Park is cleaner than in prior years, but it is just an RV site connected to a motel. Logical place to stop on our way south based on our departure time and since it is just for a night, we do not even unhook or connect our water or sewer. There are several full time residents in RVs and location is near a feed lot as we hear the mooing of cattle and once in a while a train. We were given 6 different 50-amp sites to choose from. You check in at the motel. No one was available to escort us. When we got to the sites it was impossible to tell where the site numbers were. Some of the sites were empty but the electric box was already being used by an RV on the "other" side. We finally made a decision and tried to park the 5th wheel (37'). There were low hanging power lines and a large tree in our way. While trying to maneuver the power lines, our RV was damaged by a large limb. The people in the office were absolutely no help. Extremely over-priced. Can not recommend this place to anyone. We camped at Valley Inn Motel RV Park Club in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

The name of this park has changed. It is now called Valley Inn Motel-RV Park-Club. We stopped here only because we had trailer problems. Staff friendly. Lots of permanent residents. Bathrooms clean, but the showers could use some work. Okay for a emergency stop. We camped at Valley Inn Motel RV Park Club in a Travel Trailer.Undo

This park is okay for an overnight on the way to someplace else. Park is clean but is occupied by monthly or permanent guests. We have used the restrooms in the past, but not on this trip. They were clean at that time. Sites are short - we have a 34' 5W + 350 Ford Dually Crew Cab. We filled the site. We stay here as it is on the short cut to Dallas, where we visit relatives. We're fulltimers going on 2 years now and I've got to say this is the worse RV park we have stayed at. We work on the road so we don't have a lot of expectations and just need a utilitarian site. This RV park couldn't even supply that. There is a stockyard in the back and we had to listen to cows mooing for 3 days, 24 hrs a day until sale day. We were told that they had 50 amp but none available. It was quite hot, we really needed to be able to use our AC. With 30 amp we can only use one, but can always use the dryer or oven at the same time. Not here, if we tried to turn on the oven, we would blow the circuits so we couldn't cook. They advertise a pool, but they have filled it in. Upon checkin we were told at least 3 times that checkout was at 11:00 am and if we were late that we would be charged. If we were not here on business we would not have stayed and will definitely stay somewhere else next time, even if we have to travel further to get to town. We camped at Valley Inn Motel RV Park Club in a Motorhome.Undo
Very unlevel sites, the RV park portion of the property is an afterthought, the staff at the motel knows absolutely nothing about RV'ing. Add to that the busy railroad (all night) and the overwhelming smell of the adjacent stockyards and slaughter house makes this a desperation emergency stop at best. We camped at Valley Inn Motel RV Park Club in a camper.Undo
