Stayed here while visiting Wichita Mtns and Medicine Park. Very friendly and helpful camp hosts (onsite). They will take credit cards but extra charge if you use it. Cash, checks OK. Gravel spot, level and good utilities. Wifi hard to use on phone inside camper but we have an external antennae on top of RV and it picked up good signal at night on computer. We camped at The Peak RV Park & Storage (formerly Pinnacle Peak RV Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

This was a short stay. We scheduled last minute, so they were the only place with availability. Would have preferred to be closer to the lake but it worked out fine. Lots had a sunny and open exposure. Site surface was gravel and grass. We camped at The Peak RV Park & Storage (formerly Pinnacle Peak RV Park) in a Travel Trailer.

Overall Rating:

We stayed here July 4th weekend. It was the PERFECT spot to see fireworks. We were in the middle row in a site at the end closest to the office and we had great views of about 5 different spots of people shooting off fireworks. The park was clean, well maintained, lots of rules to keep it that way. The cable worked great, good water pressure. I would say my only complaint is the that there is no shade, they have trees planted but they are still very young, and some didn't look like they would make it. There also isn't a good view of the lake, you might get a view from some sites, but there's an RV park across the road on the lake side that kinda hinders any view you might get if you have a good site. We camped at The Peak RV Park & Storage (formerly Pinnacle Peak RV Park) in a Travel Trailer.

Overall Rating:

Stayed this past week. Owner very nice and helpful. Some full timers but nice spaces some with view of lake across the road. Laundry available. Gravel spaces with lots of grass between. Tornado shelters available as this is in Oklahoma. Close to Ft Sill Army Post so you will hear cannon fire but its not too bad. Gas, diesel, food and some groceries close by. Will stay here again if in the area. No tables, fire rings or shade. We camped at The Peak RV Park & Storage (formerly Pinnacle Peak RV Park) in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This one of the two parks along the lake that offer full hookups. Not lake frontage but you can see the lake from the campground. The owner was very friendly and helpful in finding a spot for us. A few semi-permanent "residents" because of Fort Lawton nearby, but the spaces are well kept and well gravelled. No pavement. Nice long pull throughs with grass between all the sites and lots of space between sites. The driveway is a bit tight and the roads are narrow but I took my time and did fine with our 42' MH and tow vehicle. Hookups are mostly all new and in good to excellent condition. Cable and Wi-Fi work great. We will stay here again if our son ends up stationed at Fort Sill. We camped at The Peak RV Park & Storage (formerly Pinnacle Peak RV Park) in a Motorhome.
