An excellent RV park to use when visiting Oklahoma City, Brick Town or Tinker AFB. Close to stores yet far enough from the city to give you some privacy. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help. Sites are mostly level and pull through with many of them offering 50 AMP service. Washer and driers are $2.00, Showers are great and the park is well kept. I enjoyed my two week stay with them. We camped at Oklahoma City East KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Try to get the premium sites that have a barbeque, outdoor furniture and a fireplace. These sites are really large and offer a good view.

We've stayed here before this visit. Nice little KOA park. Has everything a KOA would have that you can rely on. We stayed here one night one our way to Boston. Our price reflects a pull through with picnic table and and concrete pad. Park is easy to maneuver. Easy access to the city, we went to the Murah Building Memorial and Museum, not to be missed. Sites are level, but as always KOAs seem a little expensive for one night stays. I's stay here again. We camped at Oklahoma City East KOA in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Visit downtown if you're there for a day, lots of museums and restaurants or just to visit one of the local grocery stores to stock up.

Now this was a wonderful stay for two days. So efficient and friendly. The site was very very nice, oversize concrete patio with table and chairs. Super pathways to walk into the forest area and around the campground. You should not be disappointed. We would stay again for sure. We camped at Oklahoma City East KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

Park was in excellent condition with obvious ongoing maintenance. Wood on most picnic benches had recently been replaced. Gravel roads and sites were in good shape. Nice spacious dog run. We stayed five nights. Staff was very congenial. Allowed us to bring local grandnephews out to use the playground. Very family oriented. We camped at Oklahoma City East KOA in a Motorhome.

Hard to maneuver our 40 ft RV. Lots of red dirt. Trees in way but got slides out. We did not get premium site but should have. Site u level but got satellite reception cable was bad. Very hard to find way out. Trash bin was not convientent at all. They did have below ground tornado protection but never mentioned it. Nor was it on brochures. It is quiet campground, great for rest. Diesel truck station just down road. This KOA is just off I-40 but hard to turn into as it has blind turn on top of hill. We camped at Oklahoma City East KOA in a Motorhome.

See western museum

Then go to Stockyards to eat at Famous steakhouse there. Looks old on outside but very clean, great service, great prices and lunch specials and food is fantastic.

Very nice campground. We paid the extra for the pull thru site that had concrete patio with furniture and nice fire pit. Very friendly staff, easy to find. Nice dog park. There were some trees and shade around the other section of the campground. Cable worked good. We would stay here again We camped at Oklahoma City East KOA in a Motorhome.

Our first visit to a KOA and very impressed. About 3 miles away from I-40, on a hill and in the trees, very cool and quiet. Very nice playground and pool - obviously kid friendly. Most roads paved, gravel sites, they escort you to site and help you back in. Very relaxed atmosphere, very nice and helpful. Porch with rocking chairs at the office building. We stayed 1 night on our way out west and again on the return, and considered staying there longer. Definitely stay there again. We camped at Oklahoma City East KOA in a Travel Trailer.

We did a overnight stay very well kept camp ground with easy pull thru sites. Beautiful trees clean restrooms and showers. Staff was very accommodating and friendly, quiet night when we stayed. It did seem a bit pricey but it was close to a major city. Overall very nice clean quite park we would recommend staying there. We camped at Oklahoma City East KOA in a Motorhome.

Nice park away from highway and very quiet. Wi-Fi and cable worked well and there are lots of trees and a dog walk. Good one night stop or for a longer visit. Friendly staff and nice small gift shop. We camped at Oklahoma City East KOA in a Motorhome.

Level spots. We stayed in a spot with patio. Wi-Fi and cable worked outstanding. Staff very friendly. Probably the best park in OKC. Close to all interstates but still a country feeling. We camped at Oklahoma City East KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

We spent three nights at this park. Rate is for a pull throu site with WiFi and cable; does not include children, pet or visitors. Overall, we were extremely pleased as this was a last minute reservation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were escorted to site C-2, but based on staff recommendation moved to C-6 for more shade. The facilities were in good condition, although the showers were small. WiFi worked very well. Laundry, office, pool, etc., were very clean and in good condition. The only negative is that the sites are a mix of sand and gravel resulting in a somewhat dirty campsite. We would camp here again. We camped at Oklahoma City East KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

This was a nice campground, clean with friendly staff. It was a little of a tight turn into the facility. We stayed overnight, arrived a little late in the evening, left early in the morning so didn't have time to enjoy the area or have any more of an opinion. We camped at Oklahoma City East KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

Decent campground large pull through site with lots of trees a bit out of level but not bad. Campground was the most expensive of all the campgrounds we stayed, including several other KOA's on our three week western trip. They would not honor AAA or any other discount card except for the KOA card. Wireless access was dismal despite our site be just a couple sites away from office. You would have thought for the price they would have had a good wireless access. Might be a good place to stay if visiting the local area or military bases but otherwise would look for another campground especially for a one night. We camped at Oklahoma City East KOA in a Travel Trailer.

Overall Rating:

This park is undergoing a transformation to a KOA standards park. Our site pad was gravel with a slope which would have made it difficult to level our RV. It had a nice new outdoor table and chairs. Also a brand new, never used, outdoor fire pit. Staff was not the friendliest I have encountered but competent. The price seemed high for the facilities condition. The off-leash dog run had no grass but it looks new also. It is a quiet park well away from Interstate 40 but with close access to Oklahoma City attractions. Camp store hours are very short, two hours in the morning and two hour in the evening. We camped at Oklahoma City East KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

Very nice park. Came in for only one night and ended up staying nine nights. Staff was very helpful, even gave us a ride to the store after we were here for a week, since we don't have a tow and we hadn't planned on staying so long. We stayed in the premium sites which are very nice even though it was a bit expensive for our taste. The campground is a bit out of the city, which makes it a nice quite campground. Will probably stay here again when in the area. We camped at Oklahoma City East KOA in a Motorhome.
