7 Parks near Chandler, Oklahoma
May 2015 - $15.00
This campground (Loop B) is quite a ways, about 7 miles, from the highway but is worth the trip. No stores in the area so best to stock up in Chandler. Quiet with good utilities but the sites slope down to the road quite a bit. Electric worked fine but the sit we picked only had a 50 amp and 15 amp plug. Did not have a 50-30 adapter so got by with 15 amp. There is a swimming area and launch ramp not far from the campground. - oldmac
Sep 2016 - $25.00
Stayed here overnight in a 44' 5th wheel. Level site, good wifi, pull-thru. We did not have to unhook.
I would definitely stay here again. - davebennington
Jun 2016 - $28.00
We had reserved a space for our motorhome for a month, but when we arrived we were told we were only reserved for one night and there were no monthly sites available. We talked them into a week which she begrudgingly let us have. More than half the park was empty our whole stay so I don't know what the problem was.
Staff was fairly friendly, space was dirt/gravel and kind of a mess when it rained. Pretty far from anything but Walmart. Laundry room was nice. Didn't use the bathrooms. Overall, I would say it's ok for an overnighter on your way somewhere. - fontina
Jun 2016 - $17.00
The park is midway between Tulsa and Oklahoma City, which is why we stayed there. The site we had was a pull thru, which was packed clay, with little gravel. Not too bad while we were there, since it didn't rain, but get messy if it does rain. It was easy to level and no problems getting hooked up. The sites were fairly close together, but it wasn't too bad. We were able to get TV stations over the antenna and satellite. We used a wi-fi booster with no problems. AT&T cell service was good. - Bbtj
Oct 2014 - $10.00
This is a small campground with only 10 sites. Only 2 of the sites have 50A (1 & 2, of which 1 is handicap). The sites are a little strange in that services are not always on the right side of the rig and some sites have water and electric on one side and sewer on the other. All sites have a sheltered picnic table but often it is, again, on the wrong side of the site. All sites are pull through but you have to decide beforehand which site you want and which way around you want to be. The camp is particularly set up for the horse trails that surround it so there are horse corrals behind the sites. This does tend to attract flies unfortunately as otherwise it is a nice campground. Likely to be heavily used on weekends by the horsey set so you may wish to reserve a site if you plan on being there on a weekend. - KiwiRVer
Aug 2016 - $25.00
Nice quiet campground that was rather sparsely inhabited during our visit. No attendants on duty, however the Mcloud PD does patrol the area and insure that the honor system is kept honorable. Decent water and 50 amp service, however, no sewer. We used their bathrooms for showers and used their dump station on the way out. Temps during the day very pleasant for August, and the evenings were cool, so we enjoyed a campfire most nights. No WiFi, but we did get a few decent TV channels with our antenna. Not many services close by, however we enjoyed being unplugged for a few days as we visited with an old high school friend. Would certainly return. - PARTYOF2
Jan 2016 - $25.00
We found this city park during a recent stay to visit family living in Choctaw. Since its January, the bathhouse is closed but we don't need it anyway. 50 amp with water met all our needs. We had the entire placeto ourselves! Nice spacious pull through and back in sites with picnic tables and makeshift fire rings. No attendant this time of year so its on the honor system to make payment in a box up front. The park is easy access off of I40 and the interior roads are paved. Sites are paved and mostly level. Lots of smallish trees around for some shade in the summer. The park is on a lake with lots of fishing, boating, swimming, picnicking type of activities. Verizon signal was good. We will stay here again when we return in the fall. - Pjoe
Nov 2015 - $18.00
Nice campground with adequate sites and water/electric. We have stayed here 3 times and the bathroom facility is sickening. It was dirty, no doors on the toilet or curtain in the shower. The walls are 3 ft. tall like somebody was afraid of what could happen in the place. Have seen similar stupidity in other places in OK. - Jim S.
Apr 2016 - $50.00
We're on our way east and were planning on stopping at a Walmart overnight when we saw this casino and decided to give it a try. We figured it would be $10-$15/night for what it is. Wife went to check in and was told it was $50/night!! The shock must have been obvious on her face....the customer service lady was very nice and asked how long we'd be staying....just one night, so she comp'd us the cost! Nice location, not many campers here, level sites and big rig friendly. Water and electric only, but dump station available. The RV parking is right behind truck parking, so it is loud with all the engines running. Lots of dog doo round, so watch where you step! Still, better than most Walmarts we've been in. Worth a stop if you can get free or comp'd camping, no way for $50. - Jerry and Betsy
Apr 2014 - $50.00
Have stayed at this park 3-4 times. Since I have a players card for the Casino it was free. Now that the Hotel is opened, it is $50.00 a night and they have not done any improvements to the park. I don't mind paying for a site, but this was very high for what you get. Needless to say, I will not be stopping here again. - RJ&KJ
Apr 2014 - $50.00
I had read that camping at this casino was $25 per night but could be free with their club card. I got a club card and went to check in. To park in their RV lot is $50/night now. It doesn't matter if you have a club card. Seems like their policies changed in the past couple of months. We left and went down the road to a Walmart instead. - Jdawg
Oct 2015 - $30.00
We stayed here 10 nights during our RV club's convention. Our site was fairly level with good utilities. No cable but on-air TV was adequate. Space between sites was grass and the road running through the park was hard pack dirt/gravel which made it dusty. Did not use park WiFi so cannot comment. It was our observation that some areas of the park were more level than others. This is a great spot for a convention as the Expo hall is fairly modern and the staff very helpful. Nearby grocery shopping, dining and there are washers and dryers at every comfort station
throughout the park. We would stay here again, convention or not. - Nevadatripin
Oct 2014 - $20.00
We were there for a rally. We had about 100 50 amp coaches and that will put a drain on any system but they handled it fine. The facility was great. The wifi did not really work though. The Abby and museum down the road was great too. The only thing is you needed an extension to reach the sewer and it was up hill a bit. I would stay here again. - John S.
Mar 2014 - $20.00
Well worth the money. Sites were level and we had no issues. Would stay here again on our next trip to Shawnee. - Tomandgloria
