Nice site overlooking the grand lake of the cherokee's. The sites are close to a busy highway, but the road noise seemed to die down at night. We camped at Twin Bridges State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Wonderful park, friendly troopers, peaceful, tranquil and lots of large open space. There is an upper and lower campground. The lower is lakefront and the upper is in the trees and wide open. Would go back in a minute if we were in the area. We camped at Twin Bridges State Park in a Motorhome.

State Park is rather spread out. We stayed here as an overnight on our way through. It's about 15 minutes south of the interstate. Though the bath rooms were pretty clean, some were starting to show their age. Good value. We would stay here again We camped at Twin Bridges State Park in a Tent Trailer.

Overall Rating:

This is another beautiful Oklahoma State Park. To get to campgrounds, turn off U.S. Highway 60 onto State Highway 137. This road runs through the park with campgrounds on either side of the highway. We were worried about road noise during the night but traffic declined sharply after dark. We stayed at Echo Hollow campground on the east side of Highway 137 overlooking Spring River. We were in a shaded site with a good view of pelicans on the river. We will come back here when we have more time to spend so we can explore the area and fish from the enclosed fishing dock. I checked yes for big rigs as our motorhome is 38 feet and we fit in a site just fine. We had no trouble getting level. We camped at Twin Bridges State Park in a Motorhome.
