you get on. This WIFI is very secure and takes some patience to get on. Mostly permanents and seasonal, but very neat and clean. Lots of rules, but I'm sure its necessary with this number of residents. We camped at Sunny's Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice clean family run park, site was grassy, level and just long enough room leave tow car hooked up. Good 50 amp and sewer. $$ for wifi, tv over air was good. Worth the short 7 mile trip off the expre$$way. Would come back. We camped at Sunny's Campground in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

We had a long, grass, pull through, 50amp, full hook-up site, in the overnight section. Very little leveling was needed. All utilities worked fine, our Direct dish worked well and Verizon gave us a weak 3G signal until we added our Wilson Sleek booster and outside antenna. Then we got a solid 4G signal. The campground offers Tengo for a fee, that we did not try. The gentleman in the office said they were not happy with Tengo and were looking for a better internet provider. Bathrooms were spotless. There was a laundry facility but we did not use it. We stayed for 2 nights in the middle of the week and it was mostly deserted. There was only one other rig in the overnight section and it looked like many of the long term seasonal folks had closed up for the season. $15.50 per night reflects a Passport America discount. The only reason we don't give a 10 is because of the pay extra charge for internet. RV campgrounds need to have a good internet connection and WiFi to get a 10. We will stay again if in the area. We camped at Sunny's Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Rate reflects 12-day stay. This park is 90% seasonal sites, with a section for overnight campers. During the week there is hardly anyone there, but let Friday night come around and 700+ people show up. It's not loud at night but I've never seen so many golf carts in one place. I would stay here again if we were in the area. We camped at Sunny's Campground in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Huge campground, five lakes/ponds, swimming, fishing, and toys. Majority of sites are occupied by seasonal residents. There is a section set aside for short term campers, all drive through and full hookups but no cable. Campground Wi-Fi is expensive and doesn't work. Phone service doesn't connect. Sites are grass, roads are gravel. Golf cart tours start at dinner time every evening; seasonal residents checking out the short term campers. Everything on site one may need, and a 9 hole golf course next door. Garbage pickup at the site daily. Management is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here and would return if in the area. We camped at Sunny's Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
