Sep 2014 - $25.00
I am sorry to say we did not stay here. We made reservations, but when we pulled up I was afraid to stay. The place looked like someone's front yard where they parked trailers side by side and lived in them long term. The space they were going to put us, was so tight, I don't think our side had room to come out. Everything looked unkept. I begged my husband to turn around and leave. - Wanda H
Jun 2012 - $24.00
This is the second time we stayed here and will be returning each year we come to Oklahoma. The atmosphere is friendly, quiet and is family-owned. The owners welcome people and treat them like friends. The Wi-Fi is great. The laundry facility is small with only two washers and dryers. The fact that they have storm shelters is definitely a plus for this area of the country. - We3Travel
Apr 2012 - $24.00
When we first pulled up to this place we thought it looked to be a really funky place, not one we would spend a lot of time at. The spaces are pretty tight and kind of oddly organized around the owners' home. They are gravel and there were some pull through sites, lots of permanent residents. The laundry was small but clean. The owners' were busy tiling one of the shower rooms. So, we are thinking "very funky" and weren't really ready to give the place a high rating. When the first night settled in and we began the experience of a HUGE storm with six hrs of continuous thunder & lightening, drenching rain, hail and ferocious winds I will have to say the fact that the park came with two storm shelters negated all of our other impressions. When the sirens went off and we actually had to go into the shelters (after the owners ran around in the rain and dark waking us all up) we were even more impressed and grateful. The other park in town doesn't have shelters. We would definitely return to this park if we are in the area. The shelters made all the difference! - shovelguy

Apr 2018 - $26.00
Internal roads are wide, gravel and a bit rough, our site was gravel, others are concrete, mostly level (needed to lift the front of the fiver with the jacks, but could remain hitched), facilities worked well and are located at the side of the site, site was satellite friendly. Staff were friendly, park WiFi is secured and worked well, T-Mobile and Tracfone cell service was fair to good 4G. The park was quiet and is good for an overnight stop. We would stay here again. - KDSpree
Sep 2017 - $26.00
Just an overnight with late check in. Excellent for what we needed. FHU, level, concrete, lots of space. Very easy to navigate. Pretty trees, but they do not interfere with maneuverability or ability to pop out slides ( tree limbs will not hit your roof ). They answered the phone right away and were very, very easy to deal with. Right off the road but you do not hear any traffic noise. Very quiet. There are a few full timers. We did not see many people around. Definitely would stay here again. 1st 2 roads on the left once you pull into the park are for pull thru. - Monica C
Dec 2016 - $25.00
Oak Glen is just fine for an overnight stay, otherwise you can expect a somewhat rough ride into the campground on dusty gravel roads and rather narrow sites with no amenities. Our site was a nice long pull thru but required some leveling in all directions. Water pressure was good, 50a power stable and wifi performance was decent. For us, this is not a destination campground but we would come back again if passing thru
the area. - Born2Roam

Sep 2017 - $15.00
We stayed in Area C. Take The RT18 exit, then go north (about a half mile) to S890 on left. Small sign says Bell Cow Lake. Follow 890 to end. First off - showers are cold water only. They bring the Ditch Witch in every few days to clean/disinfect the restroom/showers. There are a half dozen sites that back toward the water. You could be next to a horse trailer, as all sites accept horses. We stayed Thursday/Friday and it was not crowded. - ScottfromSilver
Jun 2017 - $15.00
Nice park out of town. Not well marked directions but worth finding. Honor box pay. First come first served. No reservations. Nice little lake for fishing. Full hook ups in area C . - deadwood
May 2015 - $15.00
This campground (Loop B) is quite a ways, about 7 miles, from the highway but is worth the trip. No stores in the area so best to stock up in Chandler. Quiet with good utilities but the sites slope down to the road quite a bit. Electric worked fine but the sit we picked only had a 50 amp and 15 amp plug. Did not have a 50-30 adapter so got by with 15 amp. There is a swimming area and launch ramp not far from the campground. - oldmac

Oct 2014 - $25.00
Overall the park is huge, however when we called they only take reservations for the Scissortail area which has about 20 sites. The site we were assigned had had water issues, the area was extremely muddy to the point I had mud over the top of sneakers trying to hook water to our trailer. It was continuly leaking underground creating a swamp. Sights were asphalt paved but very narrow. Also they booked a rodeo group in this section with many horses. Will not stay here again. - Gloria S.
Jul 2014 - $20.00
We stayed two nights here. Fairly close to town if necessities needed, our site had no shade, but others did...I "dropped in" on 5 July and got a site, so was not choosy. The person at the office desk was very nice, put us in a nice long pull thru and the stay was very nice. Would stay here again. The lake was almost red from recent rains, but not their fault. Seems to be well maintained overall. - 7 on the road
Jun 2012 - $20.00
We arrived on a Sunday afternoon we were fortunate to get a lakefront spot and were not disappointed that the lake was beautiful. What was unfortunate was the condition of the beachfront in camp and the campsite itself which had trash strewn everywhere from previous campers. Even in our fire ring someone had left there eggshells from a breakfast cooked outdoors. It's amazing the way some people treat such a treasure. - tx1836

This park is also a mobile home park and there were a few dogs running loose but they did not bother our dog or us. The clubhouse is an older mobile home but it is clean. Two of the rooms have been converted to be bathrooms with showers. They are older but clean with hot water. The wifi is very good. The manager can be hard to understand I think due to cancer of some sort but extremely nice and very helpful. We stayed one night since we were passing through and it was a very quite. - ATV Guy

Oct 2014 - $25.00
We would not recommend this park, but doubt you could even get in as all but 3 spots are available due to long term residents. There is no staff presence at all, but a nice lady did come to check us in when we called upon arrival. The spot we had was a back in and was not in great shape. The gravel was mounded in places with deep tracks from past campers. Needed to be raked. The water hookup was buried in the ground and full of water. We had to use a cup to scoop out the water in order to hookup. Due to heavy rainfall, it was full of water again with the area flooded when we left. Not a good system at all. Also broken glass all over. Wifi was very spotty, but it was satellite friendly. Although the park was full, it felt a bit like a ghost town. I think a lot of empty rigs just park here for football games in Stillwater. We prefer more resort like parks with people around, so this one just wasn't for us. - tmiller505
Sep 2012 - $22.00
Pretty basic campground, but we did get a level pull-through. The sites are gravel and there is a laundry room. There is free WiFi, but it's pretty slow. If you just need a place to stay at night, this would be fine. - mnmwillis
Jan 2010 - $20.00
About 10 miles off of of I-35. A good place to spend the night. Gravel pads. - justcamping
