This is a small park with big heart. Its best feature is being convenient and close to The Pioneer Woman's Mercantile in downtown Pawhuska. But, the park was also peaceful and nicely cared for. The host was kind, helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to be helpful with our reservations. The site layout is kind of random but we had no trouble leveling on the packed gravel, shady site. There's a small playground for kids and a laundry room as well as showers. There's a small fishing lake, but we didn't check it out. Cable TV was good. There was no wifi but Verizon signal was good for data use. We camped at Settle Inn RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

The Mercantile in Pawhuska lived up to its reputation and was great fun. The bakery upstairs was terrific. There are a number of other great shops in town; we particularly liked Salt Creek Gallery and Marketplace with local and handcrafted items. The highlight was driving out to the Tallgrass Prairie Preserve and seeing the rolling plains and the buffalo herd!

This is a very clean and comfortable campground. Bathroom and showers were very clean, as well as laundry room. Our camp host was extremely friendly. She had lots of information about the vicinity, places to go and things to see. She is a very hard worker and keeps the campground very clean! We will definitely stay here again! We camped at Settle Inn RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Date of Stay: December, 2015 - $27.00

The is a small, no-frills campground. Entry to the campground is easy on a paved road. Drive slow - cattle may be crossing the road.

The campground is heavily wooded and surrounded by open fields. The campsites are gravel and fairly level. All sites are pull through. I did have to position my trailer carefully in order to be able to open the slides - trees are close to campsites.

Restrooms and laundry are clean and modern. I did not use wi-fi or cable.

The camp host (Julie) is helpful and friendly, but not intrusive.

I will stay here again. We camped at Settle Inn RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice little place out in the middle of nowhere. Except for some wild underage kids speeding around in the park in a golf cart, we enjoyed the one night we stayed there. This is a very nice little park. Manager was very helpful and we would come back. We camped at Settle Inn RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

They have added a new recreation building to the park this year. The park is located 2.4 miles south of Pawhuska in a wooded glen. Very quiet and yet convenient to the town and museums. The sites are gravel and fairly level so you will need little effort to set up. They also have two storm shelters, just in case. There is a nice fishing lake within walking distance. We camped at Settle Inn RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed 6 days this year and it has improved with each stay. They have added a Cedar Wood cabin and have a stocked fishing pond. The cabin is fully equipped with linens and dishes. Need only to bring your clothes and toilet items. They have also added 6 more sites. The sites are gravel and the newer sites need to settle so you might have to use leveling blocks. The rate reflects senior and cash discounts. The park also has a kitchen equipped, barn that can be used for weddings and large parties. Hint, the need for a "Honeymoon" cabin. We camped at Settle Inn RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This was our third time staying at this RV park. Each time they have improved. This year they added 6 more sites and are presently adding a rental cabin. The manager makes you feel like a close friend and is helpful in directing you to local sites. Be sure and visit the Osage Indian museums and cultural center while you are here. We camped at Settle Inn RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a clean, neat, small park. The manager lives on site. All sites are pull-through. It is off the main road and quiet. It is in the heart of the Osage Indian reservation. The sites are gravel and the pads are level. There is a "Tornado" shelter in the park. We camped at Settle Inn RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
